Kun saavuimme aikaisin hotellille eikä huone ollut vielä valmis, saimme yksityisen suihkuhuoneen ja pyyhkeet siistiytymistä varten. Lisäksi saimme odotellessa lounaan joka tarjoiltiin vain meille hotellin ilmastoidussa aulassa. Hotellissa oli hyvä aamiainen ja siistit, hyvät huoneet. Lautalattia oli plussaa allergikolle. Huoneessa oli myös pieni parveke ja äänet eivät kuuluneet kadulta sillä äänieristys oli hyvä. Trasteveren alue oli erittäin hyvä majoitukseen, lyhyt matka kävellä nähtävyyksille ja hotellin edestä meni bussit ja ratikat keskustaan. |

Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja alakerran kylpyläosasto hinnastaan huolimatta aivan loistava. Hotellin kattoterassi oli hyvä myös ruokansa puolesta. |

Hotellista on helppo kulkea Rooman keskustaan joko julkisilla tai kävellen ja Trasteweren hyvät ruokapaikat ovat sopivan kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellin henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. |

Very kind staff, good position near Trastevere, nice common areas in the hotel, good little spa center just below the hotel , promotional prices weekend, the man should be careful with the intention of a brasilian massagist however... |

We liked the location - close to historic Rome Some of the staff were very polite, helpful and nice. However others gave us the impression that they were doing us a big favor when answering questions or inquiries |

The staff was very helpfull and kind - really they make the difference! Nice SPA facilities. The ordinary rooms are quite small and dark, but I got the junior suit and this was very nice. I do not like the garbage outside the hotel (close to the hotel). |

good location, modern hotel (if that is what you like) attractive breakfast room with a good selection of breads meat and cheeses, including fresh fruit. free parking foam mattress and pillows, I prefer firmer mattresses .. not enough water pressure for the fancy spa shower jets to work properly |

The decor of the room was very nice. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice size bathroom. It's location was a little far from restaurants and shopping - the tram was convenient but the nightlife was very quiet. The front desk controlled the air conditioning so the room was always hot. |

The excellent staff most of all! So helpful every time we had a question. The breakfast choice was fantastic - and the view from the terrace was definitely worth the lift ride up! |

The Spa was excellent.. the bathroom big & beautiful We booked a 4 persons room and got one double bed and a really bad quality small sofa bed for 2 persons to sleep on.. thank God we only stayed one night |

The staff were friendly, very polite and mostly spoke English, the hotel was clean and well decorated, with a good choice of breakfast and ideally situated within walking distance off all the major attractions The food in the roof terrace restaurant was grilled on a barbeque, dry with no herbs or spices, cold vegetables and certainly not good value for money |

Everyone was so friendly, Truly felt like they cared. Large towels, and really accommodated us smokers! You will not find a better sized room, with location and price! Just make sure to book the Jr Suite. Oh, and Rooftop terrace views are amazing! Maid service can come at odd times. But reception desk will work with you! |

There was some trouble with the air conditioning in our room. First two nights it was too warm and after that the temperature was quite ok. In any case the air is too dry. |

the rooms were clean the location, verses what you were led to believe, the breakfast food was put out w\each day til eaten...no "value for the money" services. Internet and phones were a joke. |

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The Spa was excellent. The net curtains in my room were very dirty and made the room seem dark. |
