UNA Hotel Roma

The hotel is the worst I ever stayed. We arrived there very late and tired. But their system broke down. We show our understanding and waited. However, the staff irritated us. He repeated it's not his fault of the problem without apologize. So is it our fault? We got a little angry. After we went to the room, we would like to know whether there's any bottle of water free he began again to say it's not his fault. We did not ask about it! Then the next day another manager said she would give us a present as compensation. We asked for free internet instead of the present but she refused. God knows the poor hotel even charges 6 eu per hour! After our 3 nights stay, we did not see any promised gift.

It is located near train station and is in the heart of the city.

Nice hotel with good sized rooms and a high finish. Facilities are very good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the main train station Termini and benefits from good links to buses, trains and metro. Plenty of restaurants around but maybe a bit on the pricy side and quite "tourist". Breakfast had plenty of options and good variey (Continental and English).

The hotel is close (one/two blocks) the train station. The walk until the coliseum/forum is not hard (really around 15 minuts). Near the Opera house. For other pleaces you have to catch a bus/taxi.The hotel is very confortable and clean. Breakfast is good.

Like other hotels around termini (train station) is far from the roma center and other attractions beside the coliseum and opera house.

This hotel is excellent in everything. Breakfast is very plentiful.

Very modern, large bedrooms. Very well located to train and for sightseeing

Better external signage would make it easier to locate. High tech lighting and air cond switches too complex without explanatory guide, pulled out plugs on two lights we could not turn off!

Handy to Railway Station and other Rome sites. Breakfast service was good, excellent staff and quick service.

Very clean, staff at the reception desk quite helpfull, breakfast good veriety and staff very pleasant, would definately recommend this hotel and stay here again
