location was extremly excellent.break fast was amazing.room has balcony and area is enough for 2 adults ,2 kids. Only the reception stuffs understand english the other stuff you must point to him to make him understand..but he didnt.

The location is really good. Night life and restaurants around the corner, the train and metro station one block away. The Hotel is clean, comfortable and the breakfast really good. We had a small apartment with a separate bedroom, kitchenette, a table for 4 and a big and nice bathroom. We really enjoy our stay and we hope you will be too.

In a €585/ 3 nights hotel I appreciate I do not have to beg for a water coocker at the front desk. Old chewing gum in the bathroom, room tidy and OK. Fresh salad, cucumber and tomatoes would improve the breakfast.

Rooms were lovely and the service and breakfast was yummy. Staff very helpful and liked the extras that could be requested for the bathroom that we had forgot to bring and the bathrobes. Location was perfect for nights out and reasonably priced food. Easy to get metro into Milan centre for shopping. That you had to pay extra for wifi

If you ask for a taxi to the airport, the reception calls a private transportation provider with unreasobable high rates (and long waiting times) - clearly request a taxi communale to avoid later complains !

Very nice hotel: offers big rooms, wonderful breakfasts, perfect sevice, non-smoking floors. The cost of the stay worths that for sure. Besides, there's the metro station just by the hotel and even though it takes about 30 min on foot to get to Duomo (the very downtown), you can always use the metro for a couple of stations. Instead, the hotel is surrownded by clubs, bars and cafes (Corso Como), which might be a great advantage if you are looking for parting. Still, it's quiet inside and you may also stay with children. In general, the hotel left only good impressions for all the 10 days of our stay. If I'm back in Milano, I'd never choose another one.

Nice welcome. Pleasant reception staff. Very helpful, efficient & kind staff working in breakfast dining room. Clean well-equipped room with excellent double windows. Spacious bar & ground floor restaurant dining area.

The staff was really helpful at anytime of the day, their english are good enough so its not hard to communicate. The location is excellent, right next to some really good restaurants/bars/clubs and also the underground is only around the corner and its easy to use!

All the staff was really kind, always in the mood to help, something that’s not always true in Italy. I stayed in an amazing suite. Amazing price for the accommodation and service. I will return to this hotel when I return to Milan. The Jacuzzi in the suit wasn’t working. But that’s really the only point down.
