UNA Hotel Roma

L'habitació fantàstica, sobretot el llit i el bany. La situació perfecte quasi a davant de Termini. L'esmorzar molt complet.

The walls were scratched pretty badly even though it was a newer hotel. The staff were rude and provided very poor restaurant recommendations.

If you don't mind a little commute to the major spots in Rome, but would love to stay at a hotel close to the train station, una Hotel is a choice for you. It's within 15 minutes walk to Collosseum, and within 5 minute metro ride to the Vatican City. The beds are so comfortable, you will not want to leave! Most of the rooms have awesome door/windows with a little balcony you can hang out at. Right downstairs from the hotel there are two Trattorias... you want to eat at the one on the next block, not the one immediately next to the hotel. It's also really close to the first stop for most Hop on and Hop off buses. Bathrooms are amazing... huge showers, and really nice finishing.

1. Ac - the lowest you can get is 20 degrees Celcius, and the room takes a while to get down to that temperature. After the whole day of sightseeing in heat, you want to come in to a chilled room. 2. Internet cost is a little excessive. It's some 35 Euros per 24 hours, or you can buy hour by hour. Maybe in year 2000 it was ok, but in 2010, it's a little too much. In Florence, a more expensive hotel charged only 11 Euros per 24 hours.

This hotel is very modern and clean. Location is excellent too. You can easily walk even with your bags from Rome Termini station since it is so close. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. They helped with making restaurant reservations for example. We booked a classic double room but got upgraded at check-in. The room was excellent. This hotel is an absolutely excellent choice if you want to be central and still not spend insane amounts of money!

In the evenings you can hear some typical Italian sounds from the outside and some train noise but those either stopped at some point or we stopped noticing. Not really a problem. Internet/WIFI however is needlessly too expensive. Plans start at 6 euros per 30min! Still it was very reliable - unlike in many other hotels.

Proximity to Roma Termini Station made transfers and access to public transport very easy. Hotel staff and facilities were excellent. Breakfast options were extensive. The room allocated to us was very comfortable and stylish.

Minor criticisms only in that the focus on 'Style' sometimes compromised efficiency and function. eg. no Hotel information manual in the room, bath/shower fittings inconveniently sited. Attempts on our part to recycle bathtowels each day were thwarted by their daily replacement despite adhering to the recommendation of the hotel's leaflet on 'waste' reduction. Overall quite trivial negatives though!

Excellent location and very clean.

The ends of soap get caught at the bottom of the shower due to the 3 panel design.

Given an upgrade without asking, accomodated early arrival (unnotified) and given suite, very stylish accomodatation, breakfast (included) excellent, very closer to train station - extremely handy with large suitcases - overall excellent - will recommend to friends & family

If you don't mind walking up to 20mins you can reach some of the main attractions, close to transport - bus and train terminal 5min walk away but you can't hear it! Close to many restaurants, cafes and bars.

Wait for breakfast - room is quite small for the number of guests in the hotel.

1. The location was excellent, just 2 minutes from Termini Train Station. 2. The area around the hotel cannot be called "dangerous" 3. Breakfast was excellent 4. Hotel services and accomodations also excellent for a three star hotel 5. Definetly i recomend it

The hotel was great, staff were very helpful. The location was perfect for our trip- i would definately stay there again.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was amazing - contemporary fitted - really stunning. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The bathroom had every fixture and beautiful towels. Amazing huge shower, beautiful timber flooring. Large cupboard space -All was outstanding. The breakfast was great, buffet style with everything on hand. The location is central to everything and it has its own parking. Fantastic hotel and esoecially fantastic value!

Hotel is located just off Via Cavour, and just around the corner from Termini Station. Excellent new hotel with Very Friendly staff. We were provided with a lovely room, and the Hotel Breakfast is great. We would gladly stay again at the same Hotel.
