I loved the look of the hotel and the perfect location on Via Etnea. Lots of shops nearby. The entire staff were perfect hostesses. They were unbelievably friendly, always smiling and totally efficient and helpful. I adored them and would like to have taken them all home with me. The restaurant staff were equally brilliant and just unbelievably friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have and it is not about the hotel or staff is the distance the hotel was from the bus station. I had to keep getting taxis to and from it as it was impossible for me to sort out any logic to the local buses to the main bus station. I asked people on the street about the buses and for every one I asked I got a different answer. |

The very helpful staff and the fantastic roof top restaurant. The air conditioning in the room was not as cool as the rest of the hotel. |

The hotel is located very central on one of the main shopping streets. The connection to the airport is easy by the public bus which stops nearby. Breakfast was good for Italian standards. |

Het was een tophotel, erg mooi design, alles perfect doorgevoerd. Heerlijk turksbad om het vuil van de stad eraf te krijgen. Locatie super , alles in de buurt. Museum van mode was leuk.Met de sap centrifuge bij het ontbijt kon je zelf zalige smoothies maken. Het happyhour op het dakterras was een perfecte afsluiting van vermoeiende dagen in de stad. De bedden waren te hard. En geen gratis internet wat een must is voor de reiziger! |

Der Service der Mitarbeiter war ausgezeichnet, und die Freundlichkeit hervorragend. Für ein italienisches Hotel war die Sauberkeit vorbildlich, und die Architektur des Gebäudes (sowohl innen als auch außen) ist beeindruckend. Die Klimaanlagen-/Heizungsregelung hat nicht funktioniert, und der Schaden war auch innerhalb einer Woche nicht zu beheben. Die Zimmer haben kein WiFi-Netzwerk, und praktisch ausschließlich italienisches Fernsehprogramm. Der Zimmerservice liefert nur bis 00:00h Essen. |
