UNA Hotel Bergamo  

The breakfast was really good. I also find the location good, because the hotel was situated near the bus stop (Note that there's no bus connection on Sundays). The hotel was also very quiet, no noise of the traffic etc.

Friendly staff. Big room and big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Perfect breakfast for Italy.

Furniture should be renovated, hydromassage bath is not worked, Location is enough far from center, but bus stop is near from the hotel. Wi-fi should be free for such hotel.

Nice areas, although design is out of date is a curious proposition, night manager was extremely helpful.

The restaurant staff were very well trained, friendly and efficient. Reception staff were very helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The sauna / shower facility in the en suite. Decor in the public areas and restaurant. The hotel was also peaceful despite the proximity to a very busy main road

We found the room decor too different ( green ) for our taste, althought it was comfortable. The breakfast room waitress requires more training - she needs to be more welcoming and less serious. A smile goes a long way in the morning.

If you don't have a car, you need to get bus or taxi to get to the hotel. The bus schedule is until 20h.

Nice design style

The location was very poor, we tried to find a restaurant (any!!! restaurant) for 40 minutes walking around. Most of the restaurants were closed.

Honesly nothing much :( Well, breakfast was good. Yet we only spent one night there waiting for our flight the next day.

Don't expect much from a hotel that used to be a shopping centre. It was converted some 25 years ago and nothing happened since then. It's so 80's in every since.

Nothing good, only breakfast.

Never come back again. Colors of room- green and blue and very poor looks. Balkony- not clean. Airport very closed, but no transportation, only by taxi. Only barmen was vwry nice.

We like this hotel very much although it's far from the downtown. You can not imagin to have this comfortable room and service for your small money. We also enjoy the breakfast, very good.

Only the location that I think separate you from the city and there's almost nothing (likes super market, coffee shop, restuarant ect) around the hotel. But the bus stop is very close to the hotel. So you can just take bus if you need sometimg more.

I have stayed at other UNA hotels and have always found them very good and the UNA Bergamo was no exception, The breakfast was really good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfotable.
