UNA Hotel Venezia  

This hotel is very convenient, only a 2/3 minute walk from the Vaporetta stop on the Grand Canal and a 5/7 minute walk to the water bus for the airport. A very comfortable hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff who are very attentive. Just a minute or 2 from the Strade Nuovo in Canareggio, but in a very quiet location. I would stay here again and have no hesitaton in recommending it to visitors to Venice.

A slightly less understated sign would be helpful when first trying to locate the hotel!

Great location, very clean quite new, room reasonable size for Venice, free drinks in breakfast room during the evening, Prosseco, beer tea coffee etc, very helpful staff, spoke good English, comfortable bed, opening windows, quiet.

Wifi not working properly whilst there, which is particularly bad if doing business, Mcdonalds close by & works fine, we had to leave 6.30 in morning & wasn't able to get anything to eat.

This hotel is located in a quiet neghborhood, close to the Square for shopping and sight seeing by foot or water taxi. It was very clean and well appointed. The service level of the staff was very professional and friendly. They offer a hot breakfast buffet which was quite delicious with a variety to please almost everyone and snacks with beverages throughout the day. For us, they offered the perfect stay, our room was large comfortable and totally earned their four star rating. It felt comfortable and relaxing as soon as we entered the lobby. I would recomend The una to any of my friends and family.

Mimimalist decor meant very little atmosphere. A hotel to stay in and go out from, not to spend any time in - limited facilities outside the rooms themselves

Great location - easy to get to from the airport by alilaguna ferry. Two minutes by foot to Strada Nova so nice and quiet. Easy to walk everywhere from the hotel and handy for a traghetto(?) over the Grand Canal and the Vaparetto stop at Ca D'oro. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room facilities were superb and very clean.

Bit pricey but so is evverything in Venice!

Stairs! We were in an annexe building - very comfy but not a good stairway

The hotel was far from Piazza san Marco but was located in a quiet district. I hated the fact that I had to pay for internet that was hard to connect to. I also think the hotel was too highly priced for the facilities and location. carpet smelled like a wet dog in some parts of the hotel. Given that we got a suite with a canal view, the shower area did not even have a soap holder plus the wall had holes and the rubber that kept water from the shower area from going to the floor was busted...I was not happy with our stay vs. the price we payed for.

We loved this hotel! We had a wonderful stay at Una Hotel Venezia. Very beautiful light interior design of a fantastic two-storeyed delux room! A nice little balcony facing the quiet street, two bathrooms. Nice furniture. Very clean, comfortable, fresh and new. There is everything you need for comfort in the room. Good breakfast. Very good choice for romantic stay. Extremely polite staff. Our best recommendations, especially for a romantic trip! We have unforgettable and the best impressions of this perfect hotel! **************************************************- ******* отель просто замечательный! великолепный светлый интерьер в комнате делюкс. очень красивый, необычный, отремонтированный, большой, чистый, очень уютный и удобный двухэтажный номер с 2мя ваннами(с\у) - на 1 и на 2эт., что очень удобно. небольшой симпатичный балкончик с видом на тихую широкую улочку и частично на канал. мебель и всё остальное - новое и чистое, стены оббиты шелком. очень стильно и красиво, отличная звукоизоляция. хороший завтрак, внимательный персонал. хороший завтрак (по сравнению с другими отелями европы). месторасположение отеля не в центре, но близко к остановке кодоре - откуда 5-7 мин до центра на вапоретто. зато тихо, нет толп туристов. рекомендую всем, особенно для романтического отпуска. незабываемые самые лучшие впечатления от пребывания в этом отеле! спасибо персоналу.

There is no restaurant and self-service iron room. в отеле, к сожалению, нет ресторана и комнаты для глажки - погладить одежду можно, сдав ее в лондри (прачку). к слову сказать, гладят недорого, но иногда хочется и нужно это сделать самому, но утюг гостям не продоставляется, к сожалению

It is very nice and quiet hotel tacked very close to a lively street and Gandollas stop at Main Canal. Services are very good. Room amentities are always something you want to treat yourself with. Teapot in a room. We stayed previously with una and will do in future. This hotel brand worths best recomendations! Well done. Would highly recommend it to friends and family!

Neda at the front desk is fantastic! She was so helpful and is truly and asset to your hotel group! Liked being on a canal. Very attractive rooms.

It is somewhat difficult to identify from the outside.

We enjoyed very much the services from the desk people. They went out of their way to assist us with our travel arrangements. The location is also very good. Quiet environment and still close to the main areas of interest.

The bed was on the short side even for a not so long person like myself
