The hotel was central in venice but away from the noise of the main streets. It was clean & the staff were very friendly and helpful. |

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. The room was comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. |

Very helpful staff and hotel in a quiet area, but accessible to tourist areas. Our executive room for 3 was lovely. The breakfast room is too small for a 37 roomed hotel. It was crowded and difficult to get a table on some days. |

The position of the hotel is very good, a bit outside from the centre full of turists..and is really closed to teh boats for the islans Murano Torcello Burano. the area is really peacefull..authentic there arn't a bath,and is too hot during the night..it's seemes difficult to control teh heating from the room.. |

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hotel's staff called us in the middle of the night (23:30) asking if by any chance we found any luggage left from the previous customer (as the customer came back to the Hotel at that hour telling that he has lost something). I called-back the Hotel's reception and confirmed that the Hotel's staff made that phone-call (so it was not a silly joke). |

Convenient quiet position with large rooms and attractive decor. Cheerful and helpful staff - a very pleasant stay. Furniture was not well placed in the three rooms that we sampled. The heating controls remained a mystery after five day´s attempts to reduce the room temperatuure from too-hot to a comfortable 20 deg that was always displayed. We opened our windows overlooking the canal - a nice non-ecological solution. |

very good location friendly services. very comfortable bed. best selection of pillows. no outside sign of hotel. no storage space (exept for hanging clothes). no smoking option offered. Breakfast buffet unimaginative - no fresh tomatoes, cucumber, etc., and no choice of eggs (in a hotel of this calibre, one would expect individual breakfast choice). It is apparent that the hotel was finished in a hurry - e.g.poorly attached bathroom fittings. |

location,staff,room comforts no cnn in tv and shower in the bathroom was very bad..water went from hot to cold and yuo could not control it and the bath tub was slippery |

the staff greeted us with a smile every time we passed them. they were so helpful.the food was great and the bar service was excellent. the room was fabulous and very clean. were going back in may. the staff at the hotel made our holiday. i havent a bad word to say about this hotel at all. |

Complimentary tea,coffee and soft drinks in lounge,very welcome after a day walking around Venice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Difficult to find - no water access so taxis cannot access direct. |

Very helpful and pleasant staff who made my wife's 60th birthday really special. Room was very spacoius and recently decorated.with smaller canal location. Very good quiet position ( just off the main tourist drag) for both vaporetto and Grand Canal and Airport water bus to Fondementa Nova -both within 5 and 10 minutes walk respectively. No nothing though like most Venice hotels a bit over-priced if I'm honest. But even that did not detract from a lovely stay. Could well be back, |

Everything was perfect, all the staff couldn't of been more helpful and very friendly, lovely hotel, perfectly situated, fantastic break! Would definitely choose this hotel again. Air-conditioning could of been a bit cooler, rooms were a bit warm at times, but such a little thing to worry about. |

Lovely, in a nice quiet location.Had top floor room with a lovely view over rooftops. The bathroom was a bit small but very clean. The walk to the main areas of the city was about 10-15mins and very pleasant. From the hotel it is only a 4 minute walk to the Fondamente Nuova to get boats to Murano and Burrano. 3 mins from a main shopping area with cafe's etc.Staff were excellent. We loved our room but if you get the top floor room then you will need to do about 15 - 20 stairs which was not an issue for us but maybe for someone who is less mobile it is worth knowing, so call them in advance to make sure that is not your allocated room if it bothers you. All other rooms are served by a lift |

Excellent customer service & superb location. Hotel seamlessy blended both modern and classical fixtures & fittings. Some building work going on outside hotel and was sometimes noisy. |

Staff friendliness, afternoon coffee/juices, room/hotel decor, location Superior room was rather smaller than expected, with very limited storage space (ok for 4 nights, but cramped for any longer). There was a fault with the hot water that meant that the shower pulsed cold water regularly every 5-20 seconds. |
