We loved the champagne breakfast and afternoon tea facilities. That was just great! Lovely and quiet but clise to everything.
Awesome rooms! If this does not satisfy your longing for Venetian flair, I can't help it.... :-) The girl at the reception was so helpful, great support and recommendations about where to go for dinner, etc. Best service I encountered for a long time!
Everything was perfect.. The staff were perfect in how they helped me plan it via email before out stay, they explained everything well when we got there and they were always happy. The location was perfect - 5 mins from The Rialto Bridge and 10 mins from St Marks Sq. The rooms were stunning, full of character and very big and worth every penny. It was a perfect engagement for a perfect lady who I can now call my fiancé.
The hotel is beautiful, full of character and spotlessly clean. The staff are very helpful and nothing is toouch trouble.
I would have liked a bar area in the hotel.
Nice Fixtures Excellent Staff Location Relative to Main Street
Small Room/Bathroom Bit Far From Tourist Center
We were made welcome throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel supplies free snacks tea and coffee in the afternoon/ evening which is a good idea.
Wonderful hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend it. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Very helpful staff. The free afternoon tea and cocktail hour a very nice touch. About 25 mins walk from st marco and 10 mins from public transport. Would definitely go back.
Great little hotel – close to everything, great breakfast, friendly staff. And practically all-day buffet with tea, coffee, croissant, fruit ... Beautiful room and almost new bathroom. Free WIFI even though it did not advertise same.
The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions, especially since we got "lost" a few times. The room was a very nice sized room, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast good with many choices
Friendly helpful staff Excellent breakfast Plentiful complimentary buffet Lovely comfortable room Spotless throughout Handy for attractions and local life
Location was perfect for touring Venice, comfort and room decor made us feel so relaxed, piped music in landing and hallways added a nice touch when going to and from the room, the hospitality of staff made everything so easy, especially if the visit is your first vist to Venice. The complementary afternoon tea and evening drinks / snacks gave an additional sense of freedom to the daily tavels, even though we only used them twice. The hotel added to a very relaxing and enjoyable visit. THANK YOU
The hotel did not have a restaurant, however there were many restaurants within walking distance, so not really a problem. Maybe the hotel could sell wellington boots for those that visit when the tides are espcially high. Going home and leaving such a lovely hotel.
The staff at the reception desk were always most helpful - I never felt uncomfortable asking them for assistance - even though I only spoke in English. In addition to the complementary breakfast, the hotel provided complimentary hot coffee, tea, and light snacks throughout most of the day
The pillows were uncomfortable - but that said, I tend to have difficulties with many pillows
Blameless service and great room. It is located in a very calm and clean place, where you do not feel like you are in the center of touristic Venice. But it is just two minute walk from Ca' D'oro.
The room was fantastic, food at breakfast and throughout the day was pleasant and the atmosphere of the hotel was very good.
The wifi requires you to buy vouchers from reception (which was a hassle) and is expensive compared to the connection speeds that you get.
Did not answer the "paid wifi" question as what I used was complimentary. Breakfast was sensational!! Enjoyed the "happy hour from 6-8.
Staff were excellent. Breakfast fantastic & the idea of the complimentary food & drink available during the afternoon was a great idea. Location of the hotel is perfect; quiet but not to far away from the Strada Nouva.
A short walk or vaparetto ride to all the main sights, just off a lovely shopping and dining street, yet very quiet and peaceful. Lovely location on two narrow canals.Beautifully restored building with lots of character but plenty of space and very comfortable. Very well run, friendly and professional staff.
Would have liked free wi-fi, which wasn't available. However when we asked the staff were very helpful and gave us some free access.
Complimentary refreshments was a lovely and welcome idea. Staff were helpful and welcoming we were upgraded. Location of hotel was excellent.
Peaceful, spotlessly clean, friendly and beautifully romantic. Had a fantastic 3 nights at the Una Hotel Venezia. Cannot wait to return
Staff were helpful before and during our stay. I emailed a few questions a month before I left and received an answer back that day Staff were friendly and provided a map and explained how to get around Breakfast was AWESOME and they had light snacks and drinks until 1030 pm
Air isn't on in fall. So our choice was attempt to sleep in a hot and stuffy room, or open the windows and get eaten alive by bugs...
Service, location, breakfast, bed, ambience
-Great check in staff and location. -go for the suite its worth it. -breakfast. -everything.
No free wifi
Excellent breakfast, snacks throughout the day, very convenient to take the water taxi to the airport. Comfortable room, with excellent, clean, spacious bathroom. Staff were exceedingly helpful and professional.
Great hotel, but slightly overpriced.
The afternoon refreshments were most welcome
Nothing not to like
This hotel is tucked away in a tranquil oasis in Venice, so after the hustle and bustle of sight seeing it was bliss to come back to the quiet of the hotel. The furnishing of the hotel is elegant and the food was very good. It was a real bonus to have afternoon tea/coffee with light refreshments. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, we arranged many trips with them at a very reasonable price. Just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and St Marks just a little further the location couldn't be better for sight seeing. We had a wonderful holiday with this hotel at the heart of it.
We had a classic room, which was lovely but we found a little small, but as the hotel was full there were no others available. As lovely as the hotel was I do feel it was a little over priced.
