Bicycle Hire - Needed Prosecco @ Breakfast Helpful staff
Hotel feels beaten Req's refurbishment Stairways are like old nightclub stairways Tiny Rooms Bathrooms that feel like a Clowns Aeroplane Toilet
The location was perfect. It was away from the noise and crowds in the main part of Florence. The staff were helpful and the room comfortable.
Having staff that spoke more English may be helpful but that was a minor issue.
Design was impressive & quirky. Good walk into centre. Nearby bars & restaurants.
Reception staff not particularly interestex when our luggage had not arrived with us,our flight was cancelled.
Very good location, excellent breakfast, very clean room, good staff - personal attention. Definitely recommend
Quiet and clean room, modern design, luxury toilletries, good breakfast, convenient location for travelling by car, nice staff, especially the barman.
Expensive parking, 20 euros a day.
Staff very available for help Rich Breakfast Nice room
Room is Dark One of the days towels were not changed. t The bath floor becames sticker after a shower...
The hotel was lovely and rooms big and very comfortable. Lived all the lights around the bed. Had a lively square 10 mins away with great restaurants. The main town was only 15 min walk where you crossed over the river, beautiful loved it all. Staff at hotel was very helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend
Nothing everything was perfect.
Pretty well appointed rooms, good size. Got an upgrade at a small cost, which included parking. Fantastic breakfast! The in-house restaurant served us a really good dinner. Cant fault the place for anything. Would stay here again without a doubt.
They have a garage, parking could be free for all guests.
Too expensive WiFi
We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. I found a good deal on an internet hotel booking site. Reportedly the rooms are normally more than 500 Euros a night, we got it for a lot less. I would never pay 500 Euros a night for this hotel. But I would pay the rate that we got it for. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the city center in a quiet part of town. The walk is quite pleasant and there is a lot to see along the way. Lots of restaurants about 10 minutes away which looked quite good. They were full ! The walk to the train station Firenze Santa Maria Novella is about 10-15 minutes away on foot. We took a cab when we arrived because it was pouring raining - the cost was about 12 Euros. At first glance the entry from the driveway into the hotel is impressive. The building is quite large and driving into a private hotel area vs stopping and double parking on a city street is quite nice. The photos of the rooms, lobby, and bar on the hotel web site are exactly what we got. The little twinkly lighting in the walls and ceiling may drive some people crazy. Personally, I liked it. Entering into our room, there is a spacious separate area where the closet, minibar, and bathroom are located. Walk through this area and you'll be in the bedroom area. One thing about this area and the bathroom - the wall of the shower giving onto to this area is clear glass. No way to hide ! There was a 'control' system on each side of the bed to control the lighting, a/c, do not disturb, etc. That was kind of cool. Ours didn't work at first, but someone came up right away to fix it. There is an in room safe - not a lot of hotels in Italy provide this amenity. Most do have a safe at the front desk for you to store your valuables. The TV stations were in Italian, English (news, and one or two other channels), Chinese, French. The bar decor is a bit weird / stark, the bartender is quite nice and honest about the bar food menu.
This was a very chic hotel with a 10 minute walk into town. Good breakfasts, big beds, funky decor
The corridors and bedrooms needed some tlc. Lots of scuff marks, chips and could have done with a more thorough clean.
Everything was perfect. Very clean and modern.. Nice breakfast...
25 min walk for the center.. If the weather is good this is not a problem..
The hotel is well located only a short walk from the centre - 20mins or so. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. There is also parking outside the hotel (although you are charged 20 Euro's a night for it).
Wifi was 20 Euros extra / night if you needed to use it which I though unreasonable. Parking was also 20 Euro's extra. My bedroom was very small and the bathroom was v tiered and didn't work well - maybe as a disabled room. No curtain around the shower area hence wet room.
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast (for Italy), good atmosphere
1. Location - close to where we conduct our business. 2. Fairly extensive breakfast. 3. Comfortable beds.
1. Small room with strange design. 2. Nothing major, but didn't feel it was a 4 star, perhaps a 3.5.
Modern decoration and room
the location is too far away from the city centre, and no shuttle provided
Staff were amazing, especially the barman
Hotel situated in nice place, not far from centre (around 15 min by foot). It has a modern design and welcoming, friendly staff.
No free internet in rooms
nice place, modern lobby; however the rooms are a bit dated. Staff helpful.
have to pay extra for internet and breakfast quite poor.
Staff is very helpfull. Good breakfast. Clean rooms.
Is really far from center (about 30 min by step), but anyway is fine for those who have a car (there is parking).
We stayed in Hotel Vittoria for two nights and were very pleased. Modern design and the staff was professional and polite, specially Alessandro who speaks very good Spanish as well. The hotel is based in a calm place, not far from the center. The room and the bathroom were always clean and the breakfast buffet was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
The staff at the reception were really nice and helpful. The food was delicious, waiters were very friendly and polite. The hotel is quite clean as well and only 15 min walk from Florence historical attractions.
I didn't like the fact my car was moved without me being notified.(we were asked to leave the car keys at the reception for security reasons)
The wifi should be for free at least at the hotel lobby
