The hotel is very nice, location was perfect, if you cross the bridge then you are in Via di Corso the real center of Rome, room are very well furnished and decorated, the staff are very very kind and helpful, definitely I will choose this hotel when I come to Rome again. The room which we have been given upon our arrival was very small with a baby cot, even I informed the hotel when I booked that we have a baby and we need a baby cot in our room, they were nice to change it after one night we spent in this room, but in general rooms are a bit small. |

Very clean and contemporary. Staff very helpful. Breakfast lovely. Brilliant location. No bath. Not sign posted, so hard to find. Set back slightly. |

Nice hotel in a good location in a nice surrounding. Staff excellent and room nice and comfortable. Everything felt new and fresh. Excellent free high speed internet in the room. Sometimes the room was made up very late (17.00), considering the fact that I left the room in the morning, and it was a bit irritating to come back at 17 and room still not done. |

Good location The staff I didnt like they dont do anything to help out. The room was really small. The buffet for breakfast is extremely poor! It seems that they are more focused on the way the hotel looks as they advertise it as a design hotel, but they do it very poor with the attention to the clients. |

The hotel was very slick, was in an excellent location and the staff were really helpful, we were very impressed. If i had to say anything then i would say that the cooked breakfast was too greasy but there were healthier options available so it wasnt a problem |

Τhe hotel was great!!! The location was fantastic!!!!The room was spacious and clean. The staff was polite and very helpful. And the breakfast was very good as well (many people wrote that it was poor...it wasn't)....Should we return to Rome we will definately stay there again!!!!!! |

The internet acess was not working, they send some help but the person whim came still can not fix the problem and he told me most of the guest has the same problem. Than this should be a big problem for the business people |

Good, modern and clean facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast services are excellent. Lighting in rooms is not conducive to a business stay (no lamp on desk to work at night, etc.). Street noise penetrates. |

The comfort of the room and the minimilistic style Breakfast - eggs were too runny and the quality in general was poor even the bread was just one type there was no toasted bread or a toaster! Replenishment was very lacking. |

The outstanding design , the clearness in all places ...and of course the unbelievable convenience of its placement. I would have been more satisfied if they wont charge me 14E for two cappucino in the first day when i ordered them in the room |

The room was very pleasant and comfortable. Although breakfast was included it was very limited for guests who were arriving after 10.00 a.m. Breakfast was limited when arrived after 10.00 a.m. - no bacon, no eggs and 2 slices of bread! Internet access limited. |

Wonderful location, close to Vatican and other Rome attractions, attentive staff. The rooms are clean, spacious and well-designed, comfortable bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel! The breakfast is very basic - cereals, scrambled eggs, cheeze and salami. However, they serve wonderful coffee for breakfast - my capuccino was perfect. |

The hotel was in a very good location, the staff was helpful and the view from the balcony was superb. The internet connection from the room was not available although we received new password time and again. We missed having some draw space to put our clothes that did not need hanging. |

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan on booking Hotel Twentyone for my next visit to Rome, The hotel is new. It's a design hotel, and the service from the staff was truly outstanding. Excellent location near Vaticano' the room are very clean and comfortble. Brill Hotel! |

Great location! Could walk to most of the places of interest from the hotel. Close to good shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. No internet. |
