the spa was good. the smelled. somebody was smoking in that room. I asked for a non smoking room and got that one. When asked about the room I mentioned that and the receptionist did say that they would change the room have I asked. That was nice but still does not change that fact. |

the breakfasts were very good and the rooms were a good size clean and comfortable,staff were very helpful and English was spoken. the hotel covered our required needs,our only suggestion is that it needed a good refreshing with a good re-decoration,it felt a little faded. |

Friendly staff, they were relaxed but confident good attitude and mostly helpful. Bit far out of town, but helpful staff got taxi's for us & gave directions .Asked for an Iron & ironing board, as attending family wedding locally & needing to press clothes, Told by lady at reception these not available & only offered expensive laundry service. Returning back later we found an iron & ironing board outside another guests room !!? As conference hotel usually such things should be available!! |

One I finally arrived by bus the hotel was very good. Clean, comfortable and very competent staff. It was not easy to get to unless you took a cab to and from the airport. Seemed expensive compared to other places. Perhaps on web site give directions via bus to hotel. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, not very far from the Orio al Serio airport (although accessible mainly only by taxi). Interior of the hotel room was pleasant blue/turqoise. Most of the staff spoke english. Rooms were not quite as soundproof as it was advertised and the double-bed was two single beds pushed together, which made the mattresses separate from each other. So either of us always ended up sleeping in the crevasse between mattresses :) |

Very big room, very nice and good design, nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. Near from airpost Stansted, but can get only with taxi (costs 20euro). If I'll be in Bergamo for sure will stay in this hotel! |

Breakfast was good, Staff friendly The first impression when I opened the door of my room was the very strong smell of smoke, the last guest had smoked in the room and the smell was very bad. This immediately make you feel that the room is not cleaned. |

Nice and large room , good reception people, very good service,good beds and Tv for children. I like the decoration. I think that it smelled cigarettes in the room. The coffee is not very good! and does not give impression of being italian. It is better with good filter coffee in a pot. |

fantastic everything was great the pillows on the bed were unbelievable hard. I have stayed there before and it was pure luxury...what is the use of staying in a fantastic hotel when you can't sleep? |

Very "green" decor throughout, a bit 80s but clean and friendly. A 10 -15min walk from the town of Bergamo but very good bus service outside the door with a free shutlle serveice to the train station twice daily which was very useful Decor was very over powering throughout and they should have information/leaflets about things to do in the area or nearby etc on display in the hotel |

Clean rooms, good breakfast nice and helpful personel. Design of the hotel was very fine, the comfort of the room was good too. Location. If You haven't Your own car is quit difficult to go to the airport - only by taxi. The distance from the hotel to centrum is quit long too, so You must take bus to get there. |

Close to highway so perfect for traveling into Italy/Switzerland. Spacious rooms, very quite. Excellent breakfast, included in price. Good deal. Elevators very slow so a bit patience required. Shower curtain in our room did not function well so slippery floor afterwards. |
