UNA Hotel Venezia  

the room was very sweet and furniture and bathroom are new. Everything like on the pictures and even better. The room was cleaned twice per day and we have not noticed the clearing staff though we spent lot of time in the room. Want to admit tasty cakes in restaurant)) Staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was perfect. We want to thank this hotel for the great stay in Venice, we will definetly recommend it to our friends.

Charming green room overlooking quiet channel, it was really spacious, decorated in traditional Venetian style. Tea and slippers were available, the bed was really comfortable. And perfect breakfast with omelette, bacon and fresh fruits! It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

The hotel was hard to find, but it is about almost all the hotels in Venice! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful instructing us by phone, they even sent a Russian-speaking boy to meet us outside 50 metres far from the hotel!

This hotel is very convenient, only a 2/3 minute walk from the Vaporetta stop on the Grand Canal and a 5/7 minute walk to the water bus for the airport. A very comfortable hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff who are very attentive. Just a minute or 2 from the Strade Nuovo in Canareggio, but in a very quiet location. I would stay here again and have no hesitaton in recommending it to visitors to Venice.

A slightly less understated sign would be helpful when first trying to locate the hotel!

hard to find

The hotel was centrally placed half way between the station and St Mark's Square. ery close the Rialto Bridge. It was easy to find. The room was a good size with good size comfortable bed. The room and especially bathroom was very clean. The bathroom was very modern with a good shower and hairdryer. Breakfast was good (breads, cakes, cereal etc... I accidentally left an international adapter behind when we left and staff kindly e-mailed me to ask if I wanted it posting it on at no extra charge - a very unexpected and welcome gesture !!

If I were to be very critical the hot food at breakfast was a little disappointing and the toaster provided ineffective. Also our room had a separate entrance further along the street. Not far (about 10-15 metres but had it been raining the external walk to breakfast might have proved unwelcome.

Room is big enough, breakfast is ok.

A little bit difficult to find as a visitor; Internet access is not free.

This hotel is located in a quiet neghborhood, close to the Square for shopping and sight seeing by foot or water taxi. It was very clean and well appointed. The service level of the staff was very professional and friendly. They offer a hot breakfast buffet which was quite delicious with a variety to please almost everyone and snacks with beverages throughout the day. For us, they offered the perfect stay, our room was large comfortable and totally earned their four star rating. It felt comfortable and relaxing as soon as we entered the lobby. I would recomend The una to any of my friends and family.

A really comfortable room with a large bathroom, comfortable bed and nice aspect (right next to a very quiet canal). The hotel staff were extremely friendly, informative and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to all the action but tucked away in a hidden location (though very convenient for the airport boats).

The hotel still charges for wifi internet.

The staff at una was extremely helpful and friendly. I made the booking on behalf of my parents and I did ask the hotel for a couple of things and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is great, just 10 minutes walk to St Mark's square and in an area with many good restaurants and shops around. Very easy to get from the airport too. Excellent breakfast, clean and big rooms. Thanks again to UNA's staff specially to Neda and Daniele for making my parent's 5 night stay unforgettable.

Lovely hotel in a very quiet location but very close to the main sights and the Grand Canal.
