El aislamiento de las habitaciones, su comodidad y el diseño. Tuvimos un contratiempo en la primera habitación y nos cambiaron a otra sin problemas. El párking estaba dentro del hotel, y estaba cerrado al exterior. La zona era buena y tranquila, daba a una calle principal y tenía todos los servicios. La salida hacia la autopista era cómoda. El desayuno no correspondía a un cuatro estrellas, y había que estar pidiendo todo, aunque respondían con rapidez y amabilidad.

Le calme, une denrée a priori rare à Palerme / Une salle de bain belle et spacieuse / Un quartier certes un peu éloigné des monuments historiques (15 min de bus) mais au coeur de la vraie vie locale / Un parking privé sécurisé sans supplément. Une partie du personnel manque de professionalisme / Un matelas très dur / Un petit-déjeuner tout juste acceptable au regard du classement "4 étoiles" de l'hôtel et de son prix (a priori une constante sicilienne)

Во время нашего пребывания в отеле проходила красивая итальянская свадьба. Когда мы приехали, ланч уже закончился, до ужина было еще долго, но нас накормили очень вкусно!

El trato del personal ha sido excelente,el hotel muy céntrico y muy limpio.Cuando regresemos a Palermo,repetiremos hotel porque hemos estado muy cómodos.La relación calidad - precio muy buena. Nos ha gustado mucho.

L'hotel è molto confortevole con un lato estetico molto curato. La posizione è buona e il parcheggio interno molto utile. Insomma, una coccola! L'unica osservazione potrebbe essere fatta sulla prima colazione un po' misera se paragonata agli altri Servizi forniti dall'Hotel.

Nous avons été surclassés gratuitement à notre arrivée dans une superbe chambre avec très grand lit, et canapé d'angle. La salle de bain était immense, avec douche à l'italienne et baignoire. La personne à la réception nous a extrêmement bien conseillés sur les restaurants de la ville, et comment nous y rendre. A notre retour, elle avait l'air ravie que nous ayons suivi ses conseils et d'avoir contribué à notre bonne soirée. Elle a également fait le nécessaire pour que notre petit-déjeuner nous soit servi en chambre gratuitement, et à l'heure de notre convenance. Un service de haute qualité !

El hotel es bastante decente para estar hablando de Italia que ya sabemos que allí un cuatro estrellas es un tres. Este parece un tres superior de España. Personal amable. Nosotros estuvimos tres noches y la segunda nos dijeron sin nosotros decirles nada, que si nos cambiaban la habitación por que sabian que era un poco ruidosa. No la cambiamos por que se estaba bien y no escuchabamos muchos ruidos. Muy atentos con nosotros. Esta un poco retirado del centro turistico, si es que en Palermo hay algo turistico claro. Cerca de una de las avenidas principales que es de reseñar por que cuando cae la noche el resto de las calles pequeñas no es muy aconsejable transitarlas por su poca seguridad. Por calidad-precio y situación aunque este un poco ajedo es aconsejable.
