Very central - you could walk to most tourist attractions. My room was, in fact, a suite (at the price for a room when booked). Breakfast room was rather crowded ..... and no marmalade! |

The location is ideal for walking around Rome. The room, which is not in the mauin building, but in an adjacent semi-pedestrianised roadway was a delightful surprise - spacious,comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast room is very cramped (but adequate). The TV has only Italian channels. |

Excellent location for all the major tourist spots in Rome. Not even a minute away from the Trevi Fountain! Very nice hotel with lovely staff and we would stay there again. I would have liked more variety at the breakfast buffet. |

Excellent location in the centre of Rome.We had rooms outside the hotel in a little street.Very quiet.Good beds.Friendly people. Breakfast room too small.Breakfast poor.No jam or marmelade.The last 2 days no honey,only salt,watery ham.The last day also no butter.Room and especially bathroom not clean.Lots of dust. |

The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous served in a pleasent area. Air conditioning was not working in room. We were not there long enough to complain. |

The suite was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The location is excellent. The breakfast is filling and good. However, if the hotel is full to capacity, the breakfast room, on the rooftop, is too small to seat all guests. If you get there about the same time most guests arrive, you will have to wait for a table to have breakfast. I felt sorry for the hard-working ladies who were madly trying to please everyone. They never lost their cool and were quite friendly despite the demanding guests. |

The location. Extremely noisy due to the existence of a bar in front of the hotel. Lack of flexibility from the management. I arrived to the hotel on Friday 17 July, checked out and left on Saturday in order to go to a marraige of a friend in a village 2 hours from Rome. I was supposed to come to Trevi Hotel on Saturday evening which was made impossible due to a train problem which obliged me to stay in another place. I informed the reception at 10 pm but they did not accept not to charge this night even if this was a case of "major force". Standard cancellation policy cannot apply without exceptions in particular regarding a client who had already stayed at the hotel. |

Location of hotel is fantastic within walking distance of major sights of Rome. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was a bit small for 3 people. Breakfast room was very crowded at peak times. Selection for brekfast could be improved. |

Close to Trevi fountain. Our room was outside of main hotel building and had no windows, it was dark and smelled stuffy.It was very noisy outside and you could hear everything from outside, it was hard to fall asleep. However interior looked nice. |

On the first night we were given a room outside the hotel building. We asked to have a room in the main building but the hotel said they haven't had available rooms (which is not ok - we booked 3 weeks ahead). That room was in a weird building that doesn't look like a hotel, even though the room itself was of good standard. On the other nights the hotel agreed to move us back to the main building. However, since we ordered on the internet we expect the hotel to give us a prior notice that they don't have rooms in the main building. |

I did not like airconditioning not working, small sized rooms where suitcases don't even fit, a protuding head-board shelf which does not allow you to rest your back, arrogant staff, pathetic breakfast & staff more iintersted in booking a private taxi versus white taxi |

Great location!!! Excellent value for the money...the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but safe, clean, and good continental Breakfast. The Trevi Fountain was about a one minute walk and about 200 feet away. We took the Hop on Hop off bus at Termini Station and our hotel was easily accesible from the Trevi Fountain stop. If you have a back problem the beds were not super comfortable. |

From the moment we entered the door of the hotel there was a welcoming atsmophere. Manager very obliging, upgraded our room, which was situated right besdie the Trevi fountain. The buffet breakfast was very basic but did not really matter as there was so much to see in Rome did not have much time to have Breakie!! |

the breakfast room was quaint and very adorable. not much variety however in the type of food. compared to the Borghese Palace Art in Florence. (the breakfast there was exceptional) the walls in the room where we stayed (which was in a separate building outside the main hotel) were not painted. |

Huone oli viihtyisä ja siisti ja sijainti rauhallinen viereisessä rakennuksessa. Hyvä asia, että aamupalan kahvi ei automaattikahvia. Ainoa kielteinen asia oli reseptionin henkilökunnan (erit. vaalea vanhempi naishenkilö) ynseys ja välinpitämättömyys tiskille tulevaa asiakasta kohtaan. Asiakasta ei noteerata eikä tervehditä, vaan jatketaan omien töiden tekemistä aivan kuin asiakas olisi ilmaa, vastataan 4-5 puheluun ennen tiskillä odottelevan asiakkaan palvelua. Jokin pieni ele esim. pään nyökkäys tervehtimiseksi auttaisi asiakasta paremmin ymmärtämään/ odottelemaan kiireistä ja vapautuvaa virkailijaa. Nyt lähinnä tulee mieleen kenen palvelua tässä priorisoidaan, sen joka on mahd. tuleva asiakas vai sen joka jo tehnyt varauksen ja fyysisesti paikan päällä odottamassa palvelua saamatta sitä? Myös perusinfoamisessa vaihtelua virkailijan oman kiinnostuksen ja halun mukaan. |
