UNA Hotel Bologna  

Excellent location in front of central station and bus to airport. Within walking distance to city center. Good, large beds in standard rooms. Breakfast ok.

Service adequate but rather impersonal. Too hot in room. (6Th floor) Hotel policy: no airco in november. Had to open window all the time. Dated, small tv set in a 4 star design hotel?

Shower needs better shower enclosure.

This is a very modern hotel, located in front of the train station. We were lucky to have a room facing the inner garden, so it was very quiet, but otherwise, the rooms facing the train station must be terribly noisy. Our bathroom was very nice, clean and big, The breakfast was nice too, served in a modern room, which had a sunny terrace as well.

The modern design may seem a bit cold, and the walls separating the rooms are very thin. The air-conditioning was not working in our room and once the sun started to shine it was getting very hot, but we left early so did not have the time to investigate. The internet was a bit too expensive, or nowadays many hotels offer this service for free.

Good value for money and an excellent location if you arrive by train. The room is clean, the bathroom is spacious and well-equipped.

The lobby and the breakfast area are not cozy and look impersonal. They do not have enough staff to clean the breakfast tables timely and serve the people. EUR 70 for Wi-Fi is a robbery. It is 20 min. of a fast walk from the the centre, not less.

Hotel's modern design contrasting with historical backdrop of Bologna was a welcome contrast.. Room layout provided ample space due to walk in wardrobe and separate powder room (from bathroom) for two adults and child . Staff friendliness and knowledge of city was commendable. Breakfast catered for all dietary needs. Finally, location next to train station was ideal especially as it facilitated travelling to other cities.

Hotel was right across from train station, so was convenient. Walking distance to the main shopping street in Bologna. It is definitely a 4- star hotel, excellent buffet breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Would recommend to friends and family. Bologna's main streets can get quite crowded, so staying near the train station saved us the hassle of lugging our baggage too far.

Nice and very clean rooms. Great breakfast and great location.

Location is excellent, close to main station and centre. Easy to also get away to Parma, Rimini and Padova.

Food was nothing special and overpriced at Hotel.

The location was perfect, right across from the train station, ideal for the airport bus or for a trip to venice. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room itself was very comfortable, well designed and spotless. An added bonus was a pillow service. I could not find fault with this hotel and would not hesitate in recommending it.

Una hotel was a great experience. We were upgraded to a superior room, which was really lovely. Bologna ia a hot busy city in Summer and una was like an oasis of calm after a day touring the sights. Spotlessly clean, its a great choice for a city trip to Bologna as its also within a 10 minute walk of all the main sights.

Delicious breakfast

We liked the desing of the whole hotel which was modern and accustomed to our likes ! Moreover, the breakfast was excellent and the service was really good ! Finally the location of the hotel was probably the best around and it offers a lot of options for the visitors !

We didn't really like the fact that we had to pay to have internet access in our room. The only negative aspect of our stay was that !

Style of the hotels and all the amenities. The breakfast was better than any other in Italy. The bathroom was so refreshingly big compared to others in Italy.

Softer beds. But, that is everywhere in Italy.
