No wifi was available in the room! such a great disppointment for me!
Cleanliness, Comfort Location Friendly staff
You can hear people in the next room talking/what they are watching No phone in my room! Meaning I had to go down to the reception everytime I needed something AC and heater needed to be turned on and off by the reception so the buttons in the room were redundant Room lacked life- very little decoration Breakfast was the same every day and was not appetising at all:( plus the room was small The pressure in the shower was very moody!
The hydro massage shower (although the pressure was moody) Staff was generally nice too
Wifi barely worked. Bathroom smelled. Bed was just two small uncomfortable beds pushed together (and they kept coming apart). Air conditioner was blowing out hot air and cold air at the same time (despite not selecting that option).
Cool modern design.
The room was always too hot even with the heater off. Also we thought we were getting a bath tub instead we got only a shower
Very friendly staff , gd breakfast
No real restaurant for meal inside the hotel or room service. When travelling with kids, the option of staying in for a quick dinner is a must.Ham and cheese toast everyday isnt really an option.
Very spacious room for family with 2 young kids, very convenient location, very good breakfast.
Poor breakfast. Low water pressure
WiFi didn't work, and when it did the signal was very poor
They upgraded us for free to superior room!
The rooms are very small Breakfast was poor
The location was great
Nothing in particular
Average room and breakfast
Bad breakfast in a very crowded and poorly decorated tarace Room was small
Only positive was location and helpfull staff
I had probably one of my worst hotel experiences. The breakfast was poor and not particularly tasty, the extremely loud and constant noise from renovation and repair operation at 8am wouldn't let me sleep (I talked to other guests who were also complaining about that issue), plus there was literally no internet signal in my room (it kept on disconnecting every 30 seconds), except for the last day of my stay. Each front desk receptionist gave me a different excuse each time I complained (they kept on telling me that "the internet connection will be perfect tomorrow", although the days passed and I only had a stable internet connection on the fourth day of my stay). I had informed the hotel that I needed a stable internet connection because I was in Rome for work, although they didn't seem to care. On the second day they gave me a modem, which disappeared the very next day! None of the front desk receptionists was able to tell me who and why had removed the modem from my room! Their excuses were at least childish ("I just started working, so I don't know what has happened a few hours ago", two of them said!). Plus, one receptionist. named Fer., was rude to me, practically refusing to help me. On the contrary, the customer care employee named Ant. was extremely helpful and apologised for the trouble the hotel had caused.
Good location (close to Barberini metro station), comfortable and newly renovated rooms.
I book 2 rooms 2 pp and 3 pp the hotel put us in the room which has a problem with toilet and we couldn't sleep all night and we report that to the resapation then in the morning we knew that the room need buliding work to fix the toilet problem. so why we paid for a room need next day work in the bathroom. it was so bad
New design, clean and with a friendly staff. Excellent location. This hotel made our vacation
the lift going up is rather small and cramp. especially for us because we have a stroller for the small child. there is no kettle in the room, this is because we need warm milk for the children. wifi is only good in room 302, room 309 the wifi is poor and on occasion not available.
the location is very central to all the places that we wanted to visit. also we are near to nice restaurants and my wife loves the nearby shopping area. the rooms were adequate in size and facility. the bathroom were a good size, clean and well equipped. breakfast upstairs was generally good. its feels very homely during breakfast with the decor. the staff was friendly, helpful and always ready to help. they helped us with umbrellas and adapters among other things
It is a boutique hotel so keep in mind that the room is a bit tinny compared to hotel. The bathroom composition is a bit funny - big enough, very nice shower but the toilet is too close to the wall so you have to squeeze your self in.
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights during Christmas, and we really loved it. The location of the hotel is really great, and the staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is nice and "modest" - buffet style: omelet, vegetables, , beard, bruschetta, croissant, meat, fruit salad, coffee etc,.
Wifi is slow.
Location is good, rooms are big, bathroom is big. Breakfast is delicious!
outstanding location, helpful stuff ,clean room ,modern style hotel all attraction areas are within a walk distance
We spent four nights in Rome last week. The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was just right, not too big however very comfortable. The shower was clean and modern. The hotel is very well kept, and there is always a fresh smell. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is generous. I will recommend and and treturn to Trevi Collection.
Unable to open windows because of noise from the street and no air conditioning in December. Temperature in the room was high and not comfortable.
Location was close to most of the attractions. Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful.
The breakfest was a little dull
The staff was very polite and helpfull
Lift isn't good
Staff are very helpful Breakfast is good Room and washroom space perfect
Comfort and location
Nice place to spend a few days in Rome!! Good location, remodeled hotel and good walking neighborhood.
Room a little bit small and bed a little hard but otherwise great
Very close to town so tourist hot spots were not far away Friendly staff
