Location was very good and rooms were very clean.
Breakfast was poor.
Room was very clean and new. 10 min walking to the city center (bar, restaurants, etc). 1 min walking from the train station
Room was a bit small
The bed was fantastic - very hard and enormous. Slept like a baby and didn't even notice my boyfriend on the other side of the bed. Great options at breakfast.
The fridge needs milk to have with the tea! And it's pretty noisy on the street if you open the windows. We were a bit disappointed with the food at dinner - not a lot of vegetarian options.
The suite we had was very nice with a separate sitting area. It was in the center of town close to many restaurants and close to the castle and the Duomo. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Great place in a great location.
Central location Parking Breakfast correct (not outstanding though) Rooms OK
Very different staff styles. Some of them are professional, others not (mainly at the reception desk, there were many trainees).
We stayed at Junior suite and the room was excellent. Big and comfortable. Great location.
The bathroom could be a bit cleaner
The staff were incredible The location terrific The room was clean
Most staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast included which was great. Good location. Comfortable bed and large room for standard.
Wifi not included in standard room but you can buy and not too expensive. Staff lovely and friendly except one blonde lady on reception desk who made us feel like we shouldnt be asking for any assistance. When we greeted her she did not respond at all, and then said "what, im waiting for your question" We wanted to make a local call for last supper and she told us rudely to do it ourselves in our hotel room. We had to go all the way back to our room, call, and then come back down. Call took 30sec and we figure thats what front desk help with...right?!
The friendly, knowledgeable staff at the front desk made it a breeze for us to see Milan from a local's perspective. Their participation in our everyday plans added fun to our holiday.
Having to leave.
Loved the surrounding area. Loved walking in such a beautiful city.
Did not stay longer to see more sights.
Pleasant enough... rooms ok.
Poor Internet for my requirements. Ok just for basic browsing but I struggle with internet in most places in Italy. No idea why they can't offer it at a better quality since its now such an essential part of business.
Clean, spacious, modern room. Central location. Helpful staff.
Staff found us a quiet room and upgraded us for a reasonable price
Breakfast room and bar lacked atmosphere
- excellent location (close to the Duomo, the center of the city & the shops, close to Brera & the metro is on the corner of the street) - excellent service & friendly staff (we arrived around 10 AM; we were offered a free coffee and could go to our room within 30 min after our arival at the hotel although check in is as of 2PM) - breakfast buffet is good, especially the italian products (buffet including parma ham, mortadella, salumi and mozarella di buffalo with tomatoes and rucola) - rooms are high-quality (we had a superior room) - cleanliness (in & outside the room)
- no free wifi on a general basis
Rooms very clean and modern. Location is perfect for everything. Good breakfast.
Computer in the lounge used Windows XP and it was unusable - crashed all the time. Couldn't do a simple printing job. Our room was next to the tram which was the biggest let down. It was so noisy, the window and floor trembled with it! Woke us up at 6am and kept us awake until 12.30am everyday. You must go up and check your room before moving in.
wifi connection was extra with my room and wasnt very efficent.
Room was spacious and very comfortable, clean and beautifully maintained. Windows were sound proof so it was very quiet inside despite it was next to a main road and roundabout. Easy access to tram station, parks and walking distance to shops, museum, castle and Duomo.
Breakfast could have been better with more selections.
Clean & Comfortable. Very near to Milan attractions.
LACK OF AIRCON
I arrived late and I parked my car in a spot a little far from hotel. When I checked in, the receptionist insisted to have the original ID of second guest, my wife, which we left in the car. We told her we are tired but she refused to go to the room to rest before she verifies my wife ID. In all hotels we stayed in Italy no one asked me for the second guest ID.
Hotel check in staff could not be more considerate of our needs or requests.
Good location close to Metro, Brera area and shopping areas. As a single woman travelling on my own I felt safe and comfortable in the local area.
Fresh sliced pineapple and melon at breakfast was clearly either very bruised or not very fresh.
location, room, cleanness, staff
Location was excellent with all attractions within walking distance. Executive room was large and comfortable.
