excellent value for money - central location, metro and Termini within a two-minute walk, very nice interior design, high ceilings that made even a small room look and feel much larger. incredible that it's actually possible to stay in central rome in a design hotel in high season for 100 €/night!! the lobby area was somewhat unappealing, did not feel like a place you would want to hang out |

The staff was professional, considerate, and helpful. The room was clean, bright, and well-kept. Location was central. Breakfast was the best "continental" I've experienced. Naturally, I wish it were a little less expensive. I think that the staff might have been more specific when it made reservations (later cancelled) for an overnight stay in Venice. We were not informed of the "water taxi" arrangements, nor the 150 Euro it would cost (one way, I guess), the connection times, nor difficulties involved. We nearly changed our original plan (driving to the Venice airport on the morning of our departure because of worry about missing the plane [getting lost, traffic, etc]), but staying overnight in Venice would have been inconvenient, more costly, and no less worrisome re: departure. In the end, we stayed in Bologna and drove to the airport as orriginally planned, so it all worked out. |

Nice hotel with good sized rooms and a high finish. Facilities are very good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the main train station Termini and benefits from good links to buses, trains and metro. Plenty of restaurants around but maybe a bit on the pricy side and quite "tourist". Breakfast had plenty of options and good variey (Continental and English). |

The hotel is close (one/two blocks) the train station. The walk until the coliseum/forum is not hard (really around 15 minuts). Near the Opera house. For other pleaces you have to catch a bus/taxi.The hotel is very confortable and clean. Breakfast is good. Like other hotels around termini (train station) is far from the roma center and other attractions beside the coliseum and opera house. |

Very modern, large bedrooms. Very well located to train and for sightseeing Better external signage would make it easier to locate. High tech lighting and air cond switches too complex without explanatory guide, pulled out plugs on two lights we could not turn off! |

We were very happy with the room and the breakfast buffet. We were also pleased that the hotel was air conditioned. The use of the automated lights and air conditioner were not explained to us. |

The location is great . 1 minute from the Termini station , which my concern about that have faded away immediately . UNA is a new beautiful , spacious luxurious hotel. we were extremely pleased with the hotel and the staff - they were helpful and try their best when needed. Worth every euro…. * the hotels in Italy ( probably as in many countries in Europe ) didn’t hear of multi-language channels on T.V. how much italian dubbing can one hear at the end of the day ? ** there is no swimming pool / Spa. what a pity in such a 4 **** hotel, what a necessity in Rome and after a day out in such a humid and tacky city.it could have been a huge and significant upgrade ! *** Another thing that was missing – in the Bar we were given the drinks without extras, which was strange somehow as we have come to know other 4 **** hotel that does serves cookies / pinutes / little cakes with the drinks ( and we were given any kind of drinks as sparkling wine. Capucinos, coffee, tea etc…) |

The staff were excellent and really helpfu. The room was awesome, it has very modern features, very clean and definitely loved the bathroom. Although some Americans may complain about the size of the room, it is actually perfect, just the right size. You can definitely move around. |

A modern. clean and comfortable hotel that offers excellent value for money. Well placed for rail travel and within reasonable walking distance of many of the tourist sites. Any negative responses would be of a minor nature. There was nothing of any real concern. |
