Clean and tidy, with a good breakfast and location, and polite and friendly staff. We were surprised and disappointed to be informed that there was no laundry service, and no alternative offered. Though the breakfast offered every day was good, there should have been occasional variety in type of egg-preparation offered. |

The Hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and genuinely pleased to help. Neda in Front desk was an ambassador for Una Hotels and an asset to the establishment. The Hotel offered a beautiful room, a great location and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. After staying in Venice many times this is my favorite hotel to date. |

Staff was really helpful the room wasnt clean, when I arrived to the room I started scraching I think there was alot of misquetos in the room. Also the breakfast buffet was not good. |

close to vaporetti stop, supermarket and laundry nearby. Only 5 minutes walk to Rialto and 10 minutes to Ferrozzia (train) and St Marks Square Internet access was not free but this is not unexpected. |

helpfulness of all staff ,attention to detail in the rooms eg curtains being drawn ready at night, The chocolate by the bed ! slippers and bathrobe.Excellent breakfasts.. Wonderful hotel, interesting location, only a few minutes from the vaporetta on the main route. would have found it helpful for a little more basic information about Venice - leaflets, maps etc- to have been on display, as the tourist information office in St Marks Square closed so early, (3pm,)But the staff , when asked, did provide good information. so this is not a complaint, but a suggestion to make the notel even better.. |

The hotel was in a excellent location the staff were very friendly and the hotel breakfast was very nice. The hotel is very clean and well looked after. It would have been 10/10 if the room was a bit bigger but it is venice and for two people it was fine. |

Friendliness of reception staff. Poorly signed and difficult to find. Room very small with just a small quadrant shower and no bath. No bar or restraunt. No low fat spreads or milk at breakfast. Was given a breakfast box for an early departure. The breakfast box was very disapointing. |

We stayed at UNA for 4 nights and it was really excellent. The hotel has a lovely modern feel and the staff are very friendly. It's close to the Ca D'Oro water bus stop and a 10-15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We were given a free upgrade to a superior room which was lovely and very clean. The breakfast is also excellent. |
