Veldig fine rom og bra renhold samt at hotellansatte var veldig hyggelige. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt Kunne tenkt meg mykere madrasser i senga. |

Lovely, in a nice quiet location.Had top floor room with a lovely view over rooftops. The bathroom was a bit small but very clean. The walk to the main areas of the city was about 10-15mins and very pleasant. From the hotel it is only a 4 minute walk to the Fondamente Nuova to get boats to Murano and Burrano. 3 mins from a main shopping area with cafe's etc.Staff were excellent. We loved our room but if you get the top floor room then you will need to do about 15 - 20 stairs which was not an issue for us but maybe for someone who is less mobile it is worth knowing, so call them in advance to make sure that is not your allocated room if it bothers you. All other rooms are served by a lift |

Excellent customer service & superb location. Hotel seamlessy blended both modern and classical fixtures & fittings. Some building work going on outside hotel and was sometimes noisy. |

Staff friendliness, afternoon coffee/juices, room/hotel decor, location Superior room was rather smaller than expected, with very limited storage space (ok for 4 nights, but cramped for any longer). There was a fault with the hot water that meant that the shower pulsed cold water regularly every 5-20 seconds. |

Clean and tidy, with a good breakfast and location, and polite and friendly staff. We were surprised and disappointed to be informed that there was no laundry service, and no alternative offered. Though the breakfast offered every day was good, there should have been occasional variety in type of egg-preparation offered. |

Very friendly, efficient staff. Clean room. Good location - quiet backstreet but close to main areas. Particularly liked being near the sea! The room I booked was advertised as being a 'superior' double. However, I would not classify it as such when I compare the room to others booked on previous vacations. The decor was rather drab...a few paintings on the walls would really have helped. The website said that Satellite/Pay-per- view tv was avalaible - this was not the case. Very expensive room snacks - eg 6e for small bag of peanuts |

The Hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and genuinely pleased to help. Neda in Front desk was an ambassador for Una Hotels and an asset to the establishment. The Hotel offered a beautiful room, a great location and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. After staying in Venice many times this is my favorite hotel to date. |

Staff was really helpful the room wasnt clean, when I arrived to the room I started scraching I think there was alot of misquetos in the room. Also the breakfast buffet was not good. |
