Good staff

Bathroom door is very heavy and will not stay open......but mostly very, very heavy

- The shower was difficult to operate and the showerhead was in need of repair.

The rooms were very modern and well designed,the bathroom especially! Hotel was in a great location for getting around on foot and by Metro.

The hotel is ideally situated between the 'centro storica' and the Vatican. The reception and staff friendly and helpful. The personal transfer from the airport saves running the gauntlet of the taxi drivers. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was more than adequate. Even latecomers were not left in front of an empty buffet. A place to come back to

The lighting in the room was a little dim.

Very modern, clean and in a good location with friendsly staff. Loved having access to wifi all over the hotel. We found the location to be very convenient for sight seeing, close to metro but also very close for walking to touristy sight seeing areas as well.

The breakfast was not fresh tasting. The brioche tasted as if they had been unwrapped from plastic that morning, and the boiled eggs were rubbery and overcooked and definitely not farm fresh, the yolks were a pale yellow and no where near orange.

Really good hotel. I like very mush, if I ll go back to Rome, I ll stay there again.

Staff were wonderful. Rooms were smart, clean and contemporary and the location for Rome was perfect.

The restaurant was a bit flat. Fine for breakfast which was great, but as there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, it was a bit devoid of atmosphere if a late drink was wanted.

Our room was very clean and comfy although it was quite small - the room design was great - the breakfast was very nice as well. In my opinion the position of the hotel was the best possible. I would recommend it to everybody

Design of the hotel and breakfast

Rooms on the street side are a NIGHTMARE! We did not have a proper sleep. Also the room was way too hot.

Good location; on quality shopping street; stree bounded by an upmarket residential area; selection of reasonably-priced restaurants in the area; 15 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona and Villa Borghese. Very friendly and helpful staff. In-room safes and reasonably-priced mini-bar. Reasonably good breakfast selection. Clean and well-tended rooms.

Room was a bit warm, but probably because aircon not yet switched on in March. Only a small seating are in the hotel - no lounge. But the breakfast room is also a bar/cafe. Noise from next door room's wall-mounted TV a bit loud - but guests seemed to be elderly and maybe playing it a bit louder than normal.

Very small room. We pay for a room 18 m2 but the room that they gave us was much smaller. Very expensive for what it offers.

Nice rooms' interior design. Relatively good locatiion: 7 mins walk from Piazza dei Popolo, 10 mins - from the Vatican, 15-20 mins - from the Spanish steps. Jakuzzi in Junior Suite rooms - really nice if you like it. Our room was clean and not shabby. The price was one of the best for modern design hotels comparing 4 stars hotels within walking distance from main sightseengs. Has its own underground parking - convenient if you rent a car. Wi-Fi was not excellent, but worked fine and was for free.

The breakfast is very poor: poorly cooked omlette with sausages (the only hot option), one type fresh jogurt in a bowl (not bad), a few types of cheese, one type of wurst and ham, no fish, no freshly squeezed juice, no vegetables at all, only one, most untasty type of corn flakes, very average pastry. Also - the door in the bathroom has NO lock and even can't be fully closed - very strange solution (for young couples only). Even Junior Suite rooms on high floors (we were staying on the 5th one) have no street view overlooking some gloomy wall of an apartment building in front. Plus - even Junior Suites are small, so don't expect much space!

The hotel was clean, modern and comfortble and the staff were excellent, keen to help and firendly. the buffet breakfast provided a variety of continental choices and was extremely satisfying and set us up for the day.

Nothing to dislike, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, would go back and recommend it to others.

I loved my bed,very comfortable Room was clean

Bathroom was too small,and whenever it rained a bad smell came through the bathroom,drainage problem I think. Also where my room was located it was very noisy with the traffic.
