Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean hotel. Well situated in medieval part. Very good value for money. Close to shopping, restaurants and buses. Little english spoken by staff, but managable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Only a few minutes walk to the city centre.Lots of choice at the buffet breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Tuscia Hotel. All the staff were most friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfasts were very good. As a solo traveller, I enjoyed being able to sit in the lounge/bar area in the evening and read. The roof-top terrace was lovely, with fantastic views. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Tuscia Hotel and the hotel has more than met my expectations. This is my choice hotel when I'm in town for the Tuscia Operafestival. It is "inside" the ancient city walls - easy walk to the event venue, great shopping and restaurants -- with the service consistently excellent. The breakfast is very basic - continental, but the complimentary Cappuccino (you have to ask for it specifically) is something to look forward to every morning. The staff is always helpful, speaks little English -- but still wonderful. I look forward to my next stay at the Tuscia Hotel!

The location near San Faustino is perfect. Great location, however that was the only positive. I thought it was an absolutely terrible experience. I booked the Hotel Tuscia for 5 days, however left after 3. Two of the nights here, they locked the doors at night and would not answer the buzzer to let us in. We got back at 2AM the first night and there were no problems. The next two nights, we were back by earlier than midnight and everything was dark and closed. They could offer no explanation of this and refused a refund for the nights in which we could not even stay there.

A localização foi a melhor possível, bem perto do centro histórico. O aquecimento não ficava ligado a noite inteira; como fez bastante frio enquanto estivemos lá, acordei com frio durante a madrugada.

L'hotel è piuttosto essenziale, ma possiede tutte le caratteristiche per un soggiorno piacevole. Lo staff è molto cortese e collaborativo. La posizione è centrale ma molto tranquilla. Comodo il box auto dove con 8 euro al giorno si può lasciare la macchina.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 stanze singole, abbastanza spaziose e con letti comodi! L'impianto tv era nuovo con sky a disposizione! Varia la colazione, molto disponibile e sorridente la signora addetta al Bar. Appiamo fruito del parcheggio dell'hotel, 8 euro al giorno...ma siamo in centro storico, tutte strisce blu! Sicursmente I bagni avrebbero bisogno di un restyling! La doccia é davvero striminzita e I sanitari vecchiotti.
