That it was close to the restuarants, shopping and the spanish steps and trevi fountain. Its too noisy late at night and early in the morning, but i guess that comes with the location sound proof windows may help?? The room was too dark even with the lights on. |

The hotel was conveniently located. Right by Trevi fountain and many restaurants. Air conditioning was great! There is no lift so be prepared to lug your suitcase up the stairs. Also, it was quite noisy- you can hear the people in the hallway opening and closing the doors. Finally, our room had a bit of a sewage smell coming from the bathroom- I think it was just a clogged drain and the staff tried to fix it but it wasn't a pleasant way to end the holiday. |

the fact that the hotel is located in the center is a big advantage, steps away from Fontana di Trevi. Rooms are very nice, new refurbished and very nice design. Very clean hotel and the staff one of the most helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel. |

The friendly staff, rooms and whole atmosphere! The location was amazing!!! A couple of metres from Trevi Fountain and walking distance everywhere! |

We liked the room design, the wide shower is comfortable, the location is amazing. We liked the attitude of the staff Breakfast indcluded mainly cakes - we missed some vegetables. It would have been more comfortable having a closed cabinet/closet for cloths and a small shelf in the bathroom for placing toiletries. |

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant below was excellent as well. The air conditioning system was excellent and needed because it was very hot outside. Our room was very loud in the morning due to the construction going on and the large number of people outside of the hotel. |

The room was beautifully presented and very comfortable. The location is perfect for site seeing and shopping in Rome! There is not many negative things to say about the hotel, however the shower pressure was a bit too low. |

We liked how central the B&B was in Rome, very close to the places we wanted to see. The location could not be better! We did not like the hardness of the bed and pillows-very uncomfortable. The many stairs to climb with luggage was tough. |

We loved everything about this b&b, right next to the sites, staff were very helpful, rooms were modern and the resturant down stairs was great! We couldnt ask for anything better! Cant wait to go again soon! |

the staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay easy. Very close to the main attractions of rome Our room despite asking for as quiet as possible was noisy until 1.00 am because of the proximity of the trevi fountain. Also the room whilst recently refurbished was very small with absolutely no room on either side of the bed requiring us to climb into the bed from the bottom |

Very central location. Loved the spacious rooms and good showers. Also the lovely beamed ceilings retained to give a real feeling of Rome in otherwise modern surroundings. Big plus excellent restaurant directly below (Il Chianti) where we had the best meal in our 4 day stay. Stairs a bit steep if you have any problems with mobility. You have to be fit enough to carry luggage up stairway. Otherwise excellent choice we will use again. |
