The geographical location, convenience to many tourist sites in Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The taxi shuttle was extremely expensive. Bedisde light did not work. We reported it, but it was not repaired in the time we stayed there. The toilet flush did not work reliably. |

Only the employees, who were very nice The pictures they show at booking.com are very deceiving and give you a wrong idea of the place. Most of the rooms are very small, uncomfortable and poorly furnished. I was able to get the best room after complaining at the front desk. Breakfast was fair, though. |

The location of the Trinita Dei Monti Hotel is extremely good - just a 100 metres or so along from the top in the spanish steps, and between two metro stops for easy access to public transport. The room was clean and well presented, the breakfasts were great, and the hotel staff were excellent. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and took the time to explain where things were and how to get there I had booked a single room and found it to be very small and I was the first room next to the reception and breakfast room which meant in the early hours of the morning I could hear everyone coming and going as well as the coffee machine during breakfast |

the location Every time toilet was flushed an unpleasant loud sound followed, the room smelled like there were something faulty with the water draining system, the tv did not work, complaints were not seriously handled. coffee at the breakfast was nescafe. Overall, for 120 euros a night I'd expect much more. I would consider this place expensive even at half the price |

I am very familiar with Rome and thought this to be an ideal location. Because the area near the Piazza di Spana is my favorite area I was please to find the hotel so near. The price was excellent for the room size. It was far larger than expected. I will use the hotel again and will reccomend it to others. The staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. The property was extremely clean. I would prefer a larger bathroom, but the overall experience was 99.99% |

Breakfasts, helpful staff The hotel is a little gloomy and could be made more pleasant looking. The room I originally booked was like a closet, and fortunately I was able to move. |

The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful with arranging taxis, restaurant suggestions/reservations. They went out of their way to do anything you asked. The accomodations were very poor. The hotel was nothing like the pictures on the web site. The location was great. The bathroom door was falling off; the shower had spots of black mold and had a terrible smell. The beds were extemely uncomfortable and it was very noisy. The hotel was booked as every other hotel in the entire city of Rome (we tried to find another place). |

Really experience La Dolce Vita at the Hotel Concordia, just a short stroll away from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. This is Rome’s most exclusive neighbourhood. |
Brand-new Residence Al Saraceno provides modern studio and 2-room apartments housed in a historic 17th-century building located just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. |
Hotel Locarno itself can be considered a real masterpiece, perfectly matching its exclusive setting in the centre of Rome, just a stone’s throw from the splendid Piazza del Popolo. |
Occupying an idyllic position in the historic centre of Rome, the hotel is within a 10 minute walk of the Quirinale Palace, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the main shopping area of the city. |
