I liked the room, the staff, the location, all were fantastic. All the great sites were in walking distance from the hotel. To top it all it had the best restaurant Il Chianti downstairs which we absolutely loved and ate their most nights. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. It was expensive but well worth it. |

the rooms were very clean, newly fitted out and stylish.the staff very helpful with good english. the location close by the trevi fountain, but our room was very quiet.a well run b&b! there is no lounge, but we knew that before coming .there was building work going on in the hotel breakfast area,it did not spoil our stay and the end result will much improve that area |

The rooms were modern and the receptionists were very helpful with anything we wanted including tour information. The breakfast room was very small and the food adequate. The B&B is being developed & I'm sure it will be ideal when renovations are complete. The B&B is having renovations done and that fact should be stated on their/your website with a possible reduction in the rate until completed. |

Location was fantastic, beside Trevi Fountain. We walked everywhere, enjoyed the atmosphere. Good breakfast and friendly/helpful staff. A non-smoking room however previous guest smoked in the room, staff did their best to sanitize. |

Loved the location. It was clean. The room was very small. Not enough space for both of our luggage. It would be perfect for a solo traveler. It was right next to a restaurant. It was very loud late at night and early morning. Would hear glass bottles being dumped. Not a good place for light sleepers. No american t.v. channels. I know you're not there to watch t.v., but it would have been nice between being out all day and getting ready for dinner. Also, before bed. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room had an unusual layout but the bed was comfortable although not easy accessible. A large and very clean bathroom. Breakfast OK, although the breakfast room was not very pleasant due to adaptation works. Perfect location for excursions. A bit noisy due to the immediate vicinity of the Trevi Fountain. Very good restaurants next to the B&B. In short , a place to recommend. We 'll be back. |

Superb location right next to the Trevi fountain and the room was reasonably sound-proofed so we could sleep! Good breakfast. Staff spoke good English and were helpful.Pleasant decor. The room was very compact and would not be suitable for more than a short stay. |

The location is absolutly great! Right around the corner of the Trevi fountain, so a short walk from all the Rome Highlights, ideal for a short trip! Metro station not too far, so good connection to Termini station. Rooms very nice, modern, good shower... And for Italian standards, a really large breakfast bufet! The rooms are nice but small, and to keep out the sun the shutters were closed, so it was quite dark. But you're not in Rome to sit in your room all day! |

Great central location, within walking distance to all main tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and informative, and have good local knowledge. The restaurant underneath the property (owned by the same people we believe) was excellent - they should promote this more as part of the hotel. Our room was modern and spacious, and the hotel had obviously thought carefully about guest security, which is important in this area of the city. The accomodation is perfect for a short city break, overall we would recommend it, for those that want to be 'out and about' this is a perfect base. We found our room quite dark, our window opened out onto a wall so there was no natural light, and although the rooms were very clean and modern, they lacked a bit of character. A little more effort in certain areas such as in the breakfast room, which was extremely hot/humid in the mornings due to there being no air conditioning. A bit more selection on the breakfast buffet would be nice, i.e. a fruit salad and maybe some eggs of some description perhaps. |

the location is perfect for sightseeing in rome, it is just 40 meters form the trevi fountain and therefor ideal for walking to the different sites for us it was not a problem but there is no elevator so you have to climb one or two stairs to reach the rooms |
