De annsette sin hyggelige væremåte gjorde at man følte seg veldig velkommen på. Helhenten av hotellet føltes reint og skikkelig ut. Frokosten var veldig bra! også shutle buss til togstasjonen var et UTMERKET tilbud siden hotellet lå så pass langt i fra bysentrum og togstasjonen. Dette hotellet passer best til kansje unge personer eller personer som ønsker noe nytt og moderne. De bør vaske badene på rommet bedre, det var såpesmuss inn mellom flisene. Også bør de gi mer informasjon ang mulighetene til å velge pute, om dette koster noe, eller er et gratis tilbud. Når det gjelder frokosten bør de få en liten forbedring på eggene(eggerøren), dette var bare en vassen suppe med egg. Første dagen vi spiste frukost den 25/7 var eggene veldig gode, men etter dette ble de bare dårligere. Også shutle buss tilbudet synes jeg burde vært noe som de holdt oppe hele tiden. Vi hadde meldt oss på bussen 09.50 på avreise dagen, men kl 09.55 fant vi ut at denne ruten hadde gått ut denne dagen. En annen ting er at det burde ha lagt en slags bruksanvisning på hvordan lys og aircondition fungerte, for våres aircondition fungerte ikke |

special design, very nice barkeeper, nice surrounding. the light-technik broke down in the middle of the night and we had the option to stay in a dark room or to change... they charge 3 euro for 30 min. internet! thats not what I expect from a 4star hotel. high bar-prices. |

Very quiet rooms. The on-line cost was very low for this city and therefore very good value. The food was of a poor quality and the cost was on par with more established and very good quality restuarants in the main areas. |

This is a different kind of hotel to the standard hotels you see everyday. It has a modern design which is what separates itself from most other hotels and is one of the reasons why we chose to stay here. It has a great feel with very good service and our room was extremely nice. Also for a 4 star hotel, I feel that the price was extremely reasonable. The location was quite good - we were only around 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was that I had to pay for the parking. The hotel has an underground carpark and I would expect that as I was staying at the hotel it would be free but we had to pay a flat fee per day - around €20 per day. |

Very clean and relatively large compared to other hotels in Italy. This hotel was rated a 4-Star. Comparing it to other 4-Star hotels in Italy I would give it a 6-Star rating although in the US it would barely make a 3-Star rating. Totally enjoyed my stay. I chose this hotel based on other reviews I read on the website and I was not disappointed and very pleasantly surprised. |

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was everything we expected and more. We will be recommending una Hotel Vittoria to everyone we know. |

Clerk was kind and helpful although not all of them had fluent English. Breakfast had nice sortiment. Design makes the hotel really unique. Parking was nicely solved in underground garage. Hotel is a bit far on foot from downtown (roughly 20-25 minutes). Room was not spacious. Pigeons caused difficulties at breakfast time as they kept walking on tables where people finished their meal. |

Reall nice design boutique hotel. Nice room all high tech although a bit small. 10 minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. Free bus shuttle from hotel to train station. |

Location is not perfect but very easy to find. Car parking was a nice feature. Breakfast was excellent, especially that it was icluded in room price. Excellent price but not a 4 star standard. Hotel staff not as welcoming as most 4 star hotels. One receptionist was totally helpless and clueless. Room facilities not up to a 4 star hotel standard. "Radiculously" small closet with only 2 shirt/jacket hangers. Toilet flush is too powerfull, splashing powerfull, not very hygene. |

Our room was very nice. Really modern and quirky. Breakfasts were excellent, especially liked fresh veg and fruits to juice yourself. Every hotel should have one! Shuttle bus was an invaluable extra. Bar srevice excellent for a nightcap. |

Very good hotel with save parking for your car at the hotel property (a must in Florence), very friendly people working at the reception and restaurant. We were four hours early for check it but that was not a problem. Beds are good and the rooms are very quiet so sleeping shouldn't be a problem. Breakfast is good. The decoration of the rooms and the atmosphere in the hotel is special. It was a 15/20 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the streets are smalls and the traffic is crazy. I would not recommend this hotel when you are travelling with children, or you should use other kinds of transport. |

good value for money, comfortable and cosy standard rooms, accesible area walking distance from center, many nice restaurants and bars at the road towards Ponte Vecchio, parking for the car Τhe staff at the reception are not very keen on helping out regarding sightseeing, car rental (cannot arrange it !) etc |

Excellent designer rooms which were also functional. Breakfast service was excellent. Expensive. However, some annoying minor gremlins due to the room design (e.g. Toilet flushed too strong, Bathroom door loud closing, etc). |
