We enjoyed our stay in Catania and the hotel is in a good location. The staff was very nice and helpful

The hotel is very upscale but there was a problem with our room. 1. The carpet was very dirty 2. The tile in the bathroom was broken an needed replaced.3. At night we could not make our room cool enough.

I found the location is really perfect, close to all of the main sightseeing! And staff is really really useful and friendly!! And special regards to chief!! Breakfast on the roof is Smth unforgettable and highly recommended!!

Staff were very helpful & spoke English; we paid to get an upgrade but then received a double upgrade because it was our honeymoon; the rooftop terrace was amazing; the room was beautiful; location of hotel was excellent

I thought there would be a swimming pool-- v disappointed there wasn't, and gym was a bit small; car parking was expensive; coffee at breakfast tasted v strange!

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a walking distance from the city's main piazza. The hotel has a parking (not free though), which is essential in Catania.

We had some problems with the hot water consistency in the shower, but nothing serious.

It was 24´C in the room during night time. Note!!!! Never drive in Catania without locking the car from inside. We were robbed by two men on a scooter while we were driving to the airport. Avoid driving in the area around Via del Plebiscito. Robbery against tourists are common in the area of Catania. Be careful!

only negative would be that,although equipped with double glazed apertures, rooms on the main road are not quiet enough during the night due to late night motor vehicle traffic.

When we did not like our room (we booked a junior suite, but it was so small that we did not believe it and refused to stay there) nice people from the reception offered us a more expensive room at the same rate. It was a nice surprise.

The conditioner did not work, so in order to breathe we had to get up at night and open the window. But as it was noisy from the street we had to get up again and close it after some time. So I got up 5 times during the night. Moreover, there is absolutely no place to eat at daytime: be so kind and wait for the dinner... Very poor breakfast, juices were a hymn to chemistry. Strange elevators... So, 3 honest stars, not 5

Una is located in the very centre of Catania, on the main street which is very easy to find. Even though the window was overlooking the main street it was very quiet in the room. The room was big, wich nice designer furniture, there was all necessary in the bathroom. In the morning we were offered a really sumptious breakfast. It's good value for money, especially in winter when the prices are much lower. On the 7th floor of the hotel there is a reataurant with glass walls and a terrace, from where you can see the whole town and the volcano Etna.
