Wifi is the most horrible part, always disconnect and retype password again and again!!!! Breakfast very simple not worth the package deal.
The location is great and the hotel is quite new.
I booked the room with an extra sofa bed, but the staff gave us the small twin-bed room which is too tiny for three persons with a small extra bed. It's not honest, because they denied my booking due to the full booking at the 1st day we arrived, and told us that we had to pay more for upgrade. However, thankfully they might know our disappointment, and gave a better room when we paid more for an upgrade for the our rest 2days.
- Stylish and clean rooms - Receptionist Simeone very helpfull and reliable! - Great taxi service from Airport. Bold driver Piere Luigi will make you feel like an old friend - Breakfast buffet is excellent. Service in restaurant very high! - Location is ok
- Internet speed is very low. You have to fill form each time you connect! Guys, you have to do something! Everybody writes you about this problem!
Rooms were cleaned superficially the first two days probably due to the busy New Year Eve. In general, it was a good experience to stay in this hotel. We'd come again.
Perfect Location . Rooms were big. Courteous staff. Loved everything!! Termini station is Just a few mins away saved us a lot of time.
Traveling with a family of 18, Everyone loved this hotel.
The reservation department treated us like a tour, Not a large family, Very upsetting, The auto garage damaged the rental and took no responsibility. Both of these problems could have been avoided.
Nice hotel in a good location for tourist. Very close to termini station so easy if coming in by train. Hotel staff were good and the free breakfast was decent. Loved the pillow menu.
A little untidy in parts but overall happy with our stay.
Modern design yet unpretentios
Location is excellent if one arrive by train but afterwards ...take a taxi ,i would not raccomend to walk in the area
Very nice hotel, very closed to Termini Raiway Station, 5 minutes walk to the trains. Large and cleaned rooms and a good restaurant where you can enjoy local food.
Just in front of Termini station, comfortable room / bath, and helpful staff.
Hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the main train station, so very convenient if you come to Rome by train from the airport or plan to travel to other cities like Florence. Staff was excellent, very polite. Restaurant at the hotel was also very good, we really enjoyed it. The room was very clean, new and big. Good breakfast. Overall very satisfied.
A couple of things - TV only had a couple of English channels, BBC and CNN. All the rest was in Italian, which we clearly did not speak. The hairdryer was not working properly, and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room which I found strange.
Location of this hotel is excellent, staff incredibly friendly and the breakfast is excellent value considering it is included in the price of the stay. The hotel had the most beautiful scent flowing through it, right through to the rooms - I would consider it a high end 4 star.
The heat of the rooms! While there were controls in the room to adjust it, they didn't appear to make any sort of difference.
Location near Termini train station was excellent. Staff was great. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was large, had many amenities. Rated as 4 star, should be 5.
UNA Hotel offered us a very pleasant stay during our four nights there. The hotel is modern and appealing, while our classic room had a good size, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Also our room on the fifth floor was so quiet that it gave us the feeling of total privacy. The hotel's location next to Termini train/metro/station made our transfer from airport quick and easy and also very convenient for getting to major sites. Would definitely recommend it.
Paid WiFi is the only issue we can raise.
Convenient Location -close to train station and bus terminal but far enough away from crowd hanging around at station Nice new modern hotel, Clean and Comfortable Free mini bar Free wifi Spacious rooms and bathroom Good breakfast spread Nice restaurant - good food and reasonably priced Lots of food places around Next door to Green line tours so convenient to catch the tour buses
No coffee maker and no water in room A lady at the Reception appeared and sounded v stern and a bit intimidating. but this could be due to stress of having to communicate in English
The location is convenient right near the train station (which helps when you arrive with your bags and can just walk to the hotel). Still, the hotel is within walking distance to all Rome sightseeing attractions.
The hotel starts showing its age - the walls in rooms have markings and scratches, there were traces of water leakage on the ceiling of our bathroom. Perhaps a renovation is due. The hotel does not have any free WiFi (even in the lobby), which is out of step with time.
Modern style, very comfy bed & pillows, good breakfast.
good location near the train station, but the area near the hotel is very dirty and local and seems unsafe.
Great staff Good location Would stay here another time.
The smell of there cleaning products is too much.
Staff Excellent breakfast
Paying for wi-fi Should earlier breakfast
Hotel was in a great location, in walking distance of colosseum and trevi fountain. Room was nice. Plenty of selection at breakfast so set us up for the day.
Couple of things let this hotel down and they are all easily fixed which was disappointing. Wifi service is appalling. No free wifi available in any of the hotel. We paid for wifi in the room and turns out it could only be used by one device. Was also very slow. No English tv channels which after a long day walking around Rome would have been nice to relax to. Male member of staff behind reception was quite unfriendly and unhelpful after we had checked out so it left a bit of a sour taste. Unfortunate as hotel had great potential!
Rooms Breakfast Location
It was all good
The room was an excellent size ,the bed was comfy the bathroom was very well appointed
the additional price for WiFi and a nasty drain smell in the bathroom
