CTC Hotel Verona  

A very nice hotel that I would recommend. The room was very clean and nice, the staff were very helpful, and it was very easy to get to from the highway.

Very good food, nice rooms

Absolutely unwelcoming staff particularly the girl in the morning when we checked out. We didn't mind if she didn't greet us. But we do not accept the fact that she was constantly moaning and grumbling in front of us because there was a double payment of the rooms. We confess that we didn't realize the hotel already deducted the booking from our credit card so we paid at the check out. We didn't know so we couldn't tell her... But how annoying to see her trying to make sure it was our fault this happened, being quiet aggressive toward us! We are surprise such hotel part of Tryp can make mistakes as double payment on a booking. We thought they could see on the system which rooms are already paid or not? Or is there a problem of organization in this hotel? Well, as we said, we don't mind this happened but please, remind to the staff, especially to the receptionists, how to treat customers correctly with good manners!

- the menu of the restaurant is small - using the internet is very expensive

Very good breakfasts, numbers big, but it is very far located from a city, to reach in difficult evening, only on a taxi, the personnel badly speaks in English.

We stayed at the junior suite which was very comfortable and nice! The breakfast was very delicious and had a great variety. We would definitely recommend the hotel if you do not care about the surrounding and you just need the hotel to sleep (industrial area).

Along way out of Verona taxi 15 euros to get into center .Ready for refurbishing bathroom particularly

It´s good that you can stay for very little money on the standard rate and you may add services if you want. You have to pay of course.

The tv on my room had a problem with the sound system. I rented a movie hoping it would go away but it did not, so I did not see the movie that has a cost of 10 euro. Next day at check out I mention this to the receptionist (name Karim) but he would not care, he charged me anyway. He told me I should called the reception the day before. He would not understand that at 10 PM very tired and in my pijamas, expecting a technician in my room would not be my favorite plan. He was very impolite and would not give the managers name or his last name to do a formal complaint. Instead he gave me the reception mail for the complaint. Very convenient considering he would be the one receiving it!!

Tutto ottimo..... Se proprio si vuol trovare un aspetto negativo ci sarebbe da rinnovare la doccia, almeno nella camera da me visitata........

La squisita cordialità e disponibilità del personale dell'Hotel, I servizi offerti ed inoltre la colazione e la cucina.

Il giornale in camera alla mattina e l'ampiezza della camera

Colazione scarsa e macchinette del caffe e cappuccini sempre rotte, l'unica funzionante e quella con caffe in polvere e non espresso (perche costa meno). Penso che un hotel del genere dovrebbe curare di più la colazione in quanto è da hotel 2 stelle.

Camera insonorizzata, posizione dell'hotel molto discreta.

Operazioni di check in un po' brigose. Potrebbero essere snellite facendo un fotocopia del documento e prendendo subito le firme dei clienti,

camera con un caldo infernale impossibile da regolare e materasso scomodo. Ristorante da dimenticare e non all'altezza di un 4 stelle

Posizione strategica. Discreto rapporto prezzo/qualità

2 note negative : 1a) oltre alle informazioni sull'uso del telecomando tv (film on demand/porno, ecc.) sarebbe necessario anche le istruzioni per l'utilizzo dell'impianto di riscaldamento........P.S. Ho sofferto il freddo 2a) per un 4stelle (o giù di lì) la colazione con bevande calde (caffè, cappuccino, ecc.) dalla macchinetta distributrice....una bestemmia. Volentieri pagherei qualche Euro in più.... Ma il caffè o il cappuccino come la bar.
