Location was excellent. Very close to all attractions. Both receptionist were very helpful. We stayed in loft on ground floor - very noisy during night but not big issue.

Breakfest ... I think they should consider space where they serve food. Not enough.

Staff very average bordering on unhelpful. Bed pretty uncomfortable. Room was always very stuffy.

Modern amenities and great location centrally located to most major sites by short walking distances as well as the train terminal and metro system.

They are described as 'apartments' which suggests more than a room but the apartment was only a room and a bathroom There were kitchen or food prepartion facilities as I would have expected of an apartment

For almost $600/night we were put in a tiny room which was described as "superior" and looked nothing like the photo we booked from. "Total" price does not mean "total" as you are hit with additional taxes when you leave. Our room for 4 people was a bed and pull-out coach.

Our suite had a large terrace that made for a perfect breakfast spot and the spa was a great added bonus!

The hotel was excellent. Great helping, smiling staff. Very good beds, great location. All and all - very good.

As we eat no pork, it could have been nice to get some vegetables in the morning breakfast. We didn't have enough choice. Also, the rooms are too small for a family with 2 little babies.

The location was fantastic.The staff on our second round of stay was friendlier.

The room they said was able to have four adults ..I don't know how ..as we found it extremely cramped for two adults and two children and infant. The water in the shower didn't go down ..and though told a few times only was attended to the day before we left.The room was also very hot and the Ac controls were kept by the reception!!???who refused to hand it over saying they don't put ac on till may!?Only on the last day the friendly receptionist on the night duty gave it to me saw we only manage d to get the room cooled! .Had to drag all the bags by ourselves while the porterslooked on!

Lovely room and a good location. Staff were very friendly.

It's right near the main street to the Trevi fountain so it's often noisy and busy mostly in the daytime and early evening but it was a great location so you have to take that into consideration.

The position,in the centre of all the sightseeing meant the main points of interest,such as Trevino Fountain,Spanish Steps,Colosseum were all walking distance.

The size of the room,no views from the window,shower was tiny,no in room amenities.

Literally steps from Trevino Fountain means that the door opens onto a very crowded(though small) street that is packed with tourists and a gauntlet of aggressive street vendors/hustlers. Also- we had a junior suite which included a loft with a decently comfortable bed reached by very steep stairs and a pull-out for the teenagers that was very uncomfortable. Tiniest corner shower we've ever encountered- including anywhere else in Europe, but still, it was a shower.

We booked a junior suite, the room was very small and would be considered a small double let alone a suite of any kind, it had no other facilities. I requested a larger room as I was very disappointed having booked this for a special occasion, despite requesting this twice nothing was done.

Very nice rooms. Nice modern design. Effort on all details. Modern but still very nice. Rather lagre room. The bathroom had a window so it was very light. The location was perfect

Location is good if you want to be "in the action" near the Trevi fountain.

The front desk staff was very rude. When we came they put us in a room with no windows -- I kid you not! The only window was a glass door that opened to the interior courtyard of the hotel, so if you wanted some light everybody in the entire hotel would see you. It also smelled. When we insisted to be moved they put us in a much smaller room than we paid for and refused to give us credit for the difference, or upgrade us to a better room the next night to make up for it. None of the keys worked the first (or second) time we tried them, causing us to run down to the desk multiple times just so we could get in. The rooms were VERY small for the price, and the third bed in the three-bedroom room was so bad my kids finally slept on the floor. I would NOT recommend this hote.
