Friendly staff. Big room and big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Perfect breakfast for Italy. Furniture should be renovated, hydromassage bath is not worked, Location is enough far from center, but bus stop is near from the hotel. Wi-fi should be free for such hotel.

The front desk receptionist Robin was very helpful.The rest of the staff were curt and abrupt and not pleasant The air conditioning did not work-the room smelled-the carpet on the guest floors was dirty-the receptionists except for one individual were not helpful-they acted as if we were a bother and very stupid

Honesly nothing much :( Well, breakfast was good. Yet we only spent one night there waiting for our flight the next day. Don't expect much from a hotel that used to be a shopping centre. It was converted some 25 years ago and nothing happened since then. It's so 80's in every since.

I loved the big room, the big bed, the amenities, the service, specially the food... The menu is not so long but the food was perfect and the portions were great and big (the octopus salad, prociutto with melon and the T-Bone steak were amazing). The Staff was very helpfull and nice, even when I had a very early flight they offered me a breakfast packet as I had to leave the hotel at 5am. If I go back to Bergamo I will book the hotel again... Even the distance to the airport is no that much. Perfect.

Nothing good, only breakfast. Never come back again. Colors of room- green and blue and very poor looks. Balkony- not clean. Airport very closed, but no transportation, only by taxi. Only barmen was vwry nice.

I have stayed at other UNA hotels and have always found them very good and the UNA Bergamo was no exception, The breakfast was really good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfotable. I found the location was a bit far from the centre

Free parking, large comfortable bed with the choice of pillows (!!!), very good breakfast, but we had it as the first customers in the morning - the best judgment is 10 min before closing ;o) Spacious room and very relaxing sauna shower in the bathroom! Nice staff. No signes in town how to get to the hotel (it's outside city centre). Unbelievable old school interior design like the journey 30 years back. No tea/coffee facilities in the room!
