Tuscia Hotel  

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Only a few minutes walk to the city centre.Lots of choice at the buffet breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Good location and friendly staff.

This hotel is very basic with no touches of comfort or elegance. The rooms are incredibly old fashioned with dull furnishings and hard beds. The shower cubicles have seen better days and not what you would expect in the 21st century. Infact, the water was just tepid out of the taps and shower. Breakfast was disappointing and we left each day hungry and looked elsewhere for better.

Location was central but a bit of a walk from the old town.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Tuscia Hotel and the hotel has more than met my expectations. This is my choice hotel when I'm in town for the Tuscia Operafestival. It is "inside" the ancient city walls - easy walk to the event venue, great shopping and restaurants -- with the service consistently excellent. The breakfast is very basic - continental, but the complimentary Cappuccino (you have to ask for it specifically) is something to look forward to every morning. The staff is always helpful, speaks little English -- but still wonderful. I look forward to my next stay at the Tuscia Hotel!

Staff very polite, helpful, qualified. Hotel rooms and amenities clean. Quiet and nice family environment and behaviour.

It was very strange in Italy to get coffee from a tub for the breakfast.

The location near San Faustino is perfect. Great location, however that was the only positive.

I thought it was an absolutely terrible experience. I booked the Hotel Tuscia for 5 days, however left after 3. Two of the nights here, they locked the doors at night and would not answer the buzzer to let us in. We got back at 2AM the first night and there were no problems. The next two nights, we were back by earlier than midnight and everything was dark and closed. They could offer no explanation of this and refused a refund for the nights in which we could not even stay there.

The hotel was in a pretty good location with respect to the 'old town'. Parking is available in a garage about 50m or so away from the hotel. The main shopping street of Viterbo is not far away either so it's pretty good if shopping is on the agenda. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Sono arrivato la sera alle 22,00 e salito in camera. La mattina colazione e partenza, quindi ho pochi elementi per valutare. Mi è piaciuto il silenzio sia dell'hotel che della camera, il letto molto comodo, il bagno. Insomma quando tornerò a Viterbo tornerò al Tuscia Hotel.

Ottima la posizione per la visita della città e zoen limitrofe. Colazione italiana varia ok. Camera ampia, pulita. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero.Staff hotel molto disponibile.

Trovandosi in pieno centro storico l'unico piccolo neo è dato dai parcheggi auto. A pagamento dalle 8,00 del mattino alle 20.00 di sera. Se dovete visitare la città durante I giorni feriali conviene parcheggiare c/o il garage dell'hotel per tot. € 8,00.
