Helpful staff, secure parking in garage, comfortable room and very good breakfast included at reasonable price Location is on busy side road and access into hotel is a little restricted but there is a grage on a nearby street which is very adequate

Staff very, very kind and helpful. Very good location to visit Viterbo (the hotel is in the city centre). The room was Ok. The price was excellent. Even though the wi-fi should only work in the hotel lobby, I was on the 2nd floor and it worked perfectly. The parking does not dignify the hotel, it is small, dirty, and the walls were tagged.

Considersing the cost of our room it was very good value. Ok the carpet looked a bit tired but it was spacious, it had all the necessary facilities and the room was very clean. Although we were right next to the lift it didn't disturb us as this has in the past and was to again during our holiday in a grander hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, advising us on good local restaurants and the bar was open all day from 7am. Breakfast only ok but again would have to point out this was a very inexpensive room.

The location was acceptable as was the service The hotel refelcts itself as a 3 star hotel both on it's website and it's front windows. Inside the hotel it is confirmed as a two star which is being generous. The rooms are filthy and smell like chemicals. They stated that there was parking available which turned out to be in the town car park approx 1 km away. This was highly midleading.

It was a friendly hotel with excellent receptionists and bar staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help. The lady in the bar even made us a Spritz to order!! Great location to see the old mediaval city and to go to concerts in local palaces. Kebab bar across the road was also great value. Nothing

La estupenda terraza mirador que hay en el ático, donde se disfruta de unas vistas estupendas de la ciudad y la limpieza de todas las instalaciones El desayuno que ofertaban estaba bien, pero para las personas como yo, que preferimos salado, era un poco pobre

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kostenloses WLAN. Sehr zentrale Lage, allerdings etwas laut. Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt und müßte schon seit Jahren renoviert werden. Im Bad waren Haare auf dem Fußboden. Das Wasser wurde bestenfalls lauwarm und hatte ausgesprochen wenig Druck. Die Garage ist nur über eine enge Gasse zu erreichen. Mit einem größeren Auto (z.B. A4) kommt man kaum rein.
