Staff were very nice and were accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here for a night on route south. Was good value for money for that purpose. All the people staying there looked like they were having a good time. Well run. Location. Check out the location on a map. We didnt know what a village was and now that we know we will avoid them in future. If you are into that sort of thing it looked pretty decent. Presumably sea facing rooms have the benefit of the sea sound to mask the trains. |

It was wonderful!!! The territiry of the hotel is projected very well, it's a real village with its own streets, squares and so on... The animators were so nice))) Lifeguards onthe beach are attentive...well, there were a lot of things that I liked! In 4-person room the beds (that are considered for the children, suppose) are very uncomfortable...maybe for a child they are ok, ma for adults not at all... The restaurant could propose more interesting menu... |

the staff were so helpfull and polite, it was very good value for money and located on the beech. The rooms were very good and clean. the restaurant was limited to what it served and could have done with a snack bar when restaurant was closed. |

Very nice location and most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Some staff members were VERY rude. The breakfast was not very good on most days. The hotel was not open for the season but they did not advertise this, as a result, most facilites were closed. |

Luxurious hotel in a perfect setting. Staff were most obliging and informative. Food was excellent. Directions to this hotel given on your website were most confusing. Our GPS did not recognise the address. We suggest that GPS co-ordinates MUST be included in your directions to the hotel. |

Buying an apartment in italy and the hotel was very near to the village of Nocera where we are purchasing. The pool was being refurbished and not all the facilities in the brochure were open |

All the staff were very friendly and helpfull our room was very clean at the moment they are redoing some work so there was some noise but we were out during the day so it didnt bother us at all the only one thing i didnt realise that the railway was just at the back of the hotel and we heard the trains going past quite early in the morning which woke us up ! |

Friendly staff, extremely helpful. The rooms are great and the setting is beautiful. The food was simple but very good. A bit hard to find ,we arrived at 11pm and the hotel sign on main road was off. However on asking directions a kind young man went out of his way to take us there. |

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff gave good service. The meals were nicely cooked and the whole package was excellent value for money. One morning at breakfast (8.30) there was no ham/cheese/croissants left and the bread was very stale. We asked if there was any more and we were told 'no'. Sometimes lunchtime menu choices were more interesting than dinner. Wonderful shrimp and courgette risotto though ! |

The staff was really helpfull and professional. The room was fairly matching with the uploaded pictures on their website. There was a private access to the outside from the room and a small garden. The breakfast was awesome too... Missing internet in the room but still an access from the reception counter. Not really a big issue. |

I wish europeans would build better mattresses, most of them are like planks, causing pressure points. (Try foam tops) |

Easy access to beach Unfriendly staff unable to speak English, thank goodness we spoke Italian, poor menu choice (2 starters/mains). Bleak atmosphere from staff to Hotel. Breakfast was fairly good but bread was always stale and hard. We booked a transfer to the airport on our day of departure for 7.30am Driver was called by Reception on mobile but it was off, so we left 15/20 mins late, not a good example is it. |

price-to-quality ratio is excellent. Hotel restaurant is very nice, they even tried to prepare gluten-free dishes. you need a cap to swim in swimming pool. It is common but I can't understand it (I have hair in different parts of the body, not only on head...). However beach and the sea was nice too (25 celcius deg). |

Room quality was first class and the hotel facilities looked very good. Unfortunately we were only there for one night and as it was raining heavily we were unable to take advantage of them. Also had to eat in the hotel - see below. The food!! . As it was a Sunday in September with few guests staying it was not a buffet, just two starters and two mains to choose from. Risotto was tomato coloured rice, and the fish with mixed salad was about two inches square in batter with plain iceberg lettuce. They broke the only corkscrew in the hotel so couldn't open the wine we'd ordered. Breakfast buffet was large quantity, poor quality |
