Size of the room
Close to the metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Clean and fairly modern Restaurant is pretty good and has a good wine selection.
Shower/bath combo. Just a normal shower recess please! Water in the shower/bath couldn't drain quickly enough - within a minute you're standing in water.
location, large comfortable and cosy room, cosy bathroom
too expenive, breakfast
During our 2 day stay we enjoyed the comfort and enormous room size. Friendly staff and eager to help.
Location is good
Wifi is very poor
Great breakfast, and happy hour at the bar! The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Location was very handy to termini station.
Modern updates with good space, comfortable bed and the bathroom spacious with ceiling-mounted shower head. Excellent breakfast.
Crush of people at breakfast at 7 am all needing to eat before heading out on tours. Start breakfast at 6:30?
room and bathroom quite location but close to centre great breakfast
Staff, size of room, décor of room, breakfast.
We loved the location, the friendly, helpful staff and the spacious, comfortable room. We even had a balcony looking over the street.
The bathroom was huge and modern but the depth of the bathtub means it is difficult to step in & out safely- maybe a rail would assist.
This hotel is very convenient for Termini Station. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and comfortable.
We thought that both the coffee and orange juice at breakfast were weak, and much lower quality than anywhere else we have stayed in Italy.
Clean, comfortable, quite and accessible for transport to and from main site seeing area.
The proximity to Termini station as that was where the bus dropped us coming from airport. The hotel was easy to find. The room was excellent and breakfast was very good. There were also plenty of places to eat near the hotel at a reasonable price.
The area around the Termini was not very nice and felt unsafe. The people constantly pestering trying to sell things. The beggars in the street. Also the streets were dirty and littered with rubbish.
location is a few minutes away from the Flavian Amphitheater and within minutes of other notable locations. Clean and comfortable with quick access to bus, train and subway.
The room was super nice, we were upgraded to a suite.
Neighborhood was a little sketchy
Very convenient for Roma Termini. Comfortable and well-fitted room.
Signage in hotel is poor - we breakfasted by mistake in the 'private restaurant' because we couldn't find the 'public' one. Bathroom clean and well-fitted, but very cramped. Very expensive compared to other chain hotels in the locality.
Location - only a block away from train station and subway
Too much noise at night
No top sheet
Clean and comfortable large spacious rooms
Had to pay extra for Wi Fi !!!!! Did not like the location much as i felt unsafe in the evenings in the surrounding streets
Comfort and cleanliness of the hotel in a convenient location to access all major attractions.
Surrounding neighborhood left something to consider if returning to Rome.
the location is very good , which is just beside Termini railway station, very high quality service for brekfast .
Great clean modern hotel. Rooms large and comfortable. Large clean bathrooms. Convenient location to Termini station, buses and subway.
A little out of the way (walking distance) to the major attractions, however easily accessabile by subway or buses. Avoid staying on the tramside of the building, can get noisy with the trams rattling by.
The stile of the rooms and the reception attendance is great . The bed is great for the back cause it is firm :-) . Breakfast is really good, service good too.
Check the bath cancel in room 611 water goes out and paint well the wall beside the vanity . But the room was great .
Bed and pillows Room was excellent Breakfast excellent Great location to catch trains Reception extremely helpful
my tip is make sure you ask for a room that is not near tram line.
Friendly Staff and very clean hotel. VGood location
