The restaraunt staff were excellent. When I arrived I mentioned to them that my girlfriend couldn't have gluten. Several days later when she arrived and we were at the restaraunt the staff immediately brought out gluten free bread and informed her of the gluten free options on the menu. This was fantastic and especially helpful.

The staff are nice and the rooms are good in size comparing to EU hotel rooms but the noise coming from the streets are terrible

Location is very closed to train station.

Everything was terrible. When we arrived to the Hotel, their first sentence was "you have not paid, so you have to paid if you would like to stay here" but we paid. Nobody does not know who has paid or not!!! They do not help us. We were tired because of flight but they said only "you have to paid again!!!". They focused on only "MONEY". We demostrated our payment with previous credit card details but they said again that "No, we are in bank holiday now and we can not check our accounts. If you would like to stay here, we charge the money again. After bank holiday, we will check our accounts and sent the money back to you.". Ok. After 2 hours, we paid again!!! When we checked-out there, they said "correct, you paid before and we will send your extra payment back to you as soon as possible" but we are still waiting. We have not taken the payment which should be sent back for approx. 2 months!!! Additionaly, our bedspread had not changed for 3 days and I am not sure that towels were changed or not! If I pay 250-300 € per day, you must be a little more attentive. I definitely do not recommend! They have too many stars but they are not deserving of those stars, very positive comments and high scores. They are not professional. I hope, we can take our money back.

The location is excellent for a short stay in Rome, with all of the major sites easily accessible by foot. The rooms are modern and very comfortable.

The staff were not friendly at all. The wifi is very expensive, as is the bar menu - €18 for a burger. We needed to be moved to a different room as the wifi would not connect for us and the staff made it seem as if it was an inconvenience for them. They were not rude but indifferent.

Really nicely renovated hotel in a great location. The staff were helpful and the room was very comfortable.

I liked the location as there was many resturants.

- They are not paying attention to "cleaning the room" sign as i had to inform the reception to make my room.

Nothing, no coffe and tea in the room, very basic mini bar. Wifi is not for free. Rooms are little bit small in size.

The staff were very helpful. Front desk helped us arrange transportation and tour information .Clean and comfortable room and the breakfast has good choices.

Staffs were quite friendly and the location of hotel was really good. The breakfast and also cleaness of hotel were satisfactory.

The staffs didn't notice our prior arrival request for having a quite room. Rooms facing street is really noisy when you need to open the window while air condition was not yet in operation. We changed our room to a higher floor but still noise was disturbing. Even fan was not in function. Standard rooms are too small for a long stay. Breakfast was fair but the same everyday e.g. for soft boiled eggs or fried ones they charge extra 7 Euros. The comfort compare to the price of 200 Euro per night wasn't satisfactory. Meals are really quite expensive in the hotel restaurant. Internet is not free even in the lobby.
