Hotel Ulivi  

Everything was excellent! I would like to go back there as soon as possible.

Clean hotel with a very nice garden. Rooms need to be refurnished, particularly accessories in a bathroom. Breakfast is plain, no warm food. Because of that hotel looks overpriced. But lake view from breakfast room is great. There is hotels underground parking. No direct way to the lake coast, but not far to go around. Very good and inexpensive seafood restaurant in 5 min. distance - ask in a reception. There are two cities joined - nice Sarnico center is in 10 min away.

They have blocked all the sum in a credit card one week before arriving and after stay have charged again. Then released blocked sum, but we have been paid double price a week.

There's a question. Firstly, the location, it's perfect to get around the lake, touching distance to little Sarnico which a lovely little town and not to far from Iseo town either (though the walk is a bit to long). The boat runs like clockwork from Sarnico to get you around the lake to wherever you may want to go. Obviously Monta Isola (The island on the lake) is the place you want to get to. Only one hour on the ferry which in itself is an hour well spent and then the scenery of the lake and the island is nothing short of special. The hotel offers access to all this. The Hotel Ulivi itself is almost basic but in a great way, i can't comment to much on the staff as we were left alone for the most part to do our own thing and even the rooms getting serviced always happened conveniently when we were either having breakfast or out for the afternoon. The breakfast was standard fair, which is all to be expected of a continental style cold buffet. Nice coffee machine in the breakfast room and enough selection to keep you happy enough however. There was also pastries and fresh fruit so if you did want to take a little snack for later you didn't feel uncomfortable doing so. In short i can't recommend this hotel and area of lake Iseo enough, come and stay there and enjoy what is around, which is nothing short of spectacular. We booked a lake view room which i was slightly worried about as the hotel itself isn't directly on the lake, however, it was perfect, the view over the swimming pool and onto the lake was simple stunning and now back in not some sunny Manchester i do miss it. Nothing, i didn't like anything. Maybe getting into the hotel is a touch annoying as there's only one entrance and you have to walk around the grounds to get to it. However, that's a very minor problem, as also we found out that if you get the lift which was outside our room to the car park and come out of some stairs you end up at the entrance to a local wine shop and a quick route to the lake so it was all good.

Location fabulous, safe underground free parking and walkinjg distance to town centre and very close lake side. We asked for a bedroom with lovely view of the lake and we got just what we asked for, really enjoyed our stay. We have been twice and if we need to be close to Bergamo airport again we will deffinately stay there again as only 30 minutes from the airport.

we liked the view to the lake, big fontain in it, white swans.Personnel speaks mainly Italian and French, but very friendly. there was good parking for the car.

disliked that cover on the bad was little bit durty, there was web in the radiator.

Half an hour from Bergamo airport. Excellent lakeside location, on-site parking, friendly staff, clean room and facilities. Short walk to local bars/restaurants in Paratico and Sarnico over the bridge. Adequate buffet breakfast with lakeside views, terrace for warm days and very manicured gardens and pool area.

We wuld stay here again if in the area.

The Hotel is perfectly situated on Lake Iseo with an amazing view over the lake (particularly whilst laying on a sunbed by the beautiful swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and faultlessly attentive. The hotel is perfectly situated for trips to Milan and Verona as well as trips to the other lakes. I liked Lake Iseo as it seemed to be cater more for Italian visitors than the other lakes do. The mixture between old and new buildings has been handled sympathetically withing Paratico and its neighbouring village Sarnico. The Ferry was very handy, though the timetable was a little more limited when we were there as the main summer season was over.

The location was excellent as was the swimming pool. The breakfast was also good and the staff were helpful.

Aircon did not seem very efficient.

The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was fabulous with a wonderful view of lake iseo. The pool was a good size & clean. The bedroom was adequate for my needs and very clean. I would highly recommend the hotel particularly for its location and peacefulness

It would have been good to be able to sit outside at the hotel bar.

This hotel is a real treat. The rooms are big and modern, pool with perfect water temperature, free underground parking, very good staff. For the first time I really have nothing bad to write...

The hotel has excellent reception and hotel staff. The rooms are of a decent size (the one I stayed in had a good size balcony although facing easterly and not too many hours of sun to be had there) The pool looked inviting and was of a good size. Bathroom facilities were fine and very clean. On site basement garaging (free) with easy access to the holtel. The breakfast room did have a small balcony where a view of the lake is available. A nice, quiet and reasonably priced place to stay nearby the lake and no road noise in my room which was overlooking the gardens and lake.

The carpet in the room was a bit past its sell by date, quite stained in places and needed replacing. The breakfast was a little dissapointing but adequate to get the day started. The fruit- juice and coffee were from vending machines but in fairness the breakfast waitress did ask if I wanted "fresh coffee" and duly delivered it on request. A hot sandwich maker was being used to prepare toast - it just never produced anything resembling toast. I only used the bar once to meet friends where we had expesso. The bar in not much to write home about and seemed hardly used by any guests, not the sort of place to enjoy a drink in comfort really.

Sehr schönes Frühstück. Frühstücksraum mit tollem Blick über den See und Terasse. Große Tiefgarage.

Pool nicht geöffnet.

La posizione ottima a ridosso del lungolago, la gentilezza del personale ed il parcheggio per i clienti.

Gli interni sembrano essere un po' datati, il bagno ha finiture scadenti con lampadine bruciate e pezzi usurati vicini alla rottura.

Zum Zeitpunkt der Reise war es relativ kühl in der Gegend. Leider ließ sich die Klimaanlage nicht zum Heizen bewegen. Nach einer warmen Dusche mit geöffneter Badezimmertür war der ganze Raum feucht und klamm.

Der Seeblick, die Badewanne im Bad, die Betten, der große Balkon, der schöne Frühstücksraum.

An einer lauten großen Straße gelegen, wobei sich die Belästigung bei den Zimmern nach hinten heraus in Grenzen hält.

L'hôtel a un parking privé en sous sol, les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. A 5 minutes du lac diseo.

L'hôtel est old school, le petit déjeune est en self avec distributeur de cafe et autres. Un peu pauvre en choix. Un peu cher pour ce qu'est l'hôtel et les chambres
