staff were very helpful, breakfast was good, close to garibaldi train station with direct train to malpensa airport, metres away from corso como.
the nightclub below
It was near the porta garibaldi station. The promo they offered of room upgrade with unlimited wifi and free minibar is such a bargain at 15 euros.. Such value for money.
We had difficulty finding it because the hotel had small signs and hidden by the larger axa building
Very near the train and metro station . Goods restaurantes and facilites . Morning coffee and early breakfast for travelling with early check out .
The UNA Tocq is just a stone's throw from Garibaldi Station and right in the midst of the Corso Como area--a really fun and convenient locale. And the staff at the breakfast, especially the gentleman who always got us our coffees, were top-notch and took great care of everyone.
The internet was so expensive! And there wasn't a business center, which was unfortunate.
Staff were excellent. Room clean and bed comfy. Breakfast good.
Air conditioning did not work (main reason for booking). Room hot so had to have window open didn't sleep due to noise from outside. No coffee/tea making facility. Would not stay here again.
Location near to Metro and mainline station p de Garibaldi. This is the last but one stop on the Malpensa express train from Malpensa airport. Good breakfast with helpful waitors .
No free WiFi. Its not acceptabel to have to pay for it in this day and age. For €12 euros a day you can get use of the minibar and WiFi. Beds are a bit too hard as were the pillows. I made use of their choice of pillows and it was replace by a lovely down pillow.
Nearness to the PG Railway Station and Underground.
Nothing I didn't like, but offering candies at reception implies the presence of a paper basket. TV set is put too high.
It is situated in the best area I ever stay in Milano . We will be back there even if the rooms are not so big .
The quality of the room ...
The location the breakfast
The wifi was not included in price
the hotel is near the train station and restaurants. the room is clean and bed is comfortable.
a little noisy in the room ... we can hear the loud music from outside. there is no hand bar and is difficult to step out of the bathtub... it is not safe.
-Excellent Location -Staff is friendly and helpful -Wifi was working fine, allowing Netflix streaming (via US proxy) -Breakfast is decent and fulfilling. -Rooms and beds are comfortable.
Breakfast and location
Internet spotty coverage, bed hard, pillows hard, poor airconditioner
Right near train station Free minibar and wifi Large room
Is currently undergoing renovations (which it definitely needs)
Close to train station and restaurants, helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, good value for money.
Slightly noisy air-conditioner unit, bar-fridge not very cold.
Mini kitchen in room. Cleanliness of room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast good.
Fridge defrosted leaving pool of water on floor - very dangerous to elderly. One of the 4 dining chairs came apart.
service Location Attitude of staff
Room size Breakfast Too expensive ... But it was fashion w eek...
Room was large and comfortable with coffee making designer kettle and a fridge. The bathroom was quite luxurious, with toiletries, marble floor and walls. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were efficient and friendly.
It was a little difficult to get in and out of the bath!
clean, comfortable. Very close to station (Garibaldi) and to restaurants.
We preferred the breakfast being in the downstairs bar area.
- Position - Quite - Breakfast
- Rusty Bath Tub - Internet is costly and very slow
the friendly staff, particularly at the breakfast session. Great location.
My room was tired and in need of a paint....Advertised as 4 star ?
Everything is within walking distance.
Parking was €25 for a motorcycle, has 3 €75 is a little redicoulous for 6hrs of parking.
Generally the hotel was nice and comfortable, clean, spacious room, etc. There were so e renovations going on, but we weren't in the hotel much anyway to be bothered by them. Big car park next door was a big selling point for us as we had a hire car for our vacation in italy.
Dodgy wi-fi and minibar linked deal not appealing. Wi-fi is free in the street outside the hotel, but you have to pay for it in the hotel. Not cool!
Not only was Marco on the front desk very helpful and friendly but so was Marco in the Restaurant. Breakfast was a real pleasure, he was very professional and accommodating. Remembered our coffee ordred from the day before... 5 star service. Thank you!
Nothing to complain about....except a general observation.... I never want to be asked to pay for the wifi when checking in... it should just be included in the room price. You don't seem to notice a few dollars when booking but it is annoying when you have to fork out more money when you arrive...
Located in a lovely part of Milan, about a kilometer and a half from the Duomo and other attractions. Lively nightlife and lots of restaurants to chose from. Basically a nice clean hotel, no frills, comfortable bed and quiet. Breakfast was very good and the wait staff was helpful, attentive and very nice. They didn't seem to mind getting us a second Cappuccino!
There were a few minor blemishes in the bathroom. Looks like it could use an update. The desk staff were OK- got the job done, but not terribly friendly or eager.
a bigger room
I had to step over my husband to be able to go to bed
