The breakfast was good and included in the price and the rooms were very big. The beds are extremely comfortable.
The staff at the front desk and breakfast don't love their jobs but are kind. Avoid Friday night if you need a good night sleep - we found it was very noisy with partygoers.
So sorry we only had one day but we will be back as so much to see fully recomend
Nothing to dislike
Very clean, breakfast was giid
You had to pay for wifi, only got one hour free.
Room was very big and comfy.....bathroom is excellent and clean.
Location Ease of booking Friendly, helpful Staff Comfortable room and Facilities
Expensive overnight car parking
Staff in reception not very friendly, an smile is always welcome.
modern luxury bathroom very comfortable bed and pillows close to the metro station excellent breakfast
the swirls on the ceiling the location
Large bed, modern room, clean, good Wifi. Short train journey to centre.
Staff in restaurant especially friendly and made the children comfortable. Reception friendly and efficient. All round felt very comfortable in this hotel travelling with two children.
Easy to get into central Turin on excellent Metro which is just next door. Spacious family room with great views and air con and was quiet being on 7th floor, as hotel is on main road. Cheap and got a Eur 8 per day parking deal for booking.com, thanks guys.
A bit soulless. Tv reception was poor.
Comfort and service
Parking is easy, a lot of spaces.. Bed size is good (king size), good Turkish kebab in front of the hotel.
Cigarette smoke smell in the bath room, TV is really really small, location is quite far away (I guess will be difficult without car).
mini bar don`t work and air condition too
Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and very comfortable. Hotel personnel very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruits. Very close to the metro station
A bit far from the historic center and not a very good neighborhood of the city, but will do.
Very close to Metro station.
There is no complimentary bottle of water in the room and the tap water is not safe (hotel staff told that). In other Holiday Inn I had stayed earlier, there was always a bottle of water offered complimentary each day.
A good base, whether for exploring Torino as a tourist or on a business trip, with easy access to the Metropolitana. Helpful staff at the front desk. Clean and well designed rooms.
Elevators can be slow in the morning when a tour group is leaving.
location for business with Alenia
Reception staff very helpfull.Cosy and very clean room and bathroom.Free Wi-Fi.Room according to my needs.Room service with quick deliveries. Many tv channels.Metro station, just opposite the Hotel, which overcomes the long distance from city centre.
Mini bar well equipped, but it could be better.Breakfast good enouph. It would be excellent if it was more plentiful. Long distance from city centre.
Good location next to metro
Particular location, convenient for cars when you don't want to be in the centre. Garage.Spacious room.
Everything was fine.
the location.Very close to the subway.
really nice room very comfortable , free wi-fi was fine good that it was free !!
all good for me
Prostitutes hung out all night outside the hotel.
the breakfast was not always fully supplied and I had to ask the staff to refill the trays of food. This happened on both the days.
Thr room, if not very spacious, is functional and comfortable, with a complete bathroom. The location is convenient for anyone going to Turin on a car because there is a private parking, and the subway station is a few steps away.
The room service insisted in providing us with one set of towels during all our 6-day stay, and even used bad words (in Italian which, unfortunately in this case, I can speak very well) when my wife called by phone. The WiFi connection is painfully slow and remind us of the dial-in access times.
