In a 19th-century building, the Quirinale is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. This historic hotel is connected to Rome Opera House through a passageway in its leafy courtyard.
Score from 4006 reviews Very good
I Love Termini is only 250 metres from Termini Train and Metro Station. It offers air-conditioned accommodation.

Location was great, friendly staff. The restaurant downstairs is a must. We ate there every night.
Perfect location, staff was very helpful. Lovely rooms and bathrooms!
Bed wasn't the most comfortable but was still good. Breakfast was a good selection for continental but I'd rather a more substantial selection.
Great location, awesome hotel! Staff was really kind! I had a shipment delivered to the hotel, and they kindly received and stored it for me, until the day I arrived. Very good breakfast, with fruits, cereals, yogurt, coffee and good teas: we were pleased to stay there and definitely recomend this hotel!
Centrally located with very stylish bedroom. Corb chaise longue in room! Nice restauranton ground floor.
We found BB Trevi is situated in an idea location, lots of things do near by. Transportation is easy from taxis to Metro. The BB Trevi staff is very helpful. All in all we have a great experience with BB Trevi.
1.Excellent location, next to Fontana di Trevi. 2.Nice and big bathroom.
1.Very small room. 2.Not really clean.
The hotel room was nice and clean including the showering facilities.
The lack of lift amenities. The room overlooking the street suffers from noise coming from visitors, restaurants and vehicles.
Everything it's just perfect
Best possible location within walking distance to all major attractions, only 300m from the metro in case you want to go further. Very friendly and helpful staff, modern furniture, fast wi-fi with a wireless router on each floor. Breakfast was decent with the best capuccino in town. Booked a superior room which I would highly recommend.
No elevator but not many stairs. Had a difficult time figuring out how to use warm water in the shower.
The locación, very modern, very cleanThe Resaturant II Chianti Was delicioso. The girls at the recepción very helful and friendly
location, good breakfast, no noise in the night, comfortable bed, boutique style
do not remember.....
Location, kitchen staff
Whats the point of hiring a suite with a kitchenette, and the stove only gets turned on when the owners available and you pay extra?
Very good location, the main attractions are in walking distance. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast is great.
No parking nearby, our garage was about 15 minutes. We were in the 3rd floor withno elevator. the street is noisy in the night.
Staff were friendly and gave excellent service. Central location meant we were able to walk to all attractions.
Location ,quality of room & staff
The breakfast provided warm croissants, fresh fruit and decent coffee.
The Trevi Fountain was closed for renovations, so the premium paid for this location was wasted. This is a 4th tier facility, with a 2nd tier price. The cost & value experience is similar to staying in Paris.
The location of Trevi B & B is excellent, only about 200 metres from the Trevi Fountain. We walked to all major attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed 5 nights and except for the first night and climbing stairs, we had a wonderful stay at Trevi B&B.
There is no lift so be prepared to climb stairs with your luggage. The first room we had was very small and directly above the restaurant so it was very noisy until 1:30am and walls between rooms were very thin as you could hear the shower and noise from the room next door. We were moved after the first night to a really great room which was quiet and comfortable.
Very clean, nicely furnished rooms. We actually had to switch rooms for the last night (due to our own personal booking error), but they moved our heavy luggage to the other room for us while we were out for the day, which we really appreciated. The rooms are a good size. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was an excellent European breakfast we were looking for (big disappointment in Paris and other cities prior to this stay); we were disappointed we were only able to have breakfast one out of 4 days we stayed there :(
I only have two small complaints. The first one is that they DID NOT have an elevator. By the time we arrived in rome we had already visited two cities before that, and had accumulated some things to take back home (ie. our luggage had gotten heavy)!!! So having to lug it up 3 flights of stairs was not a very pleasant thing to do, (especially after taking a train from airport, and trying to find the hotel before that). I mean, of course it's an old building but it's just an inconvenience. The other thing is that the breakfast (although excellent), starts too late. We had some days where we had to leave early to catch some tours/train/flight out, and it would have been nice to have their breakfast before leaving....we were only able to have it once :( if breakfast started at 6am that would have been ideal!
Great location, a few meters away from Trevi fountain. Nice restaurant downstairs and nearby Awesome bathroom and room Neat, clean, contemporary design
No lift, so difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs Window shutter was broken Extremely loud disposal of glass bottles from restaurants woke is up everyday!
Trevi B & B was recommended to us by a friend who has stayed there. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower was really nice. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything. Rooms have air conditioning and great free wifi. Breakfast was included, pretty standard but good.
Unfortunately it was very noisy at night and early mornings since our room backed out onto the street. The hotel room doors also make the loudest bang every time someone closes them. The rooms have air conditioning but not the hotel itself.
great location, only 5 minutes from all the attractions, excellent breakfast, very clean rooms, luxurious beds...
Fantastic sitting outside people watching and not far from site seeing bus pick up point
Trevi fountain itself all covered up getting repaired aparantly but never saw anybody working on it just guys hovering up money in morning and it will be like that for a long time.
Everything, its got a perfect location, its quiet, clean and the staff are lovely.
Excellent Location! (Just towards the right lane if facing teh fountain)
location apartment very spacious brilliant restuarants just beneath the hotel right in the heart of the action
