The room was clean and quiet, the airconditioning was nice, the hotel and rooms smelled fine, the babycot was nice, and the bed was firm but comfortable. The reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The hotel location was convenient for the ferry and eating. There is a nice playground nearby. The room was very small and the hotel lacked attention to details such as burned out lightbulbs and a broken hairdryer upon our arrival. (They were willing to fix them once we brought it to their attention.) There were not enough service staff during breakfast to accommodate all the guests. Breakfast was marginal but sufficient. |

The Staff here were Great and it is in the middle of everything, and right on the Lake with the ferry stop just across the street from Tripoli. I can´t recommend it enough. |

Great location. Very helpful staff. Room quiet despite being 'on the front'. No problem in recommending it. As others have said the bathroom was small and the beds not fantastic. However overall I felt the pro's well outweighed the cons. |

views are amazing, ferry outside to take you all around lake garda, also bus, train very close. would stay again. really lovely, perfect location. |

we liked the lakeside location - very easy for ferries on Lake Garda also a good central location for restaurants and shopping. We were travelling by train and the station was an easy 15 minute walk away for us although anyone unused to walking should be away most central hotels will mean an up hill walk to the station. |

The quality and size of the room was poor. The shower room - not bathroom - was totally inadequate. Will never stay here again. |

Staff was nice, had a good view of the lake and was very right across the street from the ferries and about 1/2 mile from the train station. The beds were too firm for my taste, but that was my experience in all the hotels I stayed at in Italy during my two week visit, so you have to get used to it. |

Die Lage war sehr schön und zentral gelegen, schöne Sicht auf die Piazza und den See. Auch das Personal war weitgehend hilfsbereit und höflich, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und die Zimmer immer sauber gehalten (täglich neue Bettlaken und Tücher) Das Bad war sehr klein aber immerhin hübsch und sauber gehalten. |
