We were pleased by personal assistance. We`ve really enjoyed sea views. And we really like staying at bungalows. Close to the railroad and far from city-center if you are not driving your car. |

The hotel itself is a nice place to stay. Nice rooms with a sea view. Plenty of facilities - closed in October though. I would definitely recommend the hotel - just be aware of the some minor issues. The hotel is in rather non-tourist neighbourhood - no restaurants nearby, nowhere to walk. There is a river very close to the hotel - you can see the mud in the sea after rain. The breakfasts were pretty humble. |

This is a seaside hotel and our room was located right on the Tyrenhian Sea. Unfortunately, it rained the entire two-days we were there. The breakfast is good, and some of the staff members were exceptionally helpful. The room does not have a comfortable sitting chair and was poorly lighted. Parking is restricted to outside the security gates, necessitating that one walk a short distance to the room. |

Everything was just fine. Very nice and big room, nice place and very nice staff. And...Alessandra's cappuccino (I hope I remember her name correctly) ... is just amazing! Need some clear signs along the road from Falerna A3 exit to it. |

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Home away from home. Perfect access to the sea, swimming, beach sports, tennis, football, etc. Dinning experience was very good. Wonderful experience. |

Excellent location and our well appointed room was right on a quiet beach. good restaurant and excellent breakfast. Parking was not on site but was available just outside the gate. Use of the swimming pool required the wearing of a bathing cap which I found to be a most antiquated attitude. |

Nice staff. Warm sea, own beach. A lot of active animators, though their services were of no use to us. Close proximity of railway tracks, virtual absence of alternative catering points in the vicinity |

The best thing in this hotel is connected with people...The personal of the hotel is great! Almost everybody - the guyes at the reception - (Sall, Elisabetta - are my favourites), Matteo and Maria Paola at the bar, Duilio - at the piano bar, the animation team... All that people were the reason of my perfect vacation. There is an excellent program for kids. I think that the beach could be better. The sand was not very good. But in general I can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend holidays at a beach hotel. |

Situated right on the beach, the hotel provided free canoes, pedalos and sun loungers. If you are going take a few cds as the poolside DJ is happy to play your music. Great for families with kids (Italians as all entertainment is in Italian language). Very nice pool. You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool! Not much to select for breakfast. Hotel restaurant is very expensive, and its all adds up if you go there twice per day. To purchase drinks at the pool bar you have to add credit on to your room key card at reception, soft drinks approx 1 euro, alcoholic drinks approx 4 euros. The hotel is far from any other restaurants. |

Nice location 5m from the sea side even though you have the railway just behind you. Very nice modern room with all the conforts. Very friendly people always trying to make your stay better and always willing to help. Breakfast was extremely good every morning. First quality meat from the A la carte menu. You could not really be on the beach without somebody from the entertainment team approaching you. Nice people very friendly but sometimes people want to relax on beach. Not many choiches for antipasti o primi in the a la carte menu and it was a little bit pricy. Would be nice to a buffet of italian simple food. Entertainment team need to be able to speak english (at least) properly in order for foreign people to understand and play the games/activities. You need to have a car to visit the surrounding. |

it was a wonderful experience, and we were told that we were the first maltese people there. the animators were great fun ( except for the head animator Antonio who ignored us completely until we made a complaint with one of the animators) .The piano bar entertainment was wonderful. The room was great , clean , and spacious. i loved the place and people and would definitely go back and also recommend it. we arrived late so we had no choice but to eat at the hotel in the evening. the pasta was horrendous that was our first and last meal there except for breakfast which was not so bad. as your reviews said the bread was stale there. Only thing i disapproved with was the opening hours of pool which is not indicated anywhere. besides having to wear a cap which u can buy from hotel. it opens at 9.30am closes between 13.00 - 15.00 and then closes again at 19.30.for those who like the beach it is just walking distance close by as an alternative.one must have a car to go around otherwise you have to stay in hotel. |

Staff were very nice and were accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed here for a night on route south. Was good value for money for that purpose. All the people staying there looked like they were having a good time. Well run. Location. Check out the location on a map. We didnt know what a village was and now that we know we will avoid them in future. If you are into that sort of thing it looked pretty decent. Presumably sea facing rooms have the benefit of the sea sound to mask the trains. |

It was wonderful!!! The territiry of the hotel is projected very well, it's a real village with its own streets, squares and so on... The animators were so nice))) Lifeguards onthe beach are attentive...well, there were a lot of things that I liked! In 4-person room the beds (that are considered for the children, suppose) are very uncomfortable...maybe for a child they are ok, ma for adults not at all... The restaurant could propose more interesting menu... |
