The style, friendliness of the staff and a superb location. The room was really nicely decorated and incredibly quiet. the breakfast room is too small for the total number of rooms |

The location is not bad. The price is reasonable. It is a little bit difficult to find out. There might be the same problem in every hotel in Venice. |

Hotel size (small) and location are very good - quiet neighborhood yet convenient, and rooms are comparatively large for Venice. |

The hotel staff were excellent and friendly, location fantastic and rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only fault was the hot water was not very hot for a shower but a minor considering the bonuses. |

Nice and spacious room with a good bed. A selection of pillows. Nice and service-minded staff. Very fresh and clean. Breakfast was bad for anyone who does not find cookies, sugary cereals full of chemical substances and yogurt with sugar a good alternative in the morning. One boring kind of cheese, boring juice, two horrible and unhealthy kinds of bread. Coffee was good though. On the other hand, there are probably very few hotels in Southern Europe that serve a well tasting and nutricious breakfast... They switched off the ventilation system after two days, because it was getting colder outside. The only chance to get fresh air during night time was to leave a window open. This led to lots of mosquito bites, and some sleeping difficulties. Unfortunately we also had our windows just above the very noicy door of the hotel. |

It was very clean and decorated well. Nice large shower. The breakfast was good. While it was October, we expected the air conditioning to be working. With no screens and little air in the windows it was stuffy. |

Nice to have direct water taxi access. Quiet location, yet near shopping and restaurants. Our room was uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff advised us that the A/C had been turned off "for the season" and promised we would be fine when the evening arrived with the cool air. With no choice, we opened the windows and the mosquitos arrived. Sleeping with buzzing mosquitos and suffering from numerous bites was not a pleasant experience. The room was okay, but we did not feel it was a good value. |

Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with a good selection of dishes. Excellent pastries! Calm quiet location but an easy walk to central areas (10 mins to Rialto, 5 mins to water bus). Beautiful, spacious room with high ceilings and balcony. An immaculately presented hotel with delightful staff and impeccable service. Thank you for the fruit and birthday message on 20th September! I specified a double bed but was given two single mattresses pushed together. There was no protective covering on the mattress, just a thin sheet which constantly slipped off. The room had one small wardrobe with not enough clothes hangers for two people. This was a Superior Room so the Hotel should, at the very least, provide a chest of drawers (we had to store all our underwear, tops etc. in our suitcase). The shower is in a very strange place - fixed on the side wall of the bath, rather than the far end - we struggled to understand the logic in this! |

The staff were very helpful and well informed. The facilities in the room were good and the proximity of the hotel to good restaurants and the centre was very good. |

Location was excellent. The staff was very helpful in all regards. The breakfast was good though nothing to write home about. The room, while small and not a place to "hang out", was comfortable and the bed was very good. |

The prestigious Palace Bonvecchiati is located in the heart of the city, close to St. Marks Square. Enjoy the ideal balance between past elegance and present-day facilities. |
Palazzo Stern is situated in a very central position, facing the Grand Canal, just beside Ca’ Rezzonico and in front of Palazzo Grassi. |
A magnificent view on to the Grand Canal! Since 1520 permanent quarters of the Gonzaga dukes, this small jewel of architecture has been completely refurbished, saving its facade on to the Gran Canal. |
Full of elegant Venetian charm, the Al Codega is a welcoming hotel set back from the main streets in a quiet courtyard located between Rialto and Saint Mark's Square. |
