Friendly and very competent staff. Modern stylish hotel with excellent location for main sights: Castello Sforzesco, Cenacolo, Brera, La Scala, Duomo and shopping areas. Also very convenient for Cadorna link to Malpensa. Whole experience could not be bettered. |

Attitude of staff. Accesibilty to transport. Cleanliness. Lifts that worked! Room was on the small side. Had been set up for single occuapncy when we arrived. One armchair betwen two. The shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom. Our first request for action was ignored. Only after two days and firm words at the desk was it sorted. Totall unacceptable. Tepid coffee but maybe that's the Milan style? |

The staff were very helpful, special thanks to Marco and Edison for all their help! The hotel is in a prime location for fashion lovers and for sight seeing! Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. We walked to Cardona station (5 min) and took the train to Lake Como! The photos of the rooms on trip advisor need to be changed and the hotel website needs to be updated with new photos as the rooms are beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The location is very quiet and in a safe area. We had to pay for internet whereas WiFi in other 4 star hotels is for free. The breakfast buffet provides a full american style breakfast, however, what usually attracts guests is the quality of the food served, the way it is cooked, and not necessarily the quantity... |

It is located in very ultracentral place, large room, nice stuff We travelled in winter and in our room was very cold all day long, in the hallway was warm...We talked with the stuff but nothing changed. |

This was one of those deals which we won't soon forget. We had an upgraded room and it was a wonderful hotel. I don't believe that the images do it justice. It is a short walk from the Milan Domo. |

hotel was very helpful and kind to my situation. My purse was stolen the day before with all my credit cards and passport. I was able to register with the promise that I would notify my son for help with payment later on in the day because of time difference. They even arranged for a car for me to the airport and charging it to my son's card. I highly recommend this hotel because of this. |

Su excelente ubicación y su confortabilidad. Es un verdadero 4 estrellas (normalmente en Milano los que se anuncian como 4 tienen prestaciones de 3 estrellas español) El precio, aunque para su calidad y su ubicación en el centro de Milano es algo "normal" que te cobren esas cantidades por una habitación. |

La amabilidad de los recepcionistas, salvo una excepción. Unos operarios estuvieron arreglando la puerta de una habitación causando mucho ruido a primera hora de la mañana. El restaurante no sirve almuerzos ni cenas. La habitación pequeña y poca insonorización. |
