The fact that it didn't have a lounge or a terrace in which to relax

The room we were given is at the top of the building, and can only be reached via a special elevator. It's quite charming, but small.

This may not apply to other rooms, but, with the king-size bed in the room, one had to leave the room to open a suitcase, there was so little room. There was no closet space to store things. This room would not be suitable for more than one night. The staff was eager to help with our questions, but there were serious gaps in their knowledge.

Small hotel with an intimate feeling and an excellent staff.

This was my 4th or 5th time, and I hope to keep coming back.

At that price it would be nice if it included breakfast. There are very few alternatives outside before 9 AM.

Located in the city centre make it very convenience for shopping and city trip in Milan. Staff are all very attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was so nice interior and full of facilities. If we have a trip to Milan again we will definitely select this hotel.

The hotel should considering to offer for a free wi-fi.

The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom. The bathroom: WOW. Separate shower and soaking tub. First class amenities including bath salts, robes and slippers. When we returned after a long day of sight-seeing my husband and I would fight over the tub and the mineral salts. I spend over 100 nights a year in hotels. I am very particular and can usually spot things that the casual visitor misses. Our room was immaculate, no surprises.

The room could have used a little attention from the maintenance staff. The cold water handle in the tub was stripped and came off in your hand and there were black marks from the vacuum cleaner on the white baseboard. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest a room away from the tram line. The rooms are very well sound-proofed, but you can occasionally feel the vibration.

The service from all the staff was excellent. From the initial confirmation email asking us if they could help with transfer services, what kind of pillows we wanted, sound dock for iphone, etc. We asked for them to arrange a car to pick us from the airport at 6.00am Arriving at the hotel we were greeted like famiily friends, offered coffees as they completed the paperwork. To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all times above all our expectations. Whilst in the lobby we asked if they could organise two shirts to be ironed, explaining where they could be found in the room. On our return a couple of hours later the shirts we hanging in our wardrobe expertely ironed. I highly recommend this hotel. You should not hesitate to include it in your travels and in fact we have booked another night on our return in one months time.

Located in the heart of the city. This is very convenient for sightseeing. Beautiful interior. Friendly and attentive staff.

Excellent location in a very central area hard to find better. Staff extremely polite and friendly a big AA plus for all the front reception staff with no exception.

Small lobby,expensive internet and the same time very slow and interupted so I cant finish my business work. Small entrance gate and not easy to find.

Superb location right next to Duomo closed to good restaurants and cafes, nice and spacious room (junior suite), helpful staff (though quite young and in some cases - not experienced to the level pretended)

Obviously, charging guests for wi-fi at the given prices (true rip-off) is a serious disadvantage for the hotel which positions itself as a premium one. Minor source of income, but major drawback in guests' eyes - hope, will be sorted out next year

Cosy rooms and amazingly friendly and warm staff who greets you with welcome coffee or wine. We also took nintendo Wii to the room (hotel offers from few choices of what you can have in the room before ur arrival) so we really felt as home. Well and of course it is impossible not to mention the location, its probably one of the best in the city!

The hotel is located near the square Duomo and the shopping streets. Staff of the hotel was very friendly and welcome. The cleaning room was qualitative . There were a lot of cosmetic preparations in the bathroom. There was a big room. We liked everything .

The hotel staffs are very kind and breakfast, even it has to be paid seperately and delivered to the room, were excellent. I stay in excutive room and it was very large with seperate living room area. And the hotel provide me 'Bose dock sound station' and it was really nice!

The only problem of this hotel is not easy to find, even for taxi driver. The gate and front of bulidng does not look like 'hotel', so very easy to pass.

Really loved the staff of the hotel, especially Debora, Francesco and Daniele. Debora was amazingly friendly, on arrival she greeted us as if we were her biggest friends that she's been waiting for! Francesco and Daniele were very helpful and positive guys, reacted to every request rapidly and always were in a sunny good mood! The rooms are big and clean, location is great, just near Duomo.

As the hotel is small, there is no hall for breakfast, etc but this is a tiny thing out of so many important advantages.

It's really nice and modern, but at the same time "invitingly" warm. The friendly and helpful staff was a plus, given that Milan seems too busy to worry about visitors' welfare. Our room with the balcony was "perfetto" and there are plenty of well-thought amenities in the room / bathroom. Breakfast served in the room was wonderful as it provided us with more time to laze about and not have to rush to make it to a breakfast room. Honeymooners would appreciate this very much! Metro stop is just a stride around the corner and throw a stone hard enough, it'd hit the Duomo! We'd definitely be back if we swing by Milan again.

the hotel stuff are all personalized, quick, genuinely and very friendly , the breakfast is wonderful as well as the location.

Location is just fabulous - next to the DUMO square, easy to walk to all the main shopping streets / areas. The hotel staff are excellent - very warm and helpful. They genuinely want to help and meet your smallest of requirements and desire. Though the hotel is small, one doesn't feel claustrophobic due to the pure white walls and light décor which gives a feeling of space. The rooms are very thoughtfully designed and provide for small things that one would not expect even in a luxury hotel, such as an alarm in the bath / shower area for an emergency, a small stool in the bathroom, a full nail maintenance kit, etc.

Very contemporary design. The hotel is small but cosy. Newly renovated. Much better than our expectations.

The staff at the front desk is very friendly. All of them have big smiles on their faces and are warm. However, not all of them have knowledge of the local happenings and details of attractions.
