The location was excellent and the apartment was perfect as was the communication with the owner. Highly recommended.
The location was great - we could walk to everything we wanted to see, and there was a great deli and grocery store near, so we could buy food and cook our own meals in the apartment. The apartment was super clean and had all the kitchen things we needed (even a clothes washer). The owner was very helpful before our arrival and during our stay: helping us arrange airport transportation, suggestions on what to see and how to purchase tickets. The bad part was - we could not enjoy the tiny outdoor balcony because it was winter time.
- 50 m from Fontana Di Trevi, great location, - Big bed (enough space for 2 adults + 1 little baby ) :) - great communication with owner - last floor - great view from balcony
Clean and safe apartment. It is near shopping area and places of interest, everything is a walking distance.
Lack one big mirror, otherwise would be perfect.
Location is excellent! The host is really attentive and nice. Our late arrival was smooth with the help of the host, who organised a pick-up from the airport. We got lots of helpful information about places to visit, best restraunts, ets. Appartment is clean; soap, toilet paper, detergents were provided.
The appartment is too smal for 4 people. There isn't enough space even for 2 adults and 2 children. Not enough storage for the clothes and suitcases. No window in the living room, the only window in the apartment is facing tiny concrete backyard(it is not mentioned in the apartment's description, that the flat doesn't have a view). No dryer and no place to dry the towels, so we had to use damp towels for a few days.Mould in the bathroom and on the wall in the sitting room( although, the host apologised about it, explaining, that it was a leakage )
Great location close to everything in Rome. Restaurants close by.
Location (right on Trevi Fountain!), Fully equipped kitchen (Microwave\oven, fridge, 4 fire, all required dishes), Washing machine, balcony (roofs of Rome view), Attentive staff (Thanks Nicola!)
5 doors to get in or out
The location is really the best you can find - right around the corner of the Trevi Fountain. Easy to find as well. The beds are comfortable and Wi-Fi is actually working. Beddings are fresh and clean. No noise from the neighbours and the host was very supportive and pleasing.
I was very surprised to find out that we could use only one appliance at a time. If I wanted to use the hairdryer I could not turn the kettle on, the cooker or the toaster. The boiler does the job properly but you need to be very careful - time is money! Or in this case it was a matter whether there is enough hot water for 3 people, and If you have used it up and need more you have to turn all appliances off and turn the boiler on. Thus we were advised to keep it on during the night and when we are out and about. All in all, we got used to it and it was not a big deal. I just think such limitations need to be mentioned to the customers before hand. To be fair, I was told it is the case everywhere in Rome.
Shower water heater was small. Couldn't leave water running while cleaning, had to turn water off, then soap, then turn water on to rinse soap off. Booking included "Flat-screen TV", there was no TV at all in Appartment!
Terrific location. Nice neighborhood. Yummy restaurant close. Think it was called Sola Lucia? But was recommended by Patrick. Excellent. And there is a grocery close as well.
There was no seasonings to cook with. But we donated salt.
