Hotelpersonal, Freundlichkeittolle Lage, das Wichtigste ist zu Fuss erreichbar es hat nicht immer alles (Wasser, Dusche, ...) funktioniert. |

Unser 4Bett-Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber, mit großem Bad und regulierbarer Klimaanlage. Obwohl straßenseitig gelegen war der Lärm nicht störend. Sehr nettes Personal und ausgezeichneter Kaffee zum Frühstück (auf Wunsch sogar Cappucino), köstliche Croissants und Müsli, jedoch weder Obst noch Wurstwaren. Die (separat zu zahlende) Garage befindet sich im nächsten Haus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wände sind etwas dünn, man hörte das Schnarchen aus dem Nebenzimmer. |

die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich im Bad fanden wir Ameisen, der Boden ist stark "verwohnt", insgesamt wäre Investition gut, damit das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt |

Fantastic location, comfortable breakfast room, nice atmosphere, quiet room Complicated procedure to access internet. One staff member (Antonio) very helpful, another staff member (woman) gave us incorrect information for a tour booking so we couldn't take the tour |

Because I use to visit Rome at least twice per year, I selected this hotel for the location as it is very close to the market. I didn't like the breakfast, it was very poor and also the interior I think that needs some repairs. |

The geographical location, convenience to many tourist sites in Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The taxi shuttle was extremely expensive. Bedisde light did not work. We reported it, but it was not repaired in the time we stayed there. The toilet flush did not work reliably. |

Only the employees, who were very nice The pictures they show at booking.com are very deceiving and give you a wrong idea of the place. Most of the rooms are very small, uncomfortable and poorly furnished. I was able to get the best room after complaining at the front desk. Breakfast was fair, though. |

The location of the Trinita Dei Monti Hotel is extremely good - just a 100 metres or so along from the top in the spanish steps, and between two metro stops for easy access to public transport. The room was clean and well presented, the breakfasts were great, and the hotel staff were excellent. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and took the time to explain where things were and how to get there I had booked a single room and found it to be very small and I was the first room next to the reception and breakfast room which meant in the early hours of the morning I could hear everyone coming and going as well as the coffee machine during breakfast |

the location Every time toilet was flushed an unpleasant loud sound followed, the room smelled like there were something faulty with the water draining system, the tv did not work, complaints were not seriously handled. coffee at the breakfast was nescafe. Overall, for 120 euros a night I'd expect much more. I would consider this place expensive even at half the price |

Ottimo, è un albergo molto accogliente e confortevole.Ci siamo trovati benissimo.Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile.Una delle cose che apprezziamo di più oltre l'ospitalità di questo albergo è la posizione - si trova al centro della città, a pochi passi da p.zza di Spagna e si può girare tutto il centro storico a piedi.La colazione è ottima, anche le camere tutte in stile classico - lo consiglierei a tutti. |

Situato in zona centrale, ottimo per visita città, shopping, rappresentazioni teatrali (100 m dal Teatro Sistina). Sala colazione troppo piccola. Pochi posti, ho dovuto fare la fila per fare colazione. Camera troppo vicina alla reception con relativi "rumori", non possibile riposare. Doccia rotta. |

Ho apprezzato la posizione strategica, vicinissima alla fermata della metro, vicinissima alle maggiori piazze, ma ho anche apprezzato il fatto che si trova in una zona "raccomandabile" in cui puoi rientrare la sera senza fare "strani incontri". L'unica finestra della nostra stanza (n.102) si affacciava su di un cortile buio, pieno di immondizia. |

lo unico bueno de este hotel es la ubicación que esta muy centrico para visitar la ciudad. si el hotel es muy malo y no se corresponde con las imagenes que poneis de él, aqui en españa sería una pensión y de las malas, la limpieza deja bastante que desear, las alfombras que tenía no saben en que año las pusieron y no las volvieron a quitar. |

Estar en el centro de Roma. El hotel tiene muchos años y mas que un hotel con solera es un hotel rancio. Mobiliario el justo y viejo. El baño horrible. La ducha lo peor, salia el agua caliente de milagro y poca, y de limpieza mal. El desayuno breve y escaso. La calle muy ruidosa, por el tráfico. |
