I was bitten by bed bugs, what can I say more? dreadful stay

The location is amazing, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Very good value.

The room was very noisy in the morning because of people going to breakfast, so if you want a lie in ask for a room away from the top floor lift. The check out was a bit fraught, there really needs to be two people on reception.

I liked the location, very central.

I didn't like the staff - they were unfriendly, not competent, slowly and not serviceminded at all. I didn't like that we were placed in a building at the other side of the street. The building and our room was cold and dark (even when the sun was shining), there were awful stairs and the walls were as thin as paper, so we could hear every sound from the neighbours. There were no infomations about fire situation (I think the law demands it; so it does in Denmark). I didn't like the breakfastroom. It was much too small for so many people. The food, if there was any food left, was awfull; I wouldn't feed my dog with it. So we went to another place to have breakfast. It is the worst place we have ever lived.

One of the best locations you could ask for. The staff were very friendly.

We booked a quadruple room and it was nothing like the pictures on the site. Everything was in one room, beds were very close together. Our room was located in a different building on the fifth floor. Very small elevator, only two people could fit at a time.

Hotel is very central so easy to get to all the sites in Rome. Very helpful staff. Nice, comfortable, quiet room.

The rooms we had were not in the main hotel but up the road. The lift in this block often did not work as it relies on the last person out remembering to close the doors properly. There was not always enough room for all the guests at breakfast and so difficult to get a seat. The tables often were not cleared and food and cutlery often ran out. The staff were very patient and hard working though!

The Hotel has a perfect location . The room was very clean with a little terrace. The restaurant for the breakfast is really nice !!!!

The maid who are cleaning the room at 8h30 so you cannot sleep.

Good Location, very close to Fontana di Trevi.

Staff don't really help, and let us wait for a long time for taking back luggage. Besides, wifi don't work, only in breakfast room we can connect. Our bed room is big but far away from lobby and is inside a building with local residents which makes it not comfortable and no guard to secure.

Location is great being just around the corner from the Trevi fountain. It is also central to most of the required sights in the ancient part of town. The breakfast is excellent and an ideal way to kick-off the day. Our room was spacious and comfortable as was the bathroom.

Beware the tourist traps close by (due to the Fountain) for instance a couple of the restaurants were expensively diabolical. Minor point, wi- fi only worked in the lobby but really no big deal.

The hotel is located well in the city center (during my 3 days I never had to take a bus). The rooms are cozy and clean, if a bit on the small side. The breakfast is good and the view from the breakfast room is nice. Staff was helpful, helping me with luggage and bringing me hot water late in the evening.

Some of the rooms are located in a separate building (where I lived) which was quite a walk. The second building has no elevator, so it might be difficult of older folk. The biggest problem were the door keycards which never worked. This meant that every time I got back to my room, I had to climb down and walk to the other building to have them fixed. The staff advised me to leave them in the reception, but again, since I stayed in another building it was a hassle either way.

The room we booked was most definitely not the room we were given when we arrived. Holes filled with polyfiller which came off on your hand, dirty floor, dingy room. Eventually they offered us a different room...which was still being decorated, with the painter still painting and with wet paint. They were adamant that this was the junior suite and the photos shown online as the junior suite were for a different room. We ended up being moved across town to a different hotel, a walk, a wait and a bus ride away from the trevi fountain. Completely ruined our romantic weekend away.

It was horrible from the start! The first room was full of mold and the second was way to small for 3 people! Then the next room we had to make our own bed and the blankets were flithy dirty and so was the floor. Also there was wet paint on the wall and ruined a pair of jeans and a suitcase!! Then to top it off in the morningnthere was no hot water. Wanted a refund for the 3 nights we didnt stay and they said no ! if there is something you can do about this matter I would really appreciate it!! Thank you Angela opperman

no wifi - only loby had wifi and it was too small only 2 - 3 seats superior room was not good enough for the price! dont upgrade your room the room was not clean , we were bug bited

The hotel was small and friendly and great position near Trevi Fountain, restaurants, shopping. Lovely breakfast served on rooftop overlooking Rome.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was ok. Cheese Salami Cereal and fresh bread etc. We slept very well in the comfortable bed. The room was smallish but quirky so it suited us.

We spent little time in the hotel as we were busy doing the fantastic sights so we didnt see any facilities as such. Didnt see a bar for instance.

My room was located in a separate building in a quiet place near the main hotel premises and it was newly firnished, enough space, good size double bad (however it has still two separate mattresses), i strongly recommend it! The room was cleaned every day and as a bonus they provide you with a good breakfast right to room

Typical italian. Location

There were no fire extinquisher in my building. Neither a smokedetector. And no possibility to jump out through the windows.
