The Tricolore Hotel was the perfect location for us visiting our English daughter and family who live close by. It was our second visit and we plan to stay many more times. A bonus for us was that the owner was English (married to an Italian), so communication for us non Italian speakers was never a problem.

Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux, de plus ils parlent français , le personnel très à l'écoute est très sympathique,nous garderons un excellent souvenir et si nous repassons par là , nous ne manquerons pas de nous arrêter. Un parking très grand et les animaux de compagnie sont gratuis !! nous faisons des exoositions canines , ce n'est pas négligable. Le petit déjeuner est très correct .

Pulito e luminoso,camere confortevoli colazione più che adeguata,di sicuro tornerò Il ristorante non fa parte dell'hotel ma si può comunque chiedere un conto combinato con la stanza. E' comunque chiuso il lunedì

La posizione è tranquilla e le città di Parma e Reggio Emilia sono facilmente raggiungibili così come le altre località di interesse storico- artistico come Sabbioneta o I castelli. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite. La colazione abbondante e varia. Molto cortese il personale. Lo consiglio. Qualcuno ha scritto che le campane della vicina chiesa disturbano, ma non trovo sia del tutto vero. Suonano anche delle piccole melodie e solo in orari accettabili. Non sono propriamente un punto negativo come potrebbe invece essere il traffico pesante che passa davanti sulla via Emila comunque molto attutito dalle finestre delle camere. Non posso quindi indicare alcun punto veramente negativo.

La gentilezza e cortesia del personale alla reception. L'eleganza e la comodità delle stanze, da quattro stelle. Un piccolo neo è stato la mancanza di riscaldamento la sera dell'arrivo. Faceva decisamente un pò freddo.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera e bagno (con finestra) molto spaziosi. Colazione ok Pulizia non impeccabile,qualche ragnatela e la vasca idromassaggio non utilizzabile perchè sporca. Vicinanza con campanile piuttosto fastidiosa.

Hotel nuovo ed accogliente, le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose e munite di ogni comfort, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, la posizione circa metà strada tra Parma e reggio Emilia facilita la visita di ambe due le città o il loro raggiungimento anche a chi vi soggiorna per lavoro. Unico neo: troppo vicino al campanile di una chiesa con conseguente, assordante, rintocco delle campane già al mattino presto. La colazione è un pò troppo "all'italiana" prevalenza assoluta di dolci e pochissima scelta per chi come me preferisce il salato, inoltre se scendi in sala oltre le ore 9 corri il rischio di trovare ben poco di tutto.

Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, Raucherzimmer bekommen, Änderung wegen unfähiger Mitarbeiter nicht möglich; nur ein Handtücher für eine Person im Zimmer, die anderen kann man nach längerem Suchen im Schrank finden(in Wäschebeutel verpackt-oder besser versteckt)
