Everyone was so friendly, Truly felt like they cared. Large towels, and really accommodated us smokers! You will not find a better sized room, with location and price! Just make sure to book the Jr Suite. Oh, and Rooftop terrace views are amazing! Maid service can come at odd times. But reception desk will work with you! |

There was some trouble with the air conditioning in our room. First two nights it was too warm and after that the temperature was quite ok. In any case the air is too dry. |

the rooms were clean the location, verses what you were led to believe, the breakfast food was put out w\each day til eaten...no "value for the money" services. Internet and phones were a joke. |

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The Spa was excellent. The net curtains in my room were very dirty and made the room seem dark. |

excellent location to use public transportation, helpful front desk staff, overall was comfortable needed more electric light, pillows were too hard, shower had lots of gadgets but wasn't good for plain shower, television audio was distorted. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tram and bus services just outside the main door. Trastevere is best area for eating in Rome so meant we could walk every night to a restaurant Area outside the hotel is very shabby and litter everywhere. Our room was very dark with poor lighting. |

The hotel is very conveniently located for the Leonardo da Vinci (FCO) airport. It is a short 10 minute walk to the main Trastevere restaurant district of Rome. The number 8 tram stops right outside. |

The view over the roof tops of Rome, the location had great transport links into tjhe city centre as well as being in the Trastevere area which was ideal for the night time. The staff in the hotel were very hepful E.g by giving full transport tips and advice on arrival we were able to quickly find our bearings. We thouroughly enjoyed the Spa Package. |

The Location was good the tram stop was only several meters away, which lead you into the city. Good views from the roof top bar. The Room size was very small, there was not enough space to hang our clothes in the wardrobe, it was rather uncomfortable for two people for 6 nights, although I cannot compare it with any other hotels in Rome as this was our first trip. The double room would be suffient for one person for a comfortable stay. |

Luxurious feel to the hotel. Nice quiet room facing away from the main road. Roof terrace bar on the 8th floor with the excellent barman (Alex). Location was central enough. Short no. 8 tram ride to Pantheon area - then bus to any of the other attractions. The Spa was priced a bit high. Perhaps some special offers should have been given to hotel guests ? Fold down bed setee for the children was not very comfortable. |

The roofgarden (lovely view!) and the spa were really nice. Perfect to relax after a long day walking. Breakfast was really poor (no fresh juice, just horrible instant-juice and old bread) |

La chambre est spacieuse, propre, et tres bien insonorisée, l hotel est plutot bien situé dans la ville avec l acces aux transports en communs juste devant. Le personnel est agreable et pret a donner toutes sortes de tres bons renseignements, et est aux petits soins Les renseignements sur le spa ne sont pas tres clairs, et il faut partir a la recherche des infos les modalitées d'acces ne sont pas indiquées tout comme les massages. Il faut parler et lire l'Italien ou l'Anglais rien n'est expliqué en Francais. |
