We stayed in a Jr. Suite and it was quite large and spacious with two bathrooms. The hotel offered evening snacks and drinks which was a nice touch.

We've been recently in Una Venezia. The hotel is very nice. We had executive room which was big enough with bath in the bathroom. The hotel is cery clean. The staff is very helpful! Una Venezia is close to everything! If you want to go to the islands like Murano and Burano, the boat station is 5 min walking! The breakfast is quite basic...

Location was good. Close to everything but also quiet at night. Breakfast was good, there was a lot to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower was small, even for small/short people..

Great location as not on the main strip, hotel room was great, clean and comfortable. 1 small moan there is not a bar, and it would of been nice to have somewhere when you returned to the hotel to have a night cap.

Excellent staff and location. Room was tiny--but well appointed and well kept Internet service was temperamental--did not work wireless and did not work with Chrome. Ultimately we figured it out, but it was expensive too.

Staff was great. Very welcoming and all services provided efficiently and quickly. Location is good and convenient for Venice. The daily drinks and breakfast buffet are nice and perfectly acceptable standard and good value for money.

My son and I just absolutely enjoyed our stay at the UNA Hotel Venezia. The staff was amazing and just went above and beyond to make sure we were accomodated and happy. We received a complimentary upgrade when we requested a room with a water view. It was really located perfectly to both the water taxi stations and a nice 10-12 minute walk to the St. Mark's Basilica, St. Mark's Square and Doge Palace which is the best as you get to explore the streets, markets, stores of Venice on your way. They were so helpful in helping us choose restaurants in the area with amazing food. Cleaning staff was wonderful and upon all requests gave complimentary bath salts and leisure items with a smile. I would definately return and suggest this hotel for both singles, couples and family.

Friendly staff. Clean. Well decorated. Good position. Very minor quibble - only one small waste bin in the bathroom, none elsewhere.

We liked the breakfasts and afternoon/evening snacks, and also the wine and champagne they put out (all complimentary). Good location, quiet but only a five minute walk to a main street with many shops and restaurants, fifteen minute walk to Rialto bridge and 25 minute walk to San Marco Square. The bed was comfortable (but not the pillows). There is a gorgeous church just a 5 minute walk to the north, near the shoreline (the "Convento") -- beautiful. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and speak English very well. The room was very nice and the bathroom modern and luxurious. The shower was heavenly, even if slightly small. Pillows were not comfortable; I prefer softer ones.

The location was excellent, just 2 minutes away from the Strada Nova yet far enough away to be completely peaceful. The hotel was also central for sight seeing, just 10 minutes walk in either direction. The rooms aren't overly large, but are beautiful. The pillows are rather hard, however there is a pillowow facility and you can choose various types of pillows to suit your requirements. The Afternoon Tea and Evening Canapes, which are laid on free of charge to guests were a very welcome treat and included tea, coffee, fruit juices, white wine, presseco, miniature bottles of spirits, biscuits, peanuts, fruit and sandwiches! It was also my partner's birthday while we were staying at the hotel and it was a nice touch that the hotel acknowledged this and left a cake stand of biscuits and their good wishes for his birthday.

We were very pleased with our choice of the hotel. It was an excellent stay! The newly renovated rooms, the connivence in providing great breakfast and afternoon snacks and drinks are making our stay much easier. If we came back to Venice again, UNA Hotel will be our first choice.

The rooms are very large and the building was recently refurnished. The breakfirst is very good and the staff are very nice. The location is excellent, only a couple of minutes away from a Vaporeto stop and you can walk (about 25 minutes) to Plaza S. Marcos. The price is a bit too high.

Daughter was given a handicaped room with leaking tap and innapropriate toilet bowl, smelling of cigarette smoke. It was very noisy and situated next to the rubish corner with staff opening noisy fire doors to dump rubbish and breaking glass at anytime of the evening. The whole thing was caped on the last day by the bathroom flooding with sewage. We never got an appology, just 50 euros off the bill. Will not recommend this hotel

Everything that we expected from the hotel and more. It was in a great location and they had great service. They accommodated us with everything that we asked for including reservations to dinner, tourist attractions and massages. Overall it was a great experience. The only two little issues we had which was not a big deal was that the toilet seat was broken but usable and the shower door was also broken where water leaked a little bit but also usable.
