Upgrade gekregen naar aanleiding van onze huwelijksreis! We zijn niet gestoord door de housekeeping tijdens ons gehele verblijf. Heel veel extra's in de suite, tot aan een manicuresetje toe. Algemene indruk is fantastisch!!!! |

locatie van het hotel is zeer goed. personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Wel raam maar geen uitzicht. Kamer was wat donker. Prijzen van de drankjes die in de koelkast lagen waren verschrikkelijk hoog. Badkamer was niet erg handig ingericht. Kon bijv nergens toilettas kwijt. Dit kwam mede doordat de badkamer ingericht was voor gehandicapte mensen. |

Zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Zeer mooie, schone kamers. Dagelijks verschoning beddegoed en handdoeken (de vraag is of dat wel nodig is..) Verder geen vertier in hotel en ontbijtzaal is erg klein en biedt soms onvoldoende plaats voor het aantal gasten. Badkamer (zolderkamer) is lux maar krap en klein, wisseling van warm en koud water tijdens het douchen (van zeer warm tot ijskoud ondanks thermostatische kraan) en sfeervolle maar kleine ontbijtzaal. In vergelijking met prijzen van andere 4 sterren hotels, is prijs-kwaliteit goed/uitstekend. |

De zeer centrale, maar tevens rustige ligging. Zeer stijlvol ingerichte kamers, met oog voor de kleinste details. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het bed was te kort (1.80 m) |

Prettig ontvangst en kosteloze upgrade van de kamer voor onze huwelijksreis. Ontbijt was prima en flexibele instelling van personeel. Lastig te vinden en slechte informatie over de bereikbaarheid met de auto. Je moet met de bus of met een veer en het was niet aangegeven hoe je dit het beste kunt aanpakken. |

The hotel was central in venice but away from the noise of the main streets. It was clean & the staff were very friendly and helpful. |

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. The room was comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. |

Very helpful staff and hotel in a quiet area, but accessible to tourist areas. Our executive room for 3 was lovely. The breakfast room is too small for a 37 roomed hotel. It was crowded and difficult to get a table on some days. |

The position of the hotel is very good, a bit outside from the centre full of turists..and is really closed to teh boats for the islans Murano Torcello Burano. the area is really peacefull..authentic there arn't a bath,and is too hot during the night..it's seemes difficult to control teh heating from the room.. |

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hotel's staff called us in the middle of the night (23:30) asking if by any chance we found any luggage left from the previous customer (as the customer came back to the Hotel at that hour telling that he has lost something). I called-back the Hotel's reception and confirmed that the Hotel's staff made that phone-call (so it was not a silly joke). |

Convenient quiet position with large rooms and attractive decor. Cheerful and helpful staff - a very pleasant stay. Furniture was not well placed in the three rooms that we sampled. The heating controls remained a mystery after five day´s attempts to reduce the room temperatuure from too-hot to a comfortable 20 deg that was always displayed. We opened our windows overlooking the canal - a nice non-ecological solution. |

very good location friendly services. very comfortable bed. best selection of pillows. no outside sign of hotel. no storage space (exept for hanging clothes). no smoking option offered. Breakfast buffet unimaginative - no fresh tomatoes, cucumber, etc., and no choice of eggs (in a hotel of this calibre, one would expect individual breakfast choice). It is apparent that the hotel was finished in a hurry - e.g.poorly attached bathroom fittings. |

the staff greeted us with a smile every time we passed them. they were so helpful.the food was great and the bar service was excellent. the room was fabulous and very clean. were going back in may. the staff at the hotel made our holiday. i havent a bad word to say about this hotel at all. |
