The staff were extremely helpful. Even tried their best to help us purchase last minute tickets to the Roma vs ACMilan game. An easy tram ride to the main attractions of Rome and lots of advice from the staff. A lovely stay, would have stayed longer if we had more time. Thank you.
The staff were fantastic! Very friendly and always ready to answer our questions or give recommendations. Comfy clean rooms, nice central location. Would stay here again!
It's right opposite the Sunday flea market Efficient staff
A bit far from centre of town or even central Trastevere
Breakfast - good selection of breakfast items Friendliness & helpfulness of staff Location - Trastevere good location for eating out and it with the bus and tram outside the hotel it was very easy to get into Rome, (also meant you were away from the bustle of central Rome)
Room was far too hot at night and due to the time of year that we stayed there the air-conditioning was switched off. Although we had a balcony and could open the door at night the noise of the traffic early in the morning, (which you could not hear if the door was closed) was a nuisance and would awake you up very very early
Staff Position Breakfast Spa
Shower in the room Lack of restaurant
The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. We really enjoyed using the roof terrace when coming home after our evening meal a great place to relax. Bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable
When we checked in max at the desk gave us all the info we needed for our stay in rome aswell as the hotel. Anything we needed wasnt a problem with any other staff member all were very helpful
Staff were so helpful and friendly. Couldn't do enough for us. Met the coowner and she was the loveliest woman and si warm and generous. Definitely would stay there again. .spa facilities were wonderful and they recommended us to the best Italian restaurant we had eaten in in all our travels.
That my stay was so short. ..
1) located in Trastevere the hotspot for dining with the locals 2) close to the river for the river festival 3) right on the bus/streetcar line for easy access to any where around Rome 4) 25 mins stroll to the Vatican
The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. Great hotel and location. Highly recommended.
Nothing to dislike.
The whole experience was worth. Good location, 5 star hotel in all the senses
The welcome friendliness of staff We were from NZ and felt like we were at home All questions re transport and areas to visit were extremely helpful Even though we checked out. On the day we flew out they allowed us to use their reception lounge and T V as we waited for our flight time
Very friendly and helpfull people at the reception, they gave us a lot of usefull information.
Everything. Special thanks to the staff and Mana in particular.
Nothing, it was all great
The room was spacious and clean and there are some really good cafés around. Away from the madness of the main city.
Breakfast was average.
Staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. Great location tram stops right outside into central Rome. Sunday market across the road is worth a visit.
In my opinion the spa was over priced. Although they say food is available 24 hours, it seemed to be only frozen cheese and tomato pizza.
It is so convenient for the city centre, the tram stops just outside the hotel and you are in the centre in 5/10 minutes or you can take the tram in the other direction to the mainline train at Trastevere Station which you can link up to Fiumicino Airport. This was our second stay at this hotel in 3 years and if we return to Rome we plan to stay here again.
The complimentary drink only offered a soft drink or a small sparkling wine. I asked if I could have a regular wine instead but this was not an option. Breakfast was fair, the boiled eggs were cold every morning and the scrambled eggs were cold one morning and lukewarm the second morning.
Great location, right next to the tram line and bus routes for easy access to center of the town. Excellent facilities in the room.
Good location, very friendly, knowledgable, helpful staff. Clean hotel and good breakfast especially the orange juice which you squeeze yourself.
Wifi was little unpredictable at times. Spa appeared to be for personal hire only and quite costly for that pleasure. Gym quite small.
Very nice hotel in even nicer districts with very easy and good tram connection
SPA there is not a real one and very expensive if you want to go there.
exceptionally friendly and informative staff. Location next to tram was benefit.
Our bedroom was street side, and very noisy. The climate control didn't work, so room stayed very warm. And when opening the windows for cool air, alas, the noise from the streets was almost unbearable
Friendly helpful staff. Room and bathroom clean.
Spa attached to hotel very expensive. Knew there would be a charge, but how much was not on booking info. Had hoped to use pool but it was 90 euro pp
The staff is the best. The receptionist were amazing. So attentive. So caring. Everyone at this hotel makes you feel so welcome!!
There was nothing not to like!
The staff at reception
The staff in the dining room The quality of the room - not very clean, quite old. The cost of the room and of the spa.
I came to Rome to visit my son who is at AUR for a semester . I was by myself and the staff at trilussa made me feel very comfortable and safe. They were always helpful and supportive of my many questions. I left for 4 days to travel and were joined by my sisters for another week. I have enjoyed every moment here at trilussa . I also had a great massage while I was here and appreciated the gym . The facility is clean and again the staff was wonderful! Especially Splendora !thank you Jeanne
