nice clean hotel, friendly staff, good price-2-quality (via Booking.com at least) and one of the best breakfast buffets I ever saw in Italy

rooms 102/202/302 are close to the elevator which could be unpleasant for certain guests (not me I slept like a log)

The location of the hotel is good, it's situated not far from the sea. Most members of the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay, cleaning service was excellent. There was a large selection of fruits and pastry. And it was nice in the morning to listen to relaxing music while having breakfast.

There are some disadvantages: poor lighting of the room and bath; lack of bedside tables; lack of shelves in the bathroom; bad wi-fi connection.

The hotel is very close to the beach, you even get a discount on the beach because of accommodation. The breakfast was varied with fresh fruit. The parking just next to the hotel is worth its price - quiet place in comparison to busy main street, specially in the evenings. Oposite to the hotel entrace there is a phenomenal Ristorante Il Pesce Innamorato with awesome food in decent price range.

There was no towel hanger in the bathrom.

Small nice hotel very close to the sea, fairly convenient with good parking inside. We particularly enjoyed the service of the night porter – good service like in the 70’s, this is what Italy is all about, and needs to become again!! The hotel needs to improve on some of the things to be truly a 4 star hotel by international standards. There was no ironing board in the hotel – so the shirts could not be ironed, nothing was offered to be arranged. There could be more diversity for breakfast – right now too much focus is on sweet stuff and pasties. In our room the entrance to the bathroom had a 10cm step to it – had to be careful not to trip…all small things, but make an impact on the holiday.

We chose Rimini as a break between city visits so we could have a couple days of chilling by the sea. The hotel was lovely and the room was perfect, large, airy and clean. The best part was the young boy on reception called Michel, he was a treat and could not do enough to help, he brightened my day every time I saw him behind the desk. Certainly an asset work looking after. The over all stay was just what we wanted, it was not the summer season so it was quiet, which we needed, but we managed a walk along the sea front and the beach which was great and recharged our batteries for the next City.

The receptionist, Francesco, was the nicest and most helpful person we have ever encountered on reception at any of the dozens of hotels we stay in every year. The hotel is comfortable, well equipped in every respect, clean and the breakfast is superb. There is an excellent restaurant 2 doors away. Highly recommended

Parking cost at 10€ a day is a little expensive.

Clean, spacious rooms, excelent breakfast, helpfull staff. Located in Rimini Marina, is very close to the bus station that connects it with the train station and the city center. The beach is at 5 minutes walk. Next to the hotel you can find the best restaurant in Rimini - Chi Burdlaz. They have the best pizza and pasta in Italy.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, il fornitissimo buffet della colazione (molto diversificato e di qualità), l'orario della colazione dalle 6.30 alle 12.00, la posizione strategica dell'albergo.

Il parcheggio a EUR 10.- / giorno, la via piuttosto rumorosa al mattino.

La colazione con orario esteso (ben 5 ore di durata). I letti a una piazza e mezzo nelle stanze. Il wi-fi funzionava benissimo.

Il piumone invernale in Maggio era eccessivo.

Unica nota dolente il riscaldamento della mia stanza non ha maio funzionato al 100%. era più caldo in corridoio che nella stanza. Fortunatamente c'è il phon e con quello ho scaldato la stanza, ma il giudizio comunque rimane positivo

Francesco de l'accueil, adorable, souriant et amical qui se met en quatre pour ses clients. Les autres membres du personnel très efficaces et souriants aussi. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, calmes et aux normes. Petit-déjeuner convenable.

purtroppo non è un albergo 4 stelle al massimo un 3 stelle normale!!!

ottima la posizione ed il breakfast al mattino, per il resto abbiamo avuto soltanto problemi. la stanza era veramente minimale...direi quasi vuota! il bagno un pò datato e con accessori di scarsa qualità

приветливый персонал, местоположение очень удобное. современное кондиционирование. у нас был улучшенный номер с огромным балконом, просто прелесть.уютно как дома.

отсутствие бассейна, летней веранды. душевая кабина примитивная, могли бы в четырехзвездочном отеле поставить ванну.

Non viene indicato prima che il parcheggio dell'hotel è da pagare a parte al costo di 10 euro a notte.

Posizione, cordialità dello staff, pulizia sia in camera che nel resto degli spazi comuni, ricca colazione e importanza Dell'orario (fino alle 12).
