Staff was nice, had a good view of the lake and was very right across the street from the ferries and about 1/2 mile from the train station. The beds were too firm for my taste, but that was my experience in all the hotels I stayed at in Italy during my two week visit, so you have to get used to it. |

The location was perfect, easy access to the ferry and buses. Trains were an easy walk. Staff were friendly & able to answer any questions we had with regards to Desenzano and surrounding areas. |
