Great find! Hotel is located in best section of town, within short walking distance of Port & downtown. A must if you have a car; parking in Palermo is all but impossible. Off-season rates were very competitive. |

The location of the hotel was good and the breakfast staff was very helpful There was no dresser to put clothes in - We did use the closet for hanging things but we had to live out of our suitcase for our non-hanging items |

Very modern and stylish. Top quality room outfit. Badroom with naturela ventilation. Quite location in Palermo and relatively close to the center. My room was in the first floor and I could hear from very early in the morning all the noise coming from the ground floor (expresso machine, preparing tables for breakfat, telephone ringing) |

Very friendly hotel. When we got there they upgraded us to bigger room that was excellent for the same price. Close to city centre but by the car In order to get in and out of the parking you had to ring the bell and give your room details every time..but that is not so serious "problem" |

Boa localização numa zona elegante da cidade,pessoal atencioso e profissional e a qualidade dos serviços,nomeadamente, do pequeno almoço. O quarto em que fiquei tinha problemas com os cortinados que foram só parcialmente resolvidos.Antes da ocupação dos quartos,e considerando que se trata de um hotel de 4*,deveria ter ocorrido alguma vestoria prévia. |

Tiene una excelente ubicacion con garage, que en Palermo es necesario el barrio es muy aradable e ir al centro facil con bus o anadando.Muy bien decorado y confortable |

L'acceuil La chambre de luxe soit disant 50 m2 n'en faisait que 16 , le solarium était à coté du parking , nous avions vue sur la prison et les grue, le quartier est affreux et les prestations ne sont en rien ce qui est annoncé dans Booking.com .C'est un 2 étoiles sans plus .! Nous sommes très étonnés de ce qui est indiqué . |

On aprécie le parking, surtout gratuit. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé. L'acceuil est trés cordial. Petit déjeuner un peu juste, avec des jus de fruits un peu trop dilués. |
