Bad staff in breakfast room Small breakfast room Bad breakfast Bad location I dont like this hotel
I read a lot of negative appreciation about this hotel but is was really happy With them! Breakfast great. People amazing! Design was so nice. Location is one of the best I think! Maybe the air conditioning was too cold but we asked then to turn it off and it was perfect! I couldn't wait to write something nice about them because I m most of the time very picky about hotels! Great experience!
Clean, modern and great central location. Great service. Easy to get to Termini train station, shopping areas, hop on hop off bus stop !
Wi Fi dropping occasionally
The location of this hotel was perfect, between the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Also close to two metro stops. Breakfast was great, hotel was fairly quiet for the heart of the city.
The only issue we had was no iron was available. Definitely not a deal breaker, but after traveling in a suitcase for 10 days it would be helpful.
1. The location was very convenient and quiet. 2. The hotel was very clean 3. The reception was very helpful
1. The wifi didn't work after one day which was supposedly unlimited and free. 2. They didn't change the bed sheets everyday. 3. Breakfast could have been better, lack of staff and space. 4. There wasn't enough space for showering.
Staff was very nice, the location is close to main attractions and easy to find. The hotel is renovated and clean
Room was too small, we asked for triple room, but got a double room with extra bes which was too small for three of us
Bad breakfast service The cost, expensive for what it is
Breakfast! With a full breakfastroom and only two girls to clear the table, bring the hot drinks, bake the eggs and refill everything on the buffet, you are waiting much too long to get something to eat! We even skipped the breakfast the second day (although we already payed for it). Wifi generally doesn't work
The position great! Clean hotel.
We order quadruple room for 4 people. We get Classic room for two with two extra bed!! After complain, day after we was transfer to little bigger room, but still it was double room. When i order, i EXPECT something simmilary that the hotel ofer on your web. One wash basin for four people! No space for 4 bagg. It was nôt One night stay, but One week.
Everything about the hotel was great. Great location, great staff, very clean, close to all main attractions. Just all around excellent and would certainly recommend to anyone travelling to Rome
The location, staff very friendly.
The hotel rooms small, Internet was really poor and the house keeper cleaned the room and forgot the room opened I came and found my room opened, no coffee or tea like other 4 stars hotels even tooth brash I paid 3e for it.
the rooms were comfortable and clean. Towels were changed daily and toiletries replenished daily.
the breakfast room was small and narrow making it difficult to move when busy. The tables were not cleared quickly and often we had to wait on a table.
Upon our arrival the lady at the reception did not even say hello , lacked warmth and answered questions on a take it or leave it basis. Totally unsuitable for the post.
Location excellent to all attractions and a very comfortable room with excellent bathroom and great bed.
Lack of outside space to sit and also indoor. Breakfast room too small and not enough staff to cope with the number of guests.
Location is very good close to everything
beautiful large room Fabulous amenities Nice front desk staff
It was a little difficult to find the property
Staff is great. Very good rooms. Value for money is great. Very good location.
Breakfast could be better
location value for money
staff nice but not very professionnal breakfast not well organised
Clean modern decor, very good location boutique hotel
Not very nice staff, breakfast could have been better!
The location. It was right in the centre and walking distance from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The metro is also very close by for going around town. Room size was quite huge as we took a quadruple room. Mr. Klausman at the reception in the morning for 1hour was the only polite staff at the hotel.
Staff - One of the main things about a hotel are it's staff. Form our arrival (which was already quite late at night) till departure, all the staff were really rude while speaking (or maybe it's the way they speak). The night reception person and the bartender in conjunction turned down 4 of my requests by saying only one word "NO". requests were, Adapter, Bottle of Water, Fork, Plate. There is no room service for food available except for the bar, which offers you only toast if it's late. The lobby is extremely small and complicated. Although the room was big and clean, the beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the person cooking seemed really unhappy and was snapping a lot. Overall, for the price i paid for one night (EUR 399), I think I deserved better.
The staff did not know a lot of English and could not recommend good places
Hotel room was beautiful, breakfast excellent and staff very helpful and friendly
Hotel next to the tram track. Trams run continuously even through the night making a huge noise and vibration every 15 minutes. By the 3rd night we had got used to it and finally slept.
