Personal muy correcto y amable. Buena comunicacion con el resto de la ciudad parada de atobus y tren junto al hotel y cercano al famoso Trastevere. Muy limpio.La pasteleria del buffet es bastante buena |

El recepcionista, Sergio, fue encantador y de mucha ayuda, ya que hbalaba español, nos entregó un mapa, nos señaló los recorridos turísticos, los medios de transporte,los horarios,...la zona del Trastevere, donde estaba situado el hotel, tiene una gran vida nocturna, merece la pena darse una vuelta por la noche por sus calles y plazas, llenas de restaurantes, bares. El tranvía nº8, que para en la puerta del hotel, te lleva al centro en un momento y pasa muy frecuentemente. La habitación era pequeña pero bien equipada. La habitación era algo pequeña, el desayuno era demasiado normal para un hotel de cuatro estrellas, el Spa había que pagarlo aparte, así como el uso del jacuzzi o sauna. |

La amabilidad del personal de recepción, restauración, ...lo confortable que era la habitación y lo limpia que estaba, pero, sobre todo, la cama, perfecta para descansar después de andar toda roma. La tardanza del ascensor en la hora del desayuno, pero por decir algo. |

La ubicacion y la cercania al transporte publico,parada de autobus y tranvia a la puerta del hotel, estacion de tren cercana. Las habitaciones y baños son mas pequeñas de lo que hacen parecer en las fotos. En el desayuno el personal esta demasiado encima y si te descuidas y te levantas a cualquier cosa, te han retirado el desayuno antes de que lo acabes. |

Buena relación calidad precio. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno. Tiene el tranvía a un paso del hotel dejándote muy cerca del centro turístico de la ciudad. Hotel muy recomendable. |

The staff was very helpfull and kind - really they make the difference! Nice SPA facilities. The ordinary rooms are quite small and dark, but I got the junior suit and this was very nice. I do not like the garbage outside the hotel (close to the hotel). |

good location, modern hotel (if that is what you like) attractive breakfast room with a good selection of breads meat and cheeses, including fresh fruit. free parking foam mattress and pillows, I prefer firmer mattresses .. not enough water pressure for the fancy spa shower jets to work properly |

The decor of the room was very nice. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice size bathroom. It's location was a little far from restaurants and shopping - the tram was convenient but the nightlife was very quiet. The front desk controlled the air conditioning so the room was always hot. |

The Spa was excellent.. the bathroom big & beautiful We booked a 4 persons room and got one double bed and a really bad quality small sofa bed for 2 persons to sleep on.. thank God we only stayed one night |

The staff were friendly, very polite and mostly spoke English, the hotel was clean and well decorated, with a good choice of breakfast and ideally situated within walking distance off all the major attractions The food in the roof terrace restaurant was grilled on a barbeque, dry with no herbs or spices, cold vegetables and certainly not good value for money |

Everyone was so friendly, Truly felt like they cared. Large towels, and really accommodated us smokers! You will not find a better sized room, with location and price! Just make sure to book the Jr Suite. Oh, and Rooftop terrace views are amazing! Maid service can come at odd times. But reception desk will work with you! |

There was some trouble with the air conditioning in our room. First two nights it was too warm and after that the temperature was quite ok. In any case the air is too dry. |
