The location was great and our room was considered spacious for a room in rome.

The lift was still under renovation and we had to climb the stairs up to the top floor every single day we were there.

The staff were incredible, especially the reception staff where nothing was too much trouble and they were professional, interesting and good humoured so please congratulate them. The suite you gave us on the 5th floor was incredible- thank you ! Location was fantastic and the room was very clean, modern and spacious! Breakfast was excellent. My fiancé Simon has put an excellent review on Trip Advisor for you- many many thanks for giving us a fantastic weekend. We will be back!

Cleaners threw away new underwear which we left in the room and the really helpful reception staff tried to retrieve !

Trevi Collection ... Rooms that were renovated were nice. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel is being renovated and dirt and dust was everywhere. On some floors it was a building site you passed. Upon arrival we were told there was no lift and we had young children and an eldery Father. We were never told this upon booking. We had to climb 114 steps everytime we wanted to go to our hotel. Our compensation was a bottle in my Father's room. He struggled to get to the 5th floor for breakfast and was told he could eat in his room. The whole idea was to take him for his 70th and spend time together! Really disappointing start to our holiday. This should be made clear to individuals booking a holiday, especially at the significant cost paid. I was angry to say the least as this was organised for a special birthday.

The location. The staff was so friendly. The cleaning was perfect.

The Internet and WiFi was not working all time, we having difficulties to access the internet as its important for travelling and searching for places. The elevator was not working in the last 2 days and I was staying on the 5th floor. So when I left,I and my wife carried personally our baggage to down through the stairs and no one could help us as no one was working in whole hotel except one man in the reception (for the shift from 12 am to 6 am). The breakfast was the same every day because of that we only had the breakfast 3 days out of 8 days. There were Construction and maintenance throughout the period of our stay in hotel. Lastly, the hotel was not ready to receive guests in this period.

Fantastic location, lovely bathroom and comfortable rooms.

No iron, so must have a portable one if you are planning any meetings in Rome. There was a lot of refurbishment work going on (lift not working, mess everywhere, Wifi unusable) but hopefully it will be a lovely place once its all finished.

We enjoy our stay at the Trevi collection specially the location next to the shops and Spanish steps .We had a nice modern room with a fantastic massage shower!!Breakfast was good.

The Trevi Collection was modern clean and neat. It had a great breakfast and was centrally located.

The hotel lost our booking details and were fully booked for the first day when we arrived. So the friendly staff booked us at one of the sister hotels of the group. The hotel she booked us into was a serious downgrade. It was dirty, old, and had the worst breakfast I've ever seen. Not only this we lost hours of our trip waiting to be relocated to this new hotel. Then even more time was lost moving back to the Trevi Collection because we refused to spend another second in that hotel. Not only was this inconvenient but they charged us the same even though we were downgraded to the Quattro Fontane Hotel. Id suggest using a different group of hotels so that you wont be extorted like we were. I feel well and truly ripped off.

Good places to the downtown location, close to shops. Retsepshen pleasant and accommodating, the room we were three adults place was enough

did not like the hotel for four stars is too small, the restaurant is located on the balcony of seats a little, meager selection of food

the hotel is very modern, the rooms are very clean, new furniture, the hospitality of the staff and of course the location.

the coffee was bad in the breakfast. wi-fi in the room was very low.no bar/coffee in the lobby. the hotel is still in renovation.

We stayed at this hotel in January and it was cold at the terrace where breakfast was served and there were some inconveniences because they have been making renovations at the hotel

We had 4 person-room that was very spacious, modern and clean. Free wifi. Large badroom.

The hotel has only breakfast facilities, no restaurant and no room service. The breakfast could have been better for this category of hotels: we missed fresh fruit, better bread, fresh juices, bacon and fresh eggs,...

the welcomme and the quality of the room.
