friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very clean at a very good location
the breakfast was poor and monotonous according to the standards of the hotel
Great location, perfect breakfast and room. We had room wirh jacuzi. It was absolutely perfect. The best hotel ever!! And great price for luxury!!
The decorations , black and white only
Very very small room even no space to set and washroom also. The breakfast too bad no options and two days they serve us cold coffee even after we informed them Wifi very slow and keep disconnected Location not that good You need to walk to the mitro station arround 7 minutes to go here and there. I don't recommend to a friend.
Very obliging and accommodating. Lovely modern rooms, English television and very helpful staff.
modern, clean facilities. very good breakfast helpful personnel
Can only think of one thing... when opening the door of my room (and I think all others too) it was filled with an overwhelming perfume. I had to open the window, cause sometimes I couldn't breath... but hey, things could be a lot worse...
The reception staff is kind, professional and helpful, the breakfast is excellent, the room is confortable and clean.
The lighting was very poor in the room, practically it was almost impossible to read. This is pitty, because otherwise the room was confortable and quiet. The wifi is very slow, should be improved.
we only stayed one night but we couldn't fault anything about the hotel or the staff. They even printed off our boarding passes. Clean and a good breakfast and easy enough to get into the center of Rome. I couldn't fault it for the price!
un po' impersonale
Perfect area for the Vatican. Shops and Restaurants.
The noise from the street
Breakfast! The area!
The room and the bathroom were too small. There was a very small closet. We had to leave our clothing in our suitcases. Very bad lightning. The room was too dark.
Location is just perfect for sighseeing
Breakfast was quite poor
modern style, friendly staff, working distance to the city and vatican.
wifi extremely slow - in every cafe around the corner you can get faster wifi for free. breakfast was small. shower was broken on the 2nd day.
Nice place, good location
Cold any windy restaurant, incompetent waiters
I found it very convenient. The area was quiet.the personnel was very helpful. The breakfast was very good having quality food.
the room had a bad smell from the drain. I didn't like that the room had no kettle for coffee.
Very friendly staff at the restaurant/bar (Oly and Danny were super helpful) Good breakfast service Convenient location Excellent soundproofing of outside noise and between the rooms
No hot water at peak hours (9 to 10 am) every single day of our stay. Room has very small closet Modern bathroom a plus but did not have space to even put a toothbrush; also as it has glass doors sound proofing is poor Free wifi a joke as it was way too slow
Members of staff (esp. The people at the bar and those serving breakfast) were very helpful and nice.
No hot water in the shower (is this a 4 star hotel?). Gave us an extremely noisy room, right above the entrance, the first night. Wifi signal was just poor.
Wifi was not properly working. Breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel.
Wifi very poor.
The location was pretty good; near to a train station and to the Vatican. Generally the room was comfortable and clean enough.
I was very disappointed with two things. First, the wifi was very slow when I was in the room on the 4th floor. It was crawling, I had to sit in the lobby for a faster connection. Second, the hotel's cafe is below average. I had to wait for so long to get the staff's attention at the entrance even though the place was quite empty at the time. Also, the quality of the breakfast wasn't good, eg the ham wasn't done properly. I'm not comparing this to a five star hotel but with others of the same 4stars and price range, the food was not sub-par as compared to these alternatives in Europe.
Breakfast food could be of better quality esp. the coffee, bread and cereals.
i loved the hotel and staff ! it was perfecto. no complaints whats so ever
The rooms is very small not like on the picture on webside. Breakfast is not many variations for 4 stars hotel. I would give 3 with small star.
Large bathroom, great breakfast, very clean throughout.
Rooms a bit smaller than they appear on the pictures but who really goes to Rome to spend time inside?
