The hotel staff is very friendly and warm welcoming, he offered help to carry your luggage, and guided us to the place we stayed. The trulli is big and luxurious, sweet experience on staying in an unique house. The location is great and within the trulli area in the heart of Alberobello. The price is reasonable and cheap too. Hope for a stay again if we have the chance to go back alberobello again.

It was a unique experience ! It is not great for tall people, my husband is 6 foot, but he thought it was cute, as well. The town of Aberabello was quite charming and quaint. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief time there and in surrounding areas. The strong wind outside was moving the metal sign all night, making it hard to sleep, but it was an exceptionally bad storm...

Upon arrival the staff was very Kind and helpful. We had originally booked a regular two person trullo but when he showed us to our room They surprised us with a larger trullo suite free of charge. It was a great fun experience and the area is surrounded with trulli. The breakfast was not the best but in Italy there is not much hot breakfast anyway so considering that it was not bad. The rooms were clean and very romantic. I would recommend this hotel and defiantly revisit.

The novelty of staying in a Trullo was unique, part of the experience of the town of Alberobello. From our location it was easy to walk around the town and see the Trulli which are the building style of the town. The staff at Trulli Holiday were very helpful and provided plenty of information to support our stay. The added bonus was a free upgrade to a larger size Trullo which was very spacious by Trullo standards. An excellent breakfast was provided at a restaurant not too far away - we enjoyed our morning stroll to get there. Parking was nearby. WiFi was only available at the office. Staying in a Trullo is a must if you are visiting Alberobello - it made for a very memorable part of our holiday.

Staying in a Trullo is not something you do every day and is a lovely escape and a good way to enjoy Alberbello without the crowds...The way that Trulli Holidays have decorated their Trulli is perfect. It's clear that great care and thought went into every detail, from the very modern "fire" in the fireplace to the big shower head installed in the ceiling, which are modern comforts discreetly installed so that the look and feel is still traditional...they also take care of all the small things like leaving you a coffee pot, wine opener and water in the fridge. Francesco and Donato were both extremely helpful before and during our stay, not much more to say, just go and enjoy, you will have a great time and will be shown a great Pugliese welcome.

The staff are very good and helpful. They made sure everything we needed was catered to and they made us very comfortable. They are hospitable and accommodating. Went an extra mile to make our stay worthwhile. They tell you where to go and showed us where to get value-for-money places. We felt like we were come-backing visitors. And they are very easy to communicate with. Thank you Francesco and Donatello! Thumbs up for Trulli Holiday!

Accomodation in original Trulli. The formula of independent small houses with the complete freedom during the stay but at the same time the perfect service. Breakfast at nice restaurant close by. Discount at the same restaurant for other meals. The wonderful reception and disponibility of the personnel.

Francesco and Donatello and others at the front desk gave superb customer service. Staying in a trulli was a great experience we will always remember. We stayed in #5 a 2 bedroom. Plenty of room for all. Thank you Trulli Holiday for arranging the meeting of distant relatives in Alberobello. Tip: Central Bar a few steps from main office has great cappuccino and pastries. Casa Nova restaurant a great place to eat. Enjoy a walk around town in the morning.

We stayed in the hotel 2 nights. The staff, the trulli and the location all very very good. Be aware that they have 2 locations of rooms - we stayed in the one close to the city center. Very good choice!

We loved staying in an authentic trullo in the picturesque quarter. It was lovely, clean and comfortable inside with an air conditioner, which we appreciated on an unexpected cold night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower booth was extremely tiny and we feared running out of hot water. You'd better bring teabags, sachets of coffee/ sugar there, as 'Tea/ Coffee Maker' turned out a Kitchinette with a gas cooker.

An unique travel experience to stay in our own Trullo, while exploring Alberobello and the other charming towns in Puglia. From the moment we arrived (during a festival), the staff was friendly, well organized and efficiently showed us to parking and our own Trullo within one of the old sections of Alberobello. These small apartments are embedded within Alberobello, a jewel of a city and also must-see. They are authentic Trullo architecture (watch your head!) with the amenities of a 4 star hotel. No need for a restaurant; Alberobello has many good restaurants to select. The breakfast location was an easy walk from our location.

The staff were extremely kind and courteous, the trullo was exactly as described, in fact everything I'd read about them which lead me to book with them, was true. So they are an honest company, which is always important. And it was obvious to me - having worked in the hospitality industry myself in major tourist areas of New Zealand - that they are very sincere and focussed on their goal to please their customers. They understand that satisfied customers spread the word, and that that is good business for their company. They are very professional. The trullo I stayed in was very central - as they all are, and just the right size for me. It's a great little place to look around and I enjoyed my stay there. I will recommend them to other friends who travel to Italy. I have back problems, and the mattress just wasn't right for me, it was too soft. I woke up with an extremely sore back. Not a lot anyone can do about that, and I realise you can't please everybody's personal needs. But I think you could look at the type of mattresses you put on the beds.

Francesco, who greeted us on arrival, was very warm and helpful. He seemed to enjoy his work and is proud of his home town. The town was celebrating ss Cosmas and Damian and we are sad we didn't stay another night to enjoy the party to the full.
