UNA Hotel Vittoria    

Everything! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are fantastic! We stayed in an Executive room which was luxury! The amazing bathtub, tv, bed and fibre optic lights in the walls was all perfect! It was a really amazing really big room! The staff are fantastic and they were always willing to help and advise. The Barman was lovely too and this place is quirky and classy all at once! I would definately recommend this fantastic hotel!

We loved this hotel the best out of the 4 hotels we stayed at during our Italy trip. The room was perfect to our taste and we compared our other hotels and non could compare. The staff was great too. One day they spent a few hours dialing a restaurant just to get us a reservation! The breakfast buffet was good, however the dinner was great. The night we had dinner, we were quite surprised by how good the meal was. During our stay, it was my wife's birthday and they sent up complintary champagne. We could not ask for anything more.

The WiFi was not free, however the price to use it was reasonable. The bed was two beds put together. There was an odd addition to the front of the bed with bar type stools, which fashion wise is nice, however made it a bit tight to walk by.

Beautifully designed rooms and heavy concentration on a unified image.

Only the location was a small drawback for us. The shuttle was a mitigating factor, although the schedule was not convenient at certain times. Our other hotel stays in Florence were more centrally located and in a walking city that made a difference.

Great desk staff and if you like modern well thought out design, excellent throughout.Slightly further out of the city, therefore rather a trudge in the heat of the day.However, taxis are plentiful and the hotels quite location and excellent comfort more than compensated. We would recommend this hotel.

Some decor looking a little tired in places. A pool would have been a major bonus too.

Very clean, easy to access, close to Florence city centre.

Design of room and hotel in general. Breakfast - variety and quality, fresh fruits. Shuttle bus to train station. Staff - efficient, helpful, professional, friendly. Nice veranda outside for breakfast. Huge flat tv in the room. Huge mirror in the room.

Location - be prepared to walk for 15 min to Ponte Vecchio, take a taxi or perhaps the bus. Other than that, it is nice location, lots of trees and almost near the river.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room decorations were very different but cute. It was a great bargin for the price.

The shower was not private which made it difficult to use with someone else in the room.

Our stay in Florence was enhanced by the courteous, friendly and helpful staff. They recommended only first class restaurants that served excellent food. The breakfast was included in the price of the hotel and was second to none. The rooms were very contemporary and out of this world. I would rate this hotel a 10 out of 10! Thanks for a great 3 days in your hotel!

There isn't one thing I didn't like about your hotel!

Excellent hotel staff. Very good for those who arrives with a car. Walking distance from the downtown. Comfort and big room. Very good breakfast.

The bathroom door too close to the bad.

Very stylish design hotel fitted into a historical building in a quarter just outside the city wall. Thus not centrally but well connected to the center by public bus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant feels a bit like a canteen at first look but grants sufficient privacy at the table and they serve excellent local cuisine.

Nice Hotel.

It´s unacceptable to charge 3 Euro for a 30 minutes Wifi Connection. Hotel was very nice, but just for this reason I would never come back or recommend a una Hotel.

I booked for 2 rooms, but the hotel put us in different side of building and floor. Thus, in order for me to stay closer, same side and floor, I had to reduce the size of one room. I paid for larger room.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Location is better than it looks on the map. It may be 30mins to walk to the old town where the Uffizi is, but its only 5 mins from Otramo, the coolest district in Florence. Great bars, resturants sit alongside old artisan workshops and piazzas.

Where do we start? No aircon (apparently they can't use aircon until the city authorities say so) so the room had hot air pumped into it. We had to have the window open all the time, and that meant dogs barking and police sirens disturbing all night. Bed bugs? Yup, covered in bites. Horrrible in-room decor. I know its a personal taste thing, but black leather walls with blue pin-lights makes it feel like a dungeon in a Friday night horror film. The utterly dumb, overhanging footboard. If you turn over during the night, you will bang your feet and wake up. The shower didnt drain flooding the entire bathroom. There's a load of other trivial stuff that I wouldn't want to bore you with. Overall I would say it was a triumph of design over good sense. A dumb dumb idea.

Hotel is located next to the city centre, which can easily be reached by a convenient shuttle or through a nice walk along the Arno river. The "avant garde" decoration is quite nice and represents a change compared to the usual hotel interior design.

The bed was very hard. I did sleep well but woke up with a terrible back pain.

Nous revenons avec un très bon souvenir de cet Hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique. La décoration originale. Le cadre est calme et les chambres très bien isolées. Très surprenant en rentrant dans la chambre de voir cette douche italienne derrière une grand vitre donnant sur un aussi grand miroir. Et quand la nuit est tombée, la chambre est magique... Situé à un quart d'heure de marche du centre, c'est un très bon compromis, de plus que l'hotel possède son propre parking. La possibilité de prendre son petit-déjeuner en terrasse est très agréable, le bar également donne sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un très agréable petit patio intérieur. Vous avez besoin de billets pour des visites, de bonnes adresses, etc... n'hésitez pas à demander au personnel de l'accueil, ils se feront un plaisir de vous aider.

Tutto perfetto. Personale gentilissimo, Colazione abbondante albergo di design. Bellissimo, stanze comode e belle!!! Lo consiglio a tutti.

Mir ist sehr gut gefallen. Jungend Still, ruhige Lage. Nicht sehr weit vor der Stadt. Shuttle-Bus, großräumige Salon für gutes Frühstück.
