location was extremly excellent.break fast was amazing.room has balcony and area is enough for 2 adults ,2 kids. Only the reception stuffs understand english the other stuff you must point to him to make him understand..but he didnt.

The location was perfect with bars, cafes, restaurants, clubs and shopping right outside the doorstep! Only thing i didn't like was the elevators, too old and tiny for a claustrophobic like myself.

If you ask for a taxi to the airport, the reception calls a private transportation provider with unreasobable high rates (and long waiting times) - clearly request a taxi communale to avoid later complains !

Very nice hotel: offers big rooms, wonderful breakfasts, perfect sevice, non-smoking floors. The cost of the stay worths that for sure. Besides, there's the metro station just by the hotel and even though it takes about 30 min on foot to get to Duomo (the very downtown), you can always use the metro for a couple of stations. Instead, the hotel is surrownded by clubs, bars and cafes (Corso Como), which might be a great advantage if you are looking for parting. Still, it's quiet inside and you may also stay with children. In general, the hotel left only good impressions for all the 10 days of our stay. If I'm back in Milano, I'd never choose another one.

All the staff was really kind, always in the mood to help, something that’s not always true in Italy. I stayed in an amazing suite. Amazing price for the accommodation and service. I will return to this hotel when I return to Milan. The Jacuzzi in the suit wasn’t working. But that’s really the only point down.

The staff are really friendly and helpful... Most notable is Marco at the cafe, he gave information on places to see in Milan...and I love the place cause it so near to the party and happening places...Great hotel!

The room is spacious and beds comfortable. Their station has direct train to the airport, since this is our last stop in Italy, very convenient for us to go to the airport. Not exactly a tourist area with many skyscrapers under construction.

The location is really good. Night life and restaurants around the corner, the train and metro station one block away. The Hotel is clean, comfortable and the breakfast really good. We had a small apartment with a separate bedroom, kitchenette, a table for 4 and a big and nice bathroom. We really enjoy our stay and we hope you will be too.

The breakfasts and the staff serving breakfast were outstanding, offering a completely different experience to the rest of the Hotel. It was the one time of the day I felt I was getting value for money. We stayed four nights, and as soon as you get there, they try to add on all sorts of extra costs for pretty much anything they possibly can. Lots of construction in the area (in Milan in general). Right on the nightclubs (noisy but interesting). Muddy water on last day (gross). Wireless failures and expensive rates which other hotels we stayed at supplied for free . Room cleans were very basic indeed. Bring your own iron. They wont let you iron (ie supply one, or an ironing room) and charge a fortune for the service. I was lucky to make my meeting on time (just) as the service was slow for this as well, placing me in a bind. You dont want to iron your casual clothes because of the cost, although if you had your own iron, you probably would. 366 Euro per night for this?

Moja supruga,moj sin i ja smo prijatno iznenadjeni nasim boravkom u vasem hotelu,molim ,da se ovo ne shvati kao uctiva fraza.Sve je bilo kao se samo pozeleti moze kao sto to potvrdjuju nasi odgovori na vasa pitanja.Mi o ovome komentarisemo od kada smo napustili hotel juce.
