Ingen tvivl om at det hører i klassen meget godt af de hoteller jeg har besøgt. Personalet er venlig og meget hjælpsomme. Deres brug af det engelske sprog er rigtig godt. Gode værelse især fordi de er lyd tætte så man føler ikke man bor midt i en storby. De bør dog reklamerer mere for deres restaurant den er mega god:) |

Vi blev taget godt imod ved ankomst. Værelserne var gennemførte og fremstod nyrenoverede. Hotellet fremstod nyrenoveret. Morgenmad var udmærket om end bacon ikke var stegt tilstrækkeligt. Steg baconen færdig. |

We liked everything. The location was superb, close to railway station but not too close, very close to main attractions, shopping and restaurants. The room was excellent. The breakfasts were fabulous whatever time you sat down to eat there was always plenty and it was always fresh. We were pleasantly surprised when on arrival we were offered a free upgrade to a superior room. |

comfortable bed, blackout curtains, great location! The walls were scratched pretty badly even though it was a newer hotel. The staff were rude and provided very poor restaurant recommendations. |

Excellent hotel, very well located next to central train station. Breakfast was great. Staff were great. Highly recommend. Roof above shower was moldy, didn't affect our stay, just our perception. |

Room was fantastically designed with each room being catered for with huge detail. Staff are very polite and helpful. Ideally situated next to main tube station making all of Rome and even a beach within tubing distance. |

If you don't mind a little commute to the major spots in Rome, but would love to stay at a hotel close to the train station, una Hotel is a choice for you. It's within 15 minutes walk to Collosseum, and within 5 minute metro ride to the Vatican City. The beds are so comfortable, you will not want to leave! Most of the rooms have awesome door/windows with a little balcony you can hang out at. Right downstairs from the hotel there are two Trattorias... you want to eat at the one on the next block, not the one immediately next to the hotel. It's also really close to the first stop for most Hop on and Hop off buses. Bathrooms are amazing... huge showers, and really nice finishing. 1. Ac - the lowest you can get is 20 degrees Celcius, and the room takes a while to get down to that temperature. After the whole day of sightseeing in heat, you want to come in to a chilled room. 2. Internet cost is a little excessive. It's some 35 Euros per 24 hours, or you can buy hour by hour. Maybe in year 2000 it was ok, but in 2010, it's a little too much. In Florence, a more expensive hotel charged only 11 Euros per 24 hours. |

This hotel is very modern and clean. Location is excellent too. You can easily walk even with your bags from Rome Termini station since it is so close. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. They helped with making restaurant reservations for example. We booked a classic double room but got upgraded at check-in. The room was excellent. This hotel is an absolutely excellent choice if you want to be central and still not spend insane amounts of money! In the evenings you can hear some typical Italian sounds from the outside and some train noise but those either stopped at some point or we stopped noticing. Not really a problem. Internet/WIFI however is needlessly too expensive. Plans start at 6 euros per 30min! Still it was very reliable - unlike in many other hotels. |

Hotel was very boutique, new, modern, bright and welcoming. Staff were very professional and helpful and courteous. Had a problem with the shower which leaked badly onto the bathroom floor. Each day we were told it would be fixed but it still leaked - although attempts had been made to fix with silicon. On the last day we were offered a change of room but by that time it was not worth the inconvenience. |

Proximity to Roma Termini Station made transfers and access to public transport very easy. Hotel staff and facilities were excellent. Breakfast options were extensive. The room allocated to us was very comfortable and stylish. Minor criticisms only in that the focus on 'Style' sometimes compromised efficiency and function. eg. no Hotel information manual in the room, bath/shower fittings inconveniently sited. Attempts on our part to recycle bathtowels each day were thwarted by their daily replacement despite adhering to the recommendation of the hotel's leaflet on 'waste' reduction. Overall quite trivial negatives though! |

Excellent location and very clean. The ends of soap get caught at the bottom of the shower due to the 3 panel design. |

Given an upgrade without asking, accomodated early arrival (unnotified) and given suite, very stylish accomodatation, breakfast (included) excellent, very closer to train station - extremely handy with large suitcases - overall excellent - will recommend to friends & family |

If you don't mind walking up to 20mins you can reach some of the main attractions, close to transport - bus and train terminal 5min walk away but you can't hear it! Close to many restaurants, cafes and bars. Wait for breakfast - room is quite small for the number of guests in the hotel. |

1. The location was excellent, just 2 minutes from Termini Train Station. 2. The area around the hotel cannot be called "dangerous" 3. Breakfast was excellent 4. Hotel services and accomodations also excellent for a three star hotel 5. Definetly i recomend it |

Very modern, bright, clean and well-staffed. Wide breakfast selection of cakes, fresh fruit etc. Location is next to Termini Train station, ideal if you're using intercity trains to get around Italy. 2 nearby metros - Termini (Line A & B) and Republica (Line A only). Preferred Republica as it is much less crowded and only a short 5-10 minute stroll. Small business center in hotel has 3 desktops and a laser printer to print out pre-booked reservations for tourist attractions - saves you hours from queueing. Internet is expensive at 6 euros per 60mins which can be used on multiple occasions as long as you log off. Bathroom cleanliness/condition was not perfect - widespread mould and water marks on bathroom ceiling, toothpaste residue on sink and bathtub was quite dirty. TV only has italian channels. Room air-conditioning is not centralised and is turned off when you remove your key-card - therefore it takes quite a while before the room is cool enough after getting back from the heat outside in summer. |
